This is an awesome bowling center! It's smells weird for some reason, but other than that, it's great. The staff are really nice and there are so many lanes that you just feel good tossing big balls around. I would highly recommend it!

Lane 25 was super cool. I loved the aesthetics and atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and prices are reasonable. We will definitely be coming back with a group of friends and even for a work party. The only thing is that it is very loud in there and could use something (yes I know it's a bowling alley, but it could use something). Come check this place out!

Fun time with the Cosmic Bowling, and a great mix of music playing - just a tad too loud for my poor ears. The staff really jump to when a lane stalls - the guy was down the lane diving under the thing almost before I even knew I had an issue. We had to wait when we got there, but they never lost track of us in the crowd.

Great place to meet a group of friends and the food is actually pretty darn decent. Alcoholic drink was beer and wine. If that's the only choice I wish they would carry Moscato.

We had a great time. The remodel looks great. Couches to sit on while not bowling. Our service was great. The music playing was great. Only complaint was they quit serving hard alcohol - only beer and ciders now. We will be back.

Look this place would have gotten 5 if it wasn't for the shockingly bad customer interaction. The place was cleaner than I have ever seen a bowling alley and the food was great. However both individuals I interacted with were very short with me as if I was wasting their time or something. As a paying customer I would dearly hope I am not a waste of time. I would still suggest to friends.

Good bar, clean, the bathrooms weren't horrible which is miles above most bowling alleys. The bar closes before the alley and alley is open until midnight. I imagine that this caters to the younger crowd, but keeping the bar open until midnight and the alley open until 1 might bring in the 30 something service industry crowd. PS: Ron Swanson's favorite restaurant is here.

Went there for a birthday on a Friday night and the bald guy working the counter ruined the entire experience! He was rude and should not be working with the public. He harassed a 10 year old in our part over an accidental spill of fries, and made her feel very uncomfortable. He was rude to my wife who tried to surprise me and ended up getting upset. Walk out if he is rude to you

Really a great place to go on a rainy or cold day. The bowling alley has bumpers and ball ramps for children, the elderly and disabled for easier bowling. A large range of balls to choose from, with a few video games and vending machines for extra entertainment. There is a food counter that boasts the largest menu I have EVER seen in a bowling alley for lunch and dinner, from smaller items to full meals. Fully wheelchair accessible, except the bar entrance from the bowling alley has stairs. Aaaaand the bar is accessed by a door next to the food area and you can bring your drinks back into the bowling alley. That is the biggest perk in my humble opinion. Staff are helpful and friendly, it is clean, and is right next to Putters (arcade, pizza, inside playground, laser tag, pool tables, mini golf). One could easily spend many hours here. A real asset to Eugene!

Sunday evening out with the family. We arrived at 6:45 p.m. and the lanes were only half full. The employees were helpful and assisted in our family having a good time. I cannot speak for other times or days, but Sunday evenings appear to be a perfect time to go with the family.

The bowling equipment is modern, well maintained, and pretty clean. Pricing for bowling far exceeds the quality of service you receive here. Definitely could use some customer service training for their staff and how they should treat paying guests who really don't ask for much...but are made to feel like a total inconvenience when asking for any help, especially with smaller children. Really had to go out of my way to just get a ramp for my 5 year old to be able to play with us. There are lower modern tech quality alleys with way better prices and service to go to instead of paying double and receiving almost a quarter of the quality of service here.

Remodeled with new addition for larger eating areas, awesome decor. New separate bowling area with couches, & of course, the original bowling lanes. Great music to bowl by, awesome food, & super nice people. Highly recommend Strike City Lanes.

The lanesvare updated and great looking. The bar staff was friendly and helpful but the actual bowling alley staff left something to be desired. After some delays leaving the house we arrived to the establishment at about 10pm. There were at least 12 of the 24 lanes open at the time we walked in and shortly after it dropped down to only 8 being used. Now for the part that was a little irritating. Prepaying for bowling?? I usually don't have in mind a specific number of games I want to bowl. Sometimes it's 3, maybe 2 or even 1 if I'm not feeling it. Prepaying is a bit of a hassle. If I pay for less than I want to bowl, i have to pay more than once or deal with a refund if I over estimate. The other thing is, we had A 6 and 8 year old withh us along with the two adults and a teenager. The adults and teenager bowl at very different paces than the 6 & 8 yr old. I asked that we split the party on 2 different lanes. Normally on a busy night, i wouldn't even try because I realize that could be an issue with making sure there are lanes open for others, but the place never reached full capacity. We even asked a 2nd time after others left. At one point an employee blamed it on the supervisor, saying they don't like to allow that. It took us over an hour to bowl our first game and by that time the 6 & 8 year olds were done while the rest of us wanted to bowl a 2nd game. If I were to rate my likelihood of returning to bowl here again I would say it's a zero. This one minor request that would have allowed us (adults) to bowl 2 maybe even a 3rd game while the kids just slowly made it through one, maybe two, cost you not only money tonight but also future business from my negative experience shared with family, friends, coworkers and even strangers.

A good number of lanes (probably around 20), a large enough parking lot, and a good crowd there at night. The lighting is more like a disco place, but you'll get used to it pretty soon. Recommend to hang out with friends!

Fantastic bowling alley for hosting a large event and super accommodating for all the needs that we had. The food was fantastic, on time and more than we could eat, which is uncommon when you're hosting a lot of athletes. Will be returning soon for our next event!

Of the three lanes in use by our party two lanes jammed up multiple times, we were told we had to many people on a lane even though the computer provided more name slots for players? At 6pm with not many customers in the room the bar service was slow with a few employees standing around behind the counter doing nothing for customers, when they did decided to help customers they had no idea who was up first. I had been waiting and jumped in queue by three other people. A 8 minute wait at a quiet bar for a single beer was lame. Not sure the glass was fully rinsed of sanitizer. Parking sucks!

Last weekend my boyfriend and I we went bowling and at strikecity the restaurant / bar right next to it has been remodeled and it goes to romantic bowling for couples and it is so wonderful to romantic ball I loved it it was a wonderful surprise the food there is super good it's not expensive and the atmosphere is so cool you could bring it like couples dating I just had a wonderful experience their thank you

Bowling is about average but I do not recommend play any of the arcade games. They will eat your money and it doesn't seem like they have any way of refunding you.

Reason for 4 stars is because place is being renovated and bartender was messing around with felt staff and or league players and was not where she could be found. But was still very nice staff, clean, and had an awesome time with mey guy and his son, who was visiting from out of state. ☺️

Clean place, good food, and nice lanes. The atmosphere is also cool, especially when they make it darker than usual and the walls seem like glow up in neon colors. :)
