I loved the animations with our faces. The service for our party was great. The staff who attending us was welcoming and friendly. She was very professional and sweet. Great place to come bowling!

Way too much money was spent on making this place “look good” and “seem fun” but the staff was rude and haughty, and the pins got messed up and it took 10 minutes to fix but they claimed it took 3. We had 2 frames left and the least they could to was let us finish for the time that was taken up to reset the lane. The shoes were also old. Never coming here again.

This place is so amazing I bowl here all time and all the people who work here are so friendly. I don't think any of there prizes suck or that there food is fake and also almost every bowling place serves you tap water. Last but not least Hampton Lanes is the best place to bowl people who haven't bowled here should check it out it's so great.

Here on 9/18/19. Came with my family including children. Broken machines RUDE staff. Wanted to purchase socks and was told it would take 15 minutes because they were too busy. THEN they ended our game mid bowl when I went to pay because they thought I was "done". Super unprofessional and ghetto. Dirty bathrooms!

During the summer there is a promotion where children can get 2 free games of bowling for free. It was also super cheap for the rest of the family to get the same deal. The attached bar has great food. The shoe rental is inexpensive at about $4. The arcade is fun, but a lot of the games are dated and some are broken. The alleys are clean, but the building is dated. The computer consoles for each lane that are no longer use are busted and just sit there like a dusty eyesore.

Great customer service,but the lanes suck. Balls get chipped, belt residue on balls. Fix lanes and ball return and this would be a 5.

Very modern lanes with a friendly staff. Prices are extremely reasonable for the time spent. Great place for bowling in a group. There are 24 lanes with automatic game scoring that was accurate. Every lane has their own TV with a different sport on each ( baseball, hockey ect. ) There is a bar with a verity of drinks available at good prices.

This was the most horrible experience. Did not wanna give me service because I was African American, when I asked to speak with a manager she threatened to call the cops. WORST SERVICE EVER !!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. If this is not addressed I will be calling to file a complaint with authorities.

Nice , old fashion bowling alley. Bar on site for good food and drink options. Lots of tv's everywhere. I still get excited when I go bowling and I felt that here. Bumpers and ramps for the little ones. Sometimes their dog is at the main desk and that dog was the quietest , most friendly dog I've ever met. Bowling should never disappear like so many other things have from the past. Do something a little different and give them a try.

We typically enjoy Hampton Lanes. However, today I called to confirm they would have lanes open. The gentelman on the phone told us "the closer you come to 6pm the less croweded it will be". We arrived at 6pm only to be told that they had leagues and a birthday party tonight and would not have any open lanes till 9pm. These are events the should have been aware of well in advance. Overall a dissapointing Friday night.

First time here. Went to a child's birthday party. Clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were a good and very reasonable. Saw several promotions they are running that are a good deal.

What a surprise. You get the impression from the outside of the building that you're about to enter a real dumpy bowling alley. And you couldn't be more wrong. It's modern, clean and fun on the inside. The lanes are kept in great shape, the floor is clean, the scoring system is state-of-the-art, the arcade area has fun games for kids with prizes and the Hammerhead Lounge is a great touch. Hell, it's a bar I'd go to just for a pint without needing to bowl. Awesome place -- even with the burned-out bus out front.
