Family fun destination. Great food, decor, and music put this location at the top of our list for family outings. Games and bowling keep the children engaged for hours. Patient and communicative coaches allow the children to grow their skills. Love the front desk and waitstaff too!

Facilities in reasonably good condition. Lanes are too close together....we had large groups on both sides of us constantly walking into our lanes and blocking us. The video games are incredibly overpriced. Everything is at least $1 per game.

Lane service from the bar and kitchen is great. Staff is always super helpful, the lanes are well kept, and the quartermania special is a bargain. Can have a bit of a wait on busy days, but that's just because how popular it is.

This was a really fun family day. I love the different themes for bowling on the screen. The service was super nice! Our 6 year old has Autism and was hyperobssesive about all of the birthday balloons he saw, so one of the employees went and got him a balloon so that he'd enjoy himself. It was really sweet. The place is clean and well laid out. It's just real pricey!

Probably the cleanest bowling alley I've ever been in. Four stars out of five because of the pricing. $28 for two players for an hour with shoe rental seems high given there are more affordable alleys in the are. Took a half hour to get drinks...so that was annoying, but the kitchen could be working out some kinks as this is a pretty new spot. Glad to see some fun, new businesses going up in the area.

Wow, this place is great. Went here last weekend and today. The bowling lanes are very colorful and I also like how you can choose a scoring layout, and it shows how fast the ball goes, and other small but cool features. The arcade is great. Last weekend I went in the laser tag arena, and that was awesome, it was 2 stories and it was set up very well. Today in the arcade my cousin’s dad gave my cousin his card which had unlimited uses so we tried everything (except prize machines with electronics and things like that) and I loved the selection of games. My favorite was the air hockey.

Food was a bit expensive but the price of bowling was reasonable. They had a good pro shop and even a separate bowling area for adults over by the bar. The most fun for my youngest (8year old) was playing in the arcade. They had laser tag and even a 4 player virtual reality game for $5 a pop. Overall a really cool place to bring the family and have some fun.

We took the family to celebrate our boys going off to college. We all had a great time bowling, playing laser tag, and virtual games. I would definitely recommend this venue. The only reason I couldn't give five stars is that some of our food was over done. Although, the deep fried mac n cheese almost made up for it!

Terrible customer service, rude nasty wait staff. I stepped 15 feet away from my table, during a meal, (to ask for to go boxes because our request 15 minutes prior had gone ignored,) and when I turned around the wait staff had thrown a bunch of garbage directly on my plates, ruining an entire untouched order. When I demanded a refund just for that one order, they denied my request. Then when I asked for a manager, I was told I was speaking to one. She wouldn't provide her name. 0/10 We will never go here again.

1st visit here was for a birthday party for my 8yo. Great experience from start to finish. Prices were reasonable, even doing a party a-la-carte. "EZ bowling" was great for the kiddos. Food was a bit spendy but decent. Excellent service and staff. Keep up the good work!

Very fun place. Big music videos playing over the lanes, lots of colorful lights, and when it got late enough they had cosmic bowling. Good food and drinks. The whole place was very clean. Unfortunately, there was a fairly long wait to get a lane, and the staff wasn't particularly friendly. Also, the whole experience was a bit expensive.

This place has the most amazing arcade slection!! Made a reservation for 2 lanes on a Saturday night. Prime time bowling for prime time bowling price. 5 people for $120+! Not a cheap bowling alley. They make up for it with their arcade game being mostly $1/game.

Great place who had great specials for when the kids are out of school.(Beaverton District) Also they start free bowling for kids 15 years and under in May through Sept. That is a deal in it self. Then you get their card that you pay for bowling shoes. Which pays for it self in a few days. Can't go wrong. The wait staff is great too. We where bowling and asked if a.pizza can be delivered at a certain time and it worked out!

Prices are fair enough. Built in arcade is a nice bonus. The best is the 1-4player VR; $7 gets you a few minutes, but so worth it even on a fixed budget. However, you can't get a score card, that's a detractor.

Clean place, good bowling lanes and equipment. Well lit place so good to bring the whole family. They also have a bunch of arcade games to play if u have to wait for a lane to become available. We had to wait 15 mins. We ordered the Cajun fries which was good when bowling. We also ordered tater tots and chicken tenders which were ok.

My husband and I have fun at bowling, the waitresses were sweet, our lunch was delicious. But when we check out at taphouse before our lunch at the lane, we didnt know what to do the taphouse staff were kinda uninviting our first instincts is to walk out, there was no one person at the front but we're glad that we have food at the lane before we go bowling, i was overwhelmed with the change of the bowling alley.

Very attentive staff and plenty of them. Even if you're a bit young and inexperienced. That's to be expected of a new establishment. The cost for the lanes was a little more than competing establishments, but that too is to be expected from a brand new facility. All in all, we had a great time. They have a huge selection of on tap beers. There must be thirty taps or more. We will be going back.

I love the energy and all of the options for fun. But bartender made THE WORST vodka martini I have ever had. I asked him to fix it and he was very nice about it but made me another...which tasted different but was equally as bad. Lots of parking...a bit overpriced at bar and restaurant. Most staff very friendly except this other bartender who never even thanks anyone or smiles. This guy makes a good drink but charges more for some reason????

Your wait times are ridiculous. I was told 30 minute wait. I've been waiting 45 minutes and now being told it's going to be 15 minutes more. Meanwhile half your lanes are dark and not being used at all. This is unacceptable and I will not be coming back here again. I have never once had to wait even 5 minutes for a lane at Big Al's, which charges much less than you do for a far superior experience.

This place is awesome. I went here for a company gathering and this place delivered! They made sure to have a constant flow of food, always fresh, always present. The bowling is easy to use and understand. The arcade games are perfect for kids even entertaining for the adults. It can get a little loud with all the activities going on, but the tap house off to the side allows for a nice retreat. The experience they provided definitely left a lasting impression and I'm sure our company will do this again. So much fun!

We just had my son’s 10th birthday there. He said it was one of the best days of his 10 years. We were treated absolutely amazing at King Pins, from the second we walked in. Our host for the party was Allie and she was a rockstar. She was patient, respectful, and worked hard to make sure we were taken care of with expert efficiency. Also the event manager Laura checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was running smoothly. If you are reading the reviews to make a decision about having a party there, I say do it, you will not be disappointed. They made my kids day, which made my year!

I came here to celebrate my niece's 8th birthday the other day. It was honestly one of the best times ever for a place like this. I'm completely floored and I've been telling everybody about this place. The virtual reality game with the zombies? That is better than any haunted house I've ever been to. It was so scary and so real and I was screaming and laughing at the same time because I knew it wasn't real. I will definitely come back to be playing that virtual reality game. The laser tag was awesome, the video games were fun. I just really enjoyed this place some think it's a great place to bring your family into play games and have a great time and escape from reality for a bit

I took my son and his friends here for lasertag. The arena is good and they let me stay to supervise. They also have new arcade and virtual reality games. Those are cool, but quite expensive. The virtual reality rollercoaster is $5! That's more that I want to pay. All in all, a fun place for the kids.

Great service. Friendly atmosphere. The place is new and clean and defies what you would picture as a typical bowling alley. Lots of beer choices on tap. Plenty of other choices for non alcoholic drinks as well. The pretzel sticks with cheese were delicious as were the cheese sticks with their herbed coating.

Honestly, not the best experience We showed up around 1 to get something to eat. We waited about 40 mins for someone to take our order. When our waitress came up to us to check to see how we were doing I responded "well we haven't even ordered yet". She was apologetic but did say she forgot about us. Then it took almost another 30 mins to get our food. I had a salad and my finance had a burger. Both were fantastic. But not worth the wait. Waitress did comp our drinks. Then we went to bowl. We were told it was going to be about an hour for a lane even though 4-5 lanes were open at that time. So we figured we would play in the arcade. Quite a few games were out of order but we managed to blow through $25 worth of "tokens". We were still waiting to bowl but the screaming of children quickly changed our minds. I know the establishment can't be at fault for parents refusing to watch their children and let them run around like they're at a theme park. But you can only listen to high pitch screaming and getting run into so many times before you say screw it. Needless to say, we wasted about $55. We only wanted to bowl and after spending that much, didn't even get to. Big Al's is definitely better in my opinion.

#familyfun It still seems to have that New Building smell. (Not a bad thing) Decent variety of arcade games and ticket redemption games. Their set up for laser tag is pretty cool with the base destruction concept added. They also have a cool 4 person VR laser tag. The split of both a family and adult only lane set up is also a really good idea. The only downfall I could find was the cost. Even their "specials" are expensive. For five people to bowl 2 games (w/ 4 shoe rentals) and do one round of laser tag was almost a hundred bucks. We didn't buy any drinks or food but the service staff did regularly stop by and check to see if we needed anything and bring us a new pitcher of water.

Turned away on a Monday afternoon from Laser Quest as there is (apparently) a minimum of four required. Not mentioned on the website, which states games run every 20mins. Bad form to say the least. Update - just had an email from the general manager, updating me and apologizing for the confusion. He has addressed with the team to avoid a repeat. I’ll be updating the review one final time, once we have visited. I’m hoping it will go up to a five!!!

Why dont you have a barback? This bartender is working so hard to meet the needs to so many while the bar looks so dirty. Ive been in the service industry long enough to say you can have your employees on for less hours (less pay) and have more done and make customers happier. Please. PLEASE direct your employees to support a bartender, because it feels like you're putting too much on your current bartenders. Yes bowling and laser tag bring in money, but your bartenders bring in so much more money. So give them a barback.

Brand new, compete head on with Big Al. Same concept : bowling lanes, adult blowing lanes, 21+ part and a vast arcade place. The arcade part is about the same as Big Al just newer machines (because the place just opened I don't expect them to be pristine for long). The only major difference is that they have a cool VR (Virtual Reality) 4 players experience. Not 5 stars because the checkout line for gifts (after redeeming) was extremely long : it needs 2 registers!

Very nice and we'll kept! Staff are amazing especially this one young lady - think her name was Isabelle or something like it. Anyhow, found a USB port built into the wall there in the restaurant/bar area (against the wall underneath TV right around the corner to your right as you walk into the food/bar section) so that helps if you're phone needs to zap up - just takes a while.

Not just for kids! My boyfriend and I had A BLAST killing zombies in TWD game, playing skeeball, and a few other games. The bowling alley looked nice, but we spent almost all our money on TWD. So much fun and I love that you can play so many games with two people -it makes the time more fun no matter what game you choose. We weren't hungry so I can't speak to the food, but we really enjoyed our evening here. Easy to get a card with money on it, and spending$20 gave you an extra $5 to play with. It's a little pricey per game, but well worth it as a date night treat. Would definitely go again!

I reserved a birthday party for my son's 7th birthday. Being at a bowling alley, I wasn't sure what to expect as far as amenities, but they came through with service unlike anything I ever expected. Hailee was absolutely awesome and interacted with the kids through the whole experience as well as made sure the adults were taken care of. She served our cake, lead the song, and even helped all the kids get to the arcade when bowling was done. I would definitely recommend and am sure this is not our last party at Kingpins

We had a party of about 30 people. In my opinion, if you're a server, you should hover over your guests. Our server was absent for most of the party. I'd rather be asked too often how everything is instead of wondering where the server is. That being said, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. I'll go again.

Went Memorial weekend with some friends, so we had to wait two hours for a lane. Took the toddlers to the arcade for a bit and then had dinner and a beer. Played one game before bedtime with a ball ramp and bumpers that popped up just for the three year old. He won:) A good time was had by all. Food and service were also good! The veggie burger was fine but not memorable.

A fun place to bowl and enjoy a few drinks. The prices seem arbitrary from day to day but we have never had a bad time. The arcade is super fun too!

Fun place for kids to play laser tag, bowl, or do arcade. Arcade games are overpriced, but the facility is clean and new, nice restaurant on site, and plenty of places for parents to relax. Not a typical bowling alley.

Nice, but expensive. The arcade in particular is pricey. With $5 at Wunderland, my kid can play almost all the same games for an hour or more. Here, he burned through $20 in less time. Edit: up from 3 to 4 stars for the reply below. Replying with a real solution to criticism says something good about they way they manage their business.
