Went to celebrate a couple of birthdays today. The food was really good and it was great that we could bring in our own cupcakes and presents without having to rent for a party as there were just a few of us. My only complaints are that its pricey, that we thought we had unlimited bowling, which didn't turn out to be the case (it was a bummer getting kicked off our lane before we could finish the second game we'd started).. and that we had to wait for someone to come tend the prize counter so our daughter could redeem her points. Otherwise it was a great time, if it was more affordable then maybe the hour drive would be more worth it.

We hold our company Christmas party here every year. There is something for everyone and it’s a lot of fun. The food they provided was surprisingly good. We also have had a lot of fun with our grandkids here!

Typical arcade place, DON'T play the basket ball games, they don't count score correctly, and a bowling lanes seemed like some oil was missing. A claw game litteraly didn't grab until after it was suppose to release the toy. Overall, go to heyday or something. If you can.

Went here with friends and had more than a few gripes. Couldn't order any alcohol while bowling off the tablet so I had to flag someone down in order to get a server to us. Service at the bar was terrible, had to wait 10 minutes before the guy washing glasses poured the drinks since the bartender was nowhere to be found. When we ordered food, the first set of food didn't come at all, and to test if anyone actually paid attention to the orders we ordered a round of water that didn't come either. Only time food came was after I got too frustrated and requested a manager, who comped the entire meal and gave us game time cards to make up for it, which I very much appreciate. This is the first time in 4 years I've had a bad experience here, and without the manager making it right I would not consider coming again.

Paid 40$ for 1 hour of bowling for 2 people and the lane counted a third of my throws as faults for no apparent reason. The most expensive place on Portland wasn't this expensive. I dont think anyone should be charging so much in a state where the median income and minimum wage is so low...

Want an adult arcade? Here's your place. I'm surprised they added some VR games to the mix. Beat saber is very fun and tiring but you can go on a virtual rollercoaster that moves the seats under you. All the games are up to date while also having good ole classics.

Real fun time. Bowling was fun, the animations were creative and the service was great. A real easy way to lose track of time. Laser tag was also quite fun and got the blood flowing. I really enjoyed the seating areas and arrangements throughout the establishment too. Really inviting vibe

The best thing about this place is the bowling alley. as far as the arcade it is still relatively small, but it's just good to have one entertainment places in Oklahoma.

I went in mid week day for lunch. The place was really nice and I got to shoot some pool while enjoying my lunch, so that alone is worth more than 5*'s. The chef came out to ask how the food was and in a place that's more or less an adult Chucky cheese for the chef to care was awesome. Not only that but the food was fantastic.

The Main Event in OKC is a fun place to have birthday party and the one in Tulsa is even better. We are pizza and salad, bowled, played laser tag and went on the ropes course. Lastly, we played as many of the games as we could.

This Main Event is just like most other main events. Generally clean, with a nice bowling alley and a fun laser tag. The price of certain games is the reason for a 4 star review. When you have a few games that cost 4-5 bucks for a single game, it gets a little ridiculous. Most games are fine between 1.00-2.50 but anything past 3 is a little much. Still it is a great place to take kids or go on a date

We had an amazing time! This is an all in one amusement venue and is definitely worth the time and money. It has something to do for all ages. We spent hours running back and forth between the different activities. The kids loved the elevated obstacle course which was kid friendly and safe. It was very spacious and no wait, and a small one of any. The food was delicious and delivered fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is definitely a place I'll return to and recommend others to visit

I brought my kids here a month ago to have fun. We don’t get an opportunity to take all 4 of them out like this often so when we do, it’s a special treat. Let me start by saying we waited 30 mins before someone even came to clean off our table, not to mention another 15 mins for someone to take our drink order. Then waited another 20 mins to get our drinks and our food order taken. After 30 more minutes of waiting, our server came to inform us that the pizza machine was broken and we would have to pick something different for the 4 of our 6 meals. We, at this time, left. After 1.5 hrs of waiting, we still couldn’t eat our dinner and our kids never got the opportunity to play any games. And we spent $55 for 2 meals we didn’t even eat and 2 drinks that took entirely too long to receive. I sent this company two emails about our experience and they did nothing. No one reached out and tried to right the wrong either time. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. Ever.

Really great place to hang out. They have multiple activities like bowling, laser tag, arcade games, table top pool games. They also have a bar and cafe to order food from. This comes in handy at bowling; you can order drinks or appetizers to your bowling lane. Also, if you don't know if you want to try it for the first time; they have a Monday Night Madness Unlimited Activies OR Arcade special going on right now from 4PM - Midnight. Look forward to Mondays!

It's a fun place to play. A little pricey though. As far as eating, you better plan on waiting a while. I had to walk around to find a server. Dining experience took two hours. I had to ask for refills and for plates to be cleared. Not ideal when you have littles wanting to know when they can play.

First time here visiting and it is a relaxed and service is great.. All the staff are excellent and helpful.. Food is reasonable priced and tasted good.. It was a lot of fun and the two story Lazer tag is awesome.

It was alright it was a very confusing experiance tbh , me an my mom went to spend some time together , hadnt eaten yet so we just said we will eat there and then play games. Alot of the staff seemed very confused and unsure of anything. They couldnt really answer our questions. They answered with alot of um I really dont know or I couldnt tell you ,and the wait time to order took forever and we were the only ones in the food section which was strange the waitress we had didnt know what she was doing but I just assumed maybe it was her first day and she had a rough day. But other than that we had a good time amd when we got our food we enjoyed it very much !

This place is pretty fun, but expensive! Even with the wristband that gives unlimited access to multiple activities, any add-ons (like arcade games) increase the cost exponentially. My one big complaint is that you have to sign in for each activity separately. When we did this, they put us on the wrong list. Also, they send in groups for laser tag at 10-15 minute intervals. The groups are quite large. It makes it so crowded on the playing field there isn't much room to manuever. It wasn't my favorite place, but it was busy and others seemed to really enjoy it. It wasn't a total waste, only because I enjoyed spending the time with my daughter. Definitely an easy way to drop a quick $100+.

The employees there are very helpful and hospitable and will go out of their way to ensure you and your family are well situated. This place is totally Family oriented. It's not quiet but not too load to enjoy no matter your age. There is something for everyone. If one of these were in our area, our kids young and old would be there. Bowling, Lazer tag, pool, arcade, climbing, pizza, restaurant. Banquet room. TV everywhere. It's just got everything. I had a blast!

We had a good time here for the most part. Recommend eating before you come, as the food is pretty blah. The only issue I had was with the gravity ropes. One man told my 5 year old she was tall enough. We stood in line and by the time we got ready to put our harnesses on, another man had taken over and said she wasn’t tall enough. She was maybe 1/2cm too short. I understand safety is top priority, but I wouldn’t have purchased her an armband (or myself, since I only bought one to go WITH her) had I been told she was not tall enough to begin with. They also wouldn’t refund our money.

We had fun at a company event the other day. We had a unlimited 1hr game play which was great! Didn’t earn tickets but that’s ok. I played games I didn’t want to waste my card on before and found the flying game severely broken. The joy stick doesn’t respond at all(at the time of this writing 9-2019).

We went here for a staff retreat and had a really great time. We went late August, when school was back in session, and at 12pm on a Friday, so we essentially had the venue to ourselves. The pizza, salad, and pasta was delicious, and the chocolate chip cookies were even warm when they served them. The games were fun and all working and the bowling lanes were particularly fun, since you could customize your photos for fun videos to show your face in between. We had a great time as a group and I'd definitely go back.

First time going..The place was great! Good array of arcade games, and great deal for Monday nights! Food was pretty great (though the portioning for fries with a burger is a bit small)! Everyone working there was friendly, and when it came time to execute safety procedures due to the thunderstorm/possible tornado outside, everyone was quick and professional! Small complaint would be that a couple of the arcade machines were janky on controls and kind of falling apart (specifically, the Mario and Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games arcade machines) due to excessive use. Didn't get a chance to do the bowling, shuffleboard, VR or laser tag, but hoping that's still around next year when me and my friend can go. Props to whatever employee decided to play Survivor by Destiny's Child after the tornado warning came and went. I like your humor.

The entertainment is fun but I wish on the unlimited the tickets would count. Our waitress was so slow we waited about 25 minutes before anyone came to our table. Then waited another 30 minutes before she brought our ice cream when we ordered it with our food.

Food is not terrible but not great. Better than most of this genre though I will admit. the atmosphere is great, bright and exciting. Any kid of any age will lose their minds in this place as there is no shortage of things to do. However, those things come with a terrible price.... the price! do not be surprised to rack up a $100 bill for an hour of fun. That is worth it for a lot of people and that's fine, I just feel that the games are incredibly over priced. **EDIT** I've now Given 4 stars up from three for Customer service as there was nothing for me to mention on that in my original post and that always needs to be considered as an over all whole in a review. As the company responded within an hour acknowledging that they've read and taken into account what was mentioned. I will say, This place is fun, there is no doubt about that! (The food I had was Pizza by the way, i've not had anything else, and i will also note that the company i was with Had a salad that looks amazing, and a wrap that also looked amazing, So must edit my original FOOD statement, to pizza.)

Ropes course, bowling, and unlimited arcade (maybe only during certain times) what better fun! Never had the food tho and never "bought" the prizes. We just like coming for the unlimited arcade deals with my oldest who waste all his money on the games that dont win tickets anyways.

The first time I went it was great. We played laser tag, pool, and got on the platform. But next time we orderd a season pass and came on Sunday. They had NOTHING on the webpage about not being able to get on the platform or do laser tag on sundays, so we had to bowl the entire time! then we orderd a pretzel and 4 drinks and had to wait a while. Also the the touch screen on the bowling lanes are VERY hard to figure out. But I would love if on there website they would put what days and time people have booked parties that way you know when to go.

HORRIBLE 1ST AND LOST EXPERIENCE. I called ahead for food and was told to come by 11. I drove 20 minutes just to be told the kitchen was closed. SKY pawned me off on Kevin the "Manager", and then again onto CHLOE (Who blamed her negligence on Todd who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING).CHLOE was not only rude by throwing her co-worker under the bus, she could care less about the customer's experience . My job gives out gift cards to Main Event every week, saying as though I'm highly influential, I will be recommending Dave and Buster's.

Decided to get them pizza and drinks so I tried to order the $24.99 family pizza combo. I was informed that they had no one to work that area today so I had to pay full price. Huh.. well we don’t have anyone to work that station so you can’t get that price... fail

This is the absolute WORST arcade experience ever!!! We used to love this place and it has significantly gone down hill in a short amount of time, unfortunately. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING TO MAIN EVENT!!!! The games don’t work. They take your money. You have to get an employee come fix games every 3 minutes. And to top it all off if you are 5 tickets short of the item you want in the prize room - they DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE! They just say, sorry, can’t get that item, not enough tickets. I refuse not step foot in Main Event ever again. Chuck E Cheese has been around forever and they know how to run an arcade! Games always work & if you have to pay extra for a prize your kid is SO CLOSE to getting and really wants...they let you pay $1 for every ticket you’re short. Not to mention SAME GAMES AND A FRACTION OF THE COST!!!!! Worst experience ever. Don’t waste your life at this place. It’s awful.

This is a fun place for an easy date night. It's a bit pricey, but if you come when they have a special and don't eat here, it's a pretty good deal for a few hours of fun. It's a hectic environment, so just expect to be tripping over rambunctious kids the whole time. As long as you go expecting this kind of environment, you'll usually have a good time!

This was my first and my last time there. We were at my nephews bday party that my sister booked. Everything was so messed up NOTHING was right. So she got management and they offered her free tickets. She explained she wasn't wanting free things she just wanted what she paid for fixed. The employees were rude and not helpful at all. The place was a mad house and dirty. It's expensive and not worth the money at all. Wouldn't go back if it were offered a free for all. It was a headache waste of gas waste of time.

This happened back in Feb. 2019. When I arrived I was instructed to go to the area where guests pick up their shoes for bowling. Once there the young lady told me to stand to the side and someone would take me to our lane. We (group of about 7 people) stood to the side while the 4 staff members sat and chatted about random things instead of taking us to our lane. When I tried to get their attention they turned around (facing away from us). A manager finally walked by and noticed we were standing there. She asked if we had been helped. I explained we were told to wait, but no one showed up to take us to our area. Once we got honour lane we did enjoy the evening. Our waiter was friendly. I didn't give our experience a 1 star because in the end we did have fun.

Service is terrible at this place, sat down to eat and ordered drinks brought everyone s out but mine, said it was coming . After about 10 minutes I flagged down our waitress and she said they cancelled my order but would reorder, waited another 20 min went to the bar my self to get my own drink. All our food came out separately so other two had to start eating before me and the wife's came out. The place was way to pack, hour wait to bowl or play pool. Too many children even after 10. They need to hire more employee s or do a better job scheduling them. Drove from Newcastle to try this place out will deffinantly not be a repeat customer.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. It's our sons 5th birthday and he wanted to do laser tag, which we have done here multiple times. They said this time he's too short and wouldn't let him. We've done it before and it was okay. I asked of we could just rent it out for us once to let him. He has now cried twice on his birthday because he thought he could do it. We spoke to a manager and the manager and both were not synthetic to the situation at all. When I said in was going to complain to his boss and blast social media he offered to comp our visit and give some game cards. I guess hoping for me not to complain. If we had never done it ,I would understand. But, we have done it multiple times and this is the 1st time to get turned away. If it's a policy it should always be a policy, not just sometimes. Ridiculous

I had family come visit from out of state, and since there is a 5 year old in the family we decided on the Main Event tonight for dinner. Upon walking into the building, 3 people were standing upfront and I have no idea what for because they definitely weren't seating guests who wanted to eat. When I asked, one of the ladies showed me to a table. The waitress who eventually showed up was terrible. We all did the fun & play combo and from the 6 options we had to pick from on the menu, none of them were hard to make so I don't know why it took an hour and a half for 6 people to get fed. Then another half hour to find someone to cash us out. The waitress was quiet and distant, she wasn't smiley and bubbly, she was awkward. Maybe she had a bad night who knows. Refills weren't offered, we had to ask for them. She used the excuse that she was new, but you can only ride that excuse for so long. Since we got the 20 dollar wrist bands, we went to play laser tag. You can't just get in line to play though, you have to wait in a different line where 3 people are running 1 register and still neglect to give guests a "boarding pass" which prints off a time for you to meet for a laser tag group. When we finally got into the room where you put the vests on, the person running it was downright rude. He said "I hope you all paid attention to the video because when you come and ask me why the phaser isn't working I'm not going to answer you since everyone was talking" I paid good money to be there and was shocked. My mom complained to a manager who offered a half hearted apology. I suppose that's all you can do when the whole place is falling apart and your employees are garbage. The two men running gravity ropes obviously hated their jobs. The area where guests go to exchange tickets for prizes was a joke. The 5 year old mentioned earlier threw a fit when he was 100 tickets short for a toy. You can't pay the difference. You're better off not taking your children in there. Actually, you're better off just not going to this establishment. I am SO embarrassed that this is the place I picked to bring my family to. I am so disappointed that I spent so much money to be so upset at midnight on my hour long drive back to Stillwater. You're better off going across the street to the indoor skydiving. You're better off going anywhere else but here. The idea of this place is amazing, but in reality the Main Event is unable to pull it off. To all the miserable employees that I encountered tonight: if you are THAT miserable and hate your job THAT much, just leave and find something that makes you happy. To the management: WHERE WERE YOU? To the owner: have you ever seen that TV show where the CEO goes undercover and visits the place they own? You should consider doing that. I am not a miserable person. I'm just a college student trying to make time for family and fun when I can. I don't expect the world to revolve around me either. I don't think I've ever written such a scathing review before but it really needed to be said.

The worst experience!! I accidentally put in $100 to purchase a $27 game card for my 4 year old grandchild and tried to get a refund. The manager refused to listen to my plea. Tried to explain that I don't live here and traveling from out of town. I was told that, there's a sign throughout the building and my first time being here and only spending a short time with grandbaby. Needless to say, I lost $$$ because I only have an hour to spend with him. Who spends $100 on games???

Times have certainly changed... If you put a buck or more in a game, you should be able to play until you lose x amount of lives, etc. Not all games have to be this way but when my kids sit down to play a game and it's over in less than a minute and the adult (gamer) can't even explain what happened that's terrible!! Will never return for these overpriced games. Furthermore I stood up at the central desk waiting for 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me. I asked this kid if he could help, he said sure! I said that's great because you weren't offering. Then he tells another girl who asked how she could help, then for some reason she decided to walk off while I was politely asking for a game card and started helping someone behind us.

Most disorganized lazer tag sign up system I have ever seen. We followed the sign up procedure but the employees wouldn't make sure everyone entering was ACTUALLY signed up. This resulted in my daughter getting a vest yanked out of her hand and us having to sit out of 4 lazer tag sessions because of Main Events lack of organization. The manager then basically said sorry, he is new. Sorry the only thing you are doing is lazer tag but Hey! At least you got a couple right....... I paid for unlimited activities.... I Followed protocol and lost out.... Very disappointed....

The place was nice. Laser tag attendant was trash though he keep being a stickler about petty things. Monday is the day to go and the Tulsa location has friendlier staff. Ordered a warm cookie al la mode and they gave me chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla and didn't offer another choice before topping it with chocolate.

Absolutely deplorable service while trying to get wristbands, and get on a lane. They literally have children trying to work the heartbeat of that facility. Food came out quickly, but not together. They were out of 40-50 percent of their beer list. Pricing on activities seemed reasonable.

I had lots of fun but the bar really stunk! I'm sorry but waiting 20 minutes for a drink sucks. Don't they have waiters? The bar people must have skipped us a half a dozen times.

This place is fun. It's a chain so they have the same products and actually that the others have. Great place to go for a date or a chill time with your friends. The establishment is clean and the staff is friendly. A few of the arcade games are broken, but the stuff will refund you if you have any issues. This location has a large bowling area and a great arcade selection. It you go on the right night you can catch a good deal!!

They need to be aware of employees who have problems at the counter stood there for 10-15 minutes before I decided to give up also asked another girl who was at the counter and she said she couldn't help it had to be that guy but yet when managers or other employees helped they wouldn't help they pressed stuff and then left not making sure that the problem was solved not only that but there was my kids and I and others in line waiting. After we went to play laser tag came back the SAME couple wa there at the counter.

Great place every time I go! Had 1 bad experience and it got resolved so quickly it really isn't worth mentioning. Birthday parties are pricey but you do get a full experience and a great host! Thank you Izzie for making our experience a wonderful one and we'll be back sooner than later.

Never been there before, really fun! I would recommend it for parties scheduled or unscheduled. Lots of really neat games for all ages, laser tag, a climbing area with harnesses! Service was great as well.

Family friendly. On Tuesday children eat free. Don't forget to buy the entree that gives credits for activities. Must inform the waiter and order the entree from them. Don't use the table order kiosk or you will miss out on the credits.

I took my twin 6 year old and two year old grandsons there and we had fun. The only thing us they dont provide any activities for small kids like 1 to 4 year olds. So my two year old didnt get to play alot of games. The 6 year olds had a great time. We were there about an hour and a half. Could have stayed longer. There is bowling along with the other games like driving cars, motorcycles, ect. Its a good place to be for inside fun.

Took my 7 year old today while off on Christmas break. The deals were great! He was able to have unlimited play for a reasonable price. The only thing was the hamburgers tasted burned. He wouldn't even eat one sliders until I threatened to just go home. It was so bad that I couldn't eat my hamburger either. I've had appetizers there before that were pretty good. I guess just eat and feed your kids before you come.

This place could be so much better if they had more people helping up front....You have to stand in a long line usually and there's always just a few people helping check you in.... I didn't come to spend my time standing in a line, please understand that my time is valuable, this has happened every time I've been there and more than likely I'll never go back

For once I went to a place to eat with my family and was genuinely content with the service. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our food came out to us in a timely orderly manner and was hot (not heat lamp hot but off the stove on the plate and brought to us in a timely manner hot.) And it was very busy that day.

Theres plenty of things to do here: theres arcade games, pool, a bowling alley,, laser tag, a ropes course, a laser room, a prize center, a couple vr games, and a cafe all in the same building! It's a little pricey but its definitely worth it for all the activities! It's a great place to have a birthday party or just a night of fun with friends and family!

It was a "Bomb" place to have fun. The $20 all day fun pass is well worth it. We played laser tag 3 times, rope course 2 times, and 2 rounds of pool. We did not bowl because 2 of my galsgot tired. I could have keep playing. Lol! If you have not hung out at Main Event. You need to go check them out.
