It was a fun place with lots and lots of games and bowling. They had a lot of food and drinks. Alcoholic, soda, and other beverages. Employees were friendly even when we had an emergency because my daughter-in-law got sick and we had to go home. After paying for the bowling the employees were nice and gave me my money back. Will be going back.

I work in a day program with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We frequent this bowling alley at least twice a week. The last time we went, the owner said he wouldn't put us near a father and son because it's the son's first time bowling and our people would make him nervous. We asked the father if he wasn't okay with us bowling by them and he said of course it's okay! Our people were blatantly discriminated against, apparently by the owner. We will never step foot in this establishment again, after YEARS of weekly outings to this place.

Great family entertainment bowling ally. There is little family members to work out, climbing, barreling , crawling, jumping , and laughter to challenge obstacles, so they can fall asleep fast for parents to relax. Could be little spendy to bowl and play video games. However, their food court offering price is reasonable compare to other bowling centers. Food offering are very norm like pizza and burgers, could consider adding healthy choices and authentic dishes. Make sure check "Groupon" for discount deals from this establishment . One shortfall is convenient Room need to be updated. Odor and fatigue might dampen enjoyment .

Very fun place. It is bowling alley and has a large indoor jungle gym for kids and an arcade. Pizza is pretty good as are the tater tots and corndog bites. Inexpensive place for a kids party with jungle gym admission. Biggest problem, and why I can't give a 5, is the exits to the arcade and the jungle gym are by entrances and exits. Not very safe if a little one decides to head out on their own. Yes, parents should be watching their kids, but closing off one end would be better.

I have bowled on a league here for many years. I love the staff and have always been treated well. They are remodeling and upgrading the facility which is a good thing. There is a decent bar, but the beer taps are limited and a better variety could be offered. Game room for the kids and the food is actually not bad for bowling food:)

By far the worst experience I have ever experienced here!!! Not only was the staff, rude had foul mouths constantly sitting down on their phones saying the F word repeatedly!!! I was with 5 kids and one of the girls working the snack bar who kept saying the F word was giving my 7 year old son a thumbs down when he missed and got a gutter ball and also doing it to my 3 year old nephew. And the the dark haired kid with glasses who was rude to my son when my son said oh my parents been here he says to him and... This place I would love to give ZERO stars. I called to talk to the manager about his rude employees who needed to be fired for their nasty behavior he laughed and thought it was funny! I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO PARK LANES!!

Was there for a company event. They provided catering. The shoes were clean. Everything was pretty clean and in good working order. The computers used to set up the games were pretty techie and easy to use. I'm not a bowler but nothing popped out at me that I could mark down.

It's a shame that the staff isn't better because this place is amazing. They've got good food & great prices. However...the bartenders seemed forgetful & the shoe rental/check-in counter had THE MOST RUDE old man who quite frankly should not be In the customer service industry.

Park Lanes Batting Cages are open when it is above 50 degrees. The cages are pretty generic, the bats are old, and the machines are more reliable at lower speeds. It's a blast and usually not crowded. I definitely recommend this place.

Park Lanes offers a nice variety of things to do for all ages. The bowling lanes are well maintained, they have batting cages out back, there is an arcade by the entrance, and they have a nice play structure going through part of the building. They have food and drinks as well. Bowling and the batting cages are inexpensive. Everything else is average. The staff members have been very nice every time I've visited. I definitely recommend a visit.

The batting cages are worth the drive and affordable! Wish we knew if they could be adjusted--sometimes the "launcher" is very low and the balls hit the ground before the plate. Either way, we will be back!

Hands down the coolest bowling alley I have ever been to. Amenities include a lounge, snack bar, arcade with redemption games, a jungle gym that runs through two rooms, batting cages, and a bowling alley. They seem to have a selection of several affordable leagues, as well as an indoor corn hole league. In the summer , registered kids can bowl two free games a day. Adult family members can join in the fun for a reasonable fee, making this a great place to take the family. The jungle gym is normally 6 dollars for unlimited play, but on weekdays from 2-5 it is only 3, and I cannot stress how huge it is.

Fun time for the older grandkids, exhausting for the grandparents keeping an eye on them. The jungle gym is perfect indoor play, however, two exits doors by gameroom and two by play area. Too many exit doors for a possible kidnapping, high risk.

Lots of fun for the kids. The game cards " rip you off" because you can not use all of your money that is on your card. (Otherwise 5 stars) We had 4 cards with 25 cents left each on card.....we could NOT combine the cards to pay for one more game... Instead lost $1.00

We stopped into the lounge here to kill a little bit of time before a movie. It was shift change, so it took a little while for the staff to switch gears. This was our first time in, and it seems like there are definitely 'regulars'. The food here was fairly decent in the 'bar-food' spectrum. The staff was friendly and answered the sometimes strange questions we had like "What is that amazing looking drink that you just made for Ethel at the other end of the bar?". We will definitely keep this on our list of possibilities when we need to kill more time.

This is a fun place for the kiddos to run off some steam. The happy hour play special is great for an after school play date. Affordable, clean and the kids go to bed nicely after we play here.

It is a fun place with kids. They have play house, arcade, batting cages and bowling. At night they have cosmic bowling which kids mostly enjoy. Food service is not bad either. Really enjoy going to this place.

They have great hamburgers and fries. The prices are fair and reasonable. They have great extended hours on holidays. This a great place to go on Christmas or New year's Eve with your family.

This is more than just a bowling alley. They have outdoor batting cages, an arcade, a Kids Zone, and a kitchen with a nice variety of food options. They have lots of variations of bowling games to keep things interesting. This is a great venue for people of all ages. From kids and their birthday parties, to adults who are enjoying a night out.

Park Lanes was fine today. They seemed to have enough staff today to handle Sunday morning bowling. A customer gave everyone a great laugh though. Or great frustration if behind him in line. Goes like this: Clerk: What can I do for you? Guy: I don't know. Clerk: How many games you want? Guy: I don't know. Clerk: How many of you are there? Guy: I don't know yet. Clerk: When will they all get here? Guy: I don't know. Clerk: Do you just want to wait until they arrive? Guy: I don't know. I waved my money at the manager who took it at another register. I wanted to get away from from desk before the clerk pulled out a gun and shot the "guy". He was still there at the desk when we got our shoes on and started bowling. I swear it happened just like that. What was really funny was if you just saw the guy on the street or in a store, you wouldn't think he was that stupid.

This is a great place to come, with friends, with family, or by yourself. The facilities are well maintained and there are a variety of activities for all ages, from bowling and batting cages to the arcade and play structure. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The staff has always been courteous and accommodating. We have been many times and will be back many more.

The bowling was fun but expensive. I enjoyed everything but the price. Pull out your pocket book and get ready to drop a serious dime if you have a family. It's fun, its enjoyable, it's just that its expensive even on a Sunday AM. Still a lot of fun! With shoe rental a Family of 5 will spend at least $50 even on "happy" hour!

3-9-2019 12:21pm This place is a circus show on Saturday! Wow The place looks clean and inviting, parking was easy. Traffic is Child cautious, as so many little people are all over the place! A great Groupon ticket for family $24 for 4 children also $8 food and drink to add to it, and $5 arcade card also! I’ll do it again Also parents seem to be active in the climbing areas with their children so safety is at a high, which is nice when littler children are playing. I’ll come again as I saw a party room for other groups.

Friendly staff, prices are a bit high though. Do what I do and go on Groupon before hand. They seem to always have some sort of deal on there for two hours of bowling for up to 6, a large pizza and a $5 game card token. I think last time it was like 35 to 40 bucks which is a really good deal for all of that. Includes shoes as well. Also has a playland area for the kids to play, at a cost. Batting cages for when it's nice out, although I haven't used them in years. Overall a fun place to go and if done right can be very inexpensive

Pretty typical bowling / arcade / entertainment center. The indoor play structure is huge and a great way to spend a rainy day. Arcade isnt huge, the four way air hockey table is a stand out feature. Ski ball and other classic games are also available. Lots of bowling lanes.

Great family place to spend the day or for an occasion/birthday! One thing disappointing with our experience was paying for a bowling lane for an hour, which we were not able to finish our match without having to pay more than the 36 bucks we already paid! I would've hoped that that they would honor atleast to finish the last frame of our match!...there were 6 bowlers, with kids however we kept a good pace I thought before getting cutoff short ...

It has been several years since I was here, and I was very dissappointed. I came for the batting cages which performed as expected (the reason there is one stars at all), and decided to bowl a few games. The lanes were so dry that even my plastic spare ball would take a left turn not even halfway down the lanes. I'm a 200+ bowler and I've never seen a ball react like that, especially plastic. It was like a magnetic drive. I was told the oiling machine was acting up earlier, and it was fixed now, but they refused to come oil the lane, or move me to an oiled lane. I bowled two frames and requested a refund which they did provide. Sadly, this experience lowered my opinion of this establishment even more. Update: I was sitting finishing my beer when management came up and gave me several free games of myself. Raised my opinion to three stars.

Games are more expensive than other places and bot a large variety but still fun. Drinks are a joke... $3 for a drink and no refills... I mean really fountain sodas are fractions of pennies on the dollar. Jungle gym is super cool and bowling is always fun. Half the time workers are just standing around but they are friendly when it comes to service. (With the exception of the concession guy working). Would totally recommend for a fun family outing.

There is a huge climbing structure for kids that's only $6. There are the typical games for tickets and a birthday party area. Then separate from all the kids stuff is the bowling. Clean and well maintained lanes, balls and shoes. They have gator ramps for kids and you can set the bumpers from your table. Good family fun especially when they do the Cosmic Bowling.

This is a pricey but fun stop, unless you happen to come in on one of their scheduled bargain times during the week. The games range from fifty cents to a dollar per play and it is $6 just for one child to use the indoor climbing structure. We ordered a large pizza, 2 drinks and an order of fries and our food bill was about $40 (without a tip). Add on the $10 we loaded onto our game card and the jungle maze entry fee, and it's a $60 evening. The facility is large and pretty clean and well maintained.

heys guys. for all those that like to bowl be weary of Parklanes in Hillsboro. Went there Saturday night for monte carlo and the lane we were on damaged 3 new bowling balls. The only response from them is to resurface which they indicated didnt do any damage to a ball. BS. just putting this out to help others prevent getting their balls damaged. Will never bowl there again. update. took ours balls to kingpins and my husband was told his ball was f*** this was a brand new ball for this years league. all parklanes offered was resurfacing. this all occurred on a lane that was not working properly all night. consistantly reset before we were completed and the balls were getting stuck. I woyld say their machines damaged our balls and all they offered was a resurface

Fun place to go with the family or with friends. They have a good selection of beer on tap and good food. They also have Cornholio teams and of course bowling leagues where you can get pins or a bowling ball with a certain theme. Awesome place. We had a birthday party and it was busy and our food came out 30 min late, so that is why I gave 4 out of 5. Great place we will go again.

Very active and great for people of all ages. Jungle gym for the littles, arcade for young kids, teens, as well as adults. This place offers a variety of food and drinks as well as a great area for family time. Very clean and maintained.

Fun for the whole family! We especially love the indoor play area for the smaller munchkins and the arcade games for the older kiddos. The automatic bumper options makes bowling with the whole group easy!
