We had a bday party there for my son. He had fun but the party host was not very friendly and tried to charge you for every single thing, including a replacement cup when another child drank out of his. The laser tag was a blast but the kids did not get their full hour of bowling. Will never suggest for birthday parties but a nice place to go with the family.

Daughter and I got food poisoning from the burger at the food area, this past weekend. It may of been sitting from previous customer because it was done within seconds. I will say I have NEVER had a bad food experience before here. Other then that the bowling is great. If you do have a party you have to hurry because when your times up, you will get shooed out. Again though awesome bowling lanes and new updated cool score boards!

I enjoy the bowling alley and the games that come along with it. But the manager behind the food bar is completely rude. His name is Aaron and wears glasses. Ran up to my boyfriend and I shouting and being very rude to us when we didn't know the nacho special was only to be eaten in the bar area not when your bowling or anywhere else. Even co workers said , it's just nachos . He completely made me feel unwelcome. As far as the rest of my experience is was great and rest of coworkers were really nice.

Laser Alleys is the place you wanna go if you wanna hang out with your friends. They have lots of games to keep you busy, and on top of that, they have bowling and laser tag. You can get into the place pretty easily, and it's inexpensive, depending on how many people are in your party. The food is expensive, but it's worth it. The music is nice, most of the time, but that's personal preference. The only problem I had was with the heat, and the flashing lights. The heat and the flashing lights were so much that I was sweating, and my head was pounding, I had to continuously leave the establishment and go outside and take a breather. The experience was overall great though!

A lot of different activities in one place! Laser tag, bowling, a laser quest module, and arcade! Obviously you will spend a decent amount of money here, but pricing is not bad. Most areas are generally as clean as the can be for being constantly touched by kids and staff were efficient! The kids had fun!!

Seems like everytime I come here there is someone working the counter with an attitude I've worked retail for many years and I understand having a bad day is hard to smile through but dont role your eyes and give attitude to your customer yesterday when I came in Jenn was working the counter and her attitude literally went right through me i spend so much money here all the time because it's close to my house easy to take my daughter to but not sure I can take much more attitude from these people.

Laser tag, bowling, and an arcade. A combination of three fun things. The laser tag is enjoyable but a bit low quality. The bowling is just like regular bowling, and the arcade is full of plenty of games to play on a game card. The food isn't bad either.

Fun place to hang out! Employees were friendly, sofas in each lane instead of the usual uncomfortable, plastic chair. Arcade was super fun and you could win tickets for prizes! Only complaint is that I wanted to eat dinner and watch the game with my friends in the pub, but they won't let you enter unless you are over 21.

He was named Bowler of the Year three years ago and get to bowl for free every Thursday for the rest of his life. My kids and I had fun here! The bowling is great and up to date. The games are fun, and don't cost too much. The prices are reasonable. The laser tag is very fun. I had a great time with my family. We had a pizza, nachos, fries, and pretzel bites. It is very good snack food. The prices of the food a higher, but that's to be expected at places such as this.

We celebrated our son's 16th birthday at Laser Alley today. The kids enjoyed the entire experience. All the adults were very impressed with the staff and quality of service. Jada took exceptional care of our entire party. She was perfectly professional and her attention to detail was outstanding. Thank you all at Laser Alley for all the wonderful memories. FYI if the management of Laser Alley is reading this Jada deserves a raise. She made us all feel so welcome.

It's a very nice place to hang out with your friends and family. The darker environment creates a more cozy feeling. The large bold numbers on the houseballs make it very useful and quick to find the right ball. I would recommend this place anyone.

We arrived from out of town with 4 heartbroken kids who had just learned that their favorite local fun dinner place was closed, so Laser Alleys already had a lot to try to live up to. They did that and more. The kids had a blast from beginning to end with bowling, laser tag, and the arcade. Customer service was top notch; when our hour was about to expire on the lanes, I asked to pay for two games so we could finish, and they extended our time at no charge. Crab pretzel and Chesapeake fries were especially delicious.
