Two friends and I went here about two months ago. Was told it was going to be a fifteen minute wait which was fine. thirty minutes later after they let three groups go ahead of us. We went back up to the counter to ask how much longer it was going to be. The man behind the counter, who appeared to be a supervisor saw us, and made eye contact with us, and then went to the back corner, and began to ignore us. After five minutes went by we left. I don't know if this was because I'm not white because there was also a Hispanic family that had been waiting there longer then us, and was also ignored. We went next door to the escape rooms. They were much nicer, and did not ignore us.

Don't ever go here terrible food and service. The lanes don't work half the time, balls get stuck all the time. The price is OUTRAGEOUS for what you're getting. I should have just went to Planet Bowl instead of trying somewhere new. . . Won't be making that mistake twice. And the people at the front desk don't care if you're pins and lanes don't work . " just wait until it fixes itself " If you have someone ordering a pretzel and your out of CHEESE on a SATURDAY night, bring that to your customers attention.... don't bring them a pretzel that wasn't cooked all the way and say " oh we don't have cheese" ..... Really...? Then you finish cooking the pretzel, & it taste like rubber and taste like it's been sitting out for a month..? TRASHY PLACE.

We spend about 3-4 times a week at Sooner Bowling. Fantastic staff and service. Always friendly and helpful. Food is good and reasonable. They have an awesome youth program! Recommend anyone with kids to check into the youth league.

It was clean and pleasant while we were there, but there were lots of problems with the lanes keeping score. We were there with kids (age 2 to 6) and grandparents, so scoring isn't critical. It did throw off our little ones when someone had to take three turns because the lane bugged out and needed to reset. Most disappointing was not counting the strike that our 4 year old got. We saw it and cheered, but couldn't capture it with a picture of the scoreboard because the lane bugged out and lost the record. Maybe others don't have this problem, but our lane was bad that day with these and other problems.

Wanted to play some games with our 4 year old... bought a small pop cost me 5 bucks... the games to win candy had only 2 small pieces in it. And 3 different games stole are money when asking for help I stood waiting for we'll over 10 min bc dude was chatting with a Co worder looked my way never helped. And it was Sunday there was not a sout in game but us and maybe 4 people bowling. I'd say it was ok. But the kids working don't give a cap it felt like

Myself, my mother, my brother and his wife and kids went to bowl for the first time in five years yesterday. This has been our bowling alley since we were kids. It's where our parents met (not to mention where I was almost born!), where my dad asked my mom out, where they played on a league for years together and where they brought us to teach us to bowl. We decided on the 1 year anniversary of his passing that we would honor him by bringing his granddaughters to bowl for the first time in a place we cherish so much and we were not disappointed. We were able to use our Groupon and get a large pizza (that was cut into the perfect amount of slices for us and plates included), a lane for 90 minutes and shoes for all of us. Everyone was super nice and we even got a picture taken with all of us instead of just my up close selfie lol Thank you SO much for making our special occasion exactly what we needed to keep his memory alive and remind us why we love this place so much. We will definitely be bringing his granddaughters back!

Good bowling alley. They recently remodeled the outside and the inside seems okay. Seems pricey but may be comparable to other alleys. For some reason they stack the customers together on lanes even though half the bowling alley is empty. All in all fun experience.

My family and I love bowling...we arrived on a league night and the staff was gracious enough to give us free passes to come back since they were full. When we came back we had fun and they were very friendly and helpful...even after my kid threw a ball into another lane! Thank you Sooner Bowling for a great afternoon with my children! Love love love this bowling center. They have a disabled bowling league on saturday morning where they even coach the people bowling. The staff is exceptional from the front desk to the cafe. They have FREE bowling every day during the summer for kids. YES, FREE!!! Took my kids a lot during the summer when they were younger. The also teach them how to bowl correctly for free at this time. You do have to rent shoes or bring your own bowling shoes. Grandsons birthday was a blast here. Did the night glow?? The kids loved it.

Our family has ill baby and has not done any birthday parties in 3 years. So what better way to get back in the groove than having the experts of loving on the parent people at sooner bowling! I was able to drop everything off not the day of the party, but days before the party, they decorated and cared for all of my guess as if it were me and myself doing it. I am in love. The best part was the cost, it was ridiculously perfect.

Wish I could give it a zero. They advertise 10 to 12 on Wednesday for $10.99. Me and friends go every week and everytime we have gone(we've been going for the past month and a half) they "Don't have enough business to stay open until 12". So it's more like bowling until 11 or 11:30. Which would've been fine, but this last time we went (5/23/18) when I said something about them closing early again the kitchen worker (white kid with a frat boy attitude) told me to "show up earlier" over and over again as I was walking out the door. Mind you, the 10.99 price is from 10 to 12. So showing up early wouldn't do any good because I'd pay full price. The manager (brunette tattooed heavy set one) was fairly rude about it. Just because you say "sorry" does not make it okay. That is probably why they didn't have any business in the first place. Hope they enjoy the two birthdays that'll be held there this year. If they dont shut them down early. Also, you can go to Heyday (who has a nice bowling center) and bowl for three hours for the same $10.99 price.

As bowling goes it's pretty good, besides the ball return likes to throw your ball out quickly. The food is surprisingly good like most bowling alleys. There are plenty of lanes but it usually stays pretty busy.

I have really enjoyed our bowling experiences at Sooner Bowling Center. Mandy Haws has taken great care of our groups every time we go. Sooner Bowl recently did a renovation and the place looks great. I highly recommend Sooner Bowling for company events and parties.

Stupid place. I had a party of 4 and we went at about 10:35 pm to bowl and we were turned away because they said they were closing in 15 minutes. Even though the sign said they were open until 12 am. She said they were closing because they only had one lane open. And when I asked why they couldn’t open another so we could bowl for an hour and half she said that they couldn’t because it was too late. Also she was very rude about it. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Don’t bowl here.

It's an amazing place to go bowling at but if your there for pool and want to play some arcade games as well it's not that great. Half the time the machine were you buy a card so you can actually play pool or any arcade games doesn't work, and sense it's not there machine they can't do anything about. If you do manage to get a card though. A lot of times the arcade machines don't even work and are out of order for months.

The lanes are great and there's a really good atmosphere, especially during the cosmic bowling. The prices for bowling and shoes is very reasonable. We ordered some food and drinks and the food was alright and the prices were good. It was pretty much what I would expect at a bowling alley. The reason for only 4 stars is because the bathroom was not clean and smelled pretty bad. Other than that it's a great, fun place.

Beyond frustrating - called to set up a party but they don't do it on week days. No biggie, asked if we could just bring a cake, rent a lane and have dinner there on a open night and were told no problem. So we get there and guess what. Can't bowl because we brought the cake. They'd rather lose costumers - forever - than let a kid have his birthday cake.

The gentleman at the desk was very rude. Wouldn’t give us a wait time and when I asked for an update, he said to just wait and that he’d call our name. After 30 minutes of waiting and no time line, we ended up just leaving. Half the lanes were broken too.

Seem to have a few leagues that play at this location. The price is fair if the lanes and balls were in better shape. I'm no pro but I'm not blind either. Lanes look warped, balls look like they were picked up from the beaches of Normandy. The food we ordered was good and not too pricey. Staff was friendly but guy cleaning the lanes crossed us several times during our game.

Nice bowling ally... a little dated. The beer is a bit pricey. Plus why do 5 beers to a bucket when most league teams are 3 members. The people who bowl on the leagues are really nice and welcoming to new bowlers.

There was tried bubble gum in the bowlers' area on our set of lanes and on just about every set of lanes in the house. Bowling cost $5.00 per game or $25.00 per lane per hour. We went with the per hour price, but our lane kept breaking down so we didn't get in much bowling for our money. Also, the lane surface was about 1/4 of an inch higher than the approach surface. I'm not sure how these lanes get certified like that. I recommend going to just about any other place to bowl before going here.

My friends and I paid for an hour of bowling. About 10 minutes in we got a call that my son was running a fever and we needed to pick him up. The bowling alley refunded us the entire amount we paid. The staff was all super friendly as well! Definitely recommend

Sooner Bowling Center was very fun and very clean. The staff was incredibly nice and the shoes that they gave me were well-sanitized. My only complaint would be that it was a bit pricey, but that is also factored into the time that I chose to visit. NOTE: I did not try the food or arcade, just bowling.

I really enjoy the lanes here. I started coming here since the Moore location was taken by the tornado! The oil pattern is relatively consistent, and they have pretty good food and beer selection. The reason I rate it a 4 is because they don’t serve alcohol like moore did which added a good time for those that drink. Staff is very friendly!

My wife booked my sons 4th birthday party here and they were amazing. I walked in thinking I’d have to go remind someone about it but Eva greeted me and showed us our lanes and table right away. They were so helpful distributing cake and even lighting the candles. Very professional and I would recommend party’s here if all ages. 5 stars!!!

My husband and I come to the bowling center a few times a month. The staff is friendly and always talks to us about how we are doing. They normally put us on a lane apart from other bowlers, which is a nice touch. The cost is affordable by bowling standards. Overall, Sooner bowling center is a family friendly, enjoyable business.
