We offer you the reviews of real people who buy the services of Heritage Lanes (Bowling Alley) in Oklahoma.
At present the firm receives a rating of 4.2 over 5 and that score has been calculated on 535 reviews.
You must have seen that it reaches an opinions average is very high, and it is based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may be quite sure that the assessment is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they are happy with the business, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to put tatings when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Bowling Alley belongs to the category of Bowling alley.
Great place to bowl very friendly staff lots of specials
I have been coming here for many years off and on. The place could definitely use a face lift but overall it is still a decent place to visit on occasion. We had a kids birthday party here yesterday and it was a good experience. All of the kids had a great time. The pricing is reasonable and fair.
Best bowling alley in okc! We had a great time..Nice folks..clean bathroom's.
A fun place
They would not honor their prices listed on the website and when I arrived with 20 people they said they had signs posted for 2 weeks inside the bowling alley and that they did not need to honor their website. Needless to say we will never be coming back as I am a huge believer in customer service and they have none.
Nice place to go to for date night.
Your stereo typical bowling alley. Last hoorah was in the 90's
Pretty great experience, I usually go with my friends at 9:00pm when the blacklights kick on. The food here is decent and pretty standard. There is a full bar for anyone betting on drinks or you can get a pitcher of beer or a soda of your choosing. The balls are in great comdition, 8lbs or less is found behind the counter and considered a "kids" ball. Over-all good time and left with a full stomach.
Had a blast with my family
Excellent family place... Kids had a blast bowling and then playing in the arcade. :)
good bowling. family place, but it has a full bar.
Really good alley however, the glow bowl nights are cancer and would recomend avoiding alley in the glow bowl hours. "On multiple occasions I had to pick up my ear drums because they had fallen out." ~Cole Oestrich
This place reeks of beer and B-O. The smell is awful. Very dirty inside.
Friendliest bowling alley I've ever been to
One of the best. My dad took us here all the time when I was a kid.
Heritage Lanes is a very nice bowling alley. The people working there a very respectful. The atmosphere is people friendly.
used to down beerS n bowl on league nights thursday with hmdkapp ous team made money that year. I remember paying dves of prob 250 and end of Season was returned 375
My graduating class came in to bowl today. We were well behaved, but the staff was incredibly rude to us. Not only did they make racist remarks, they made fun of the names of my classmates. The ball returns and monitors also stopped working on a couple of the lanes. I will not be returning.
Went with friends&family for my bro's bday. We had so much fun that we agreed to meet up at least once every other month! Great place for family&Fun!!
I have been coming here for awhile with no problem but tonight I had the best customer service EVER! Gabe and Dana went above and beyond for us! Just reminded me why I love coming here ❤️
Went bowling with my family. We had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly!!!!
Fantastic. Had a blast.
Full bar, arcade and a pretty lengthy menu for a bowling alley. I went for the "adult glow bowl" and loved it.
People are nice. A.nice bowling facility. The bathrooms were clean!
This is a great place to bring the family, friends, or even just by yourself to blow off some steam or take your mind off the stress of everyday life.... The lanes are very well kept too. Not too slick, but not too sticky either
Very reasonable prices and a fun atmosphere.
Great Time and prices were excellent!! Joined the kids bowl free throughout the summer and saved a ton. The alley is a little outdated but enjoyed ourselves.
Family time
Grew up here. Great place
It's smells disgusting in there. Everything is outdated and dirty. The staff at the front are always rude and condescending. We quit going here because of the lady that always runs the register. The food is also nasty but the cashiers in the food area always have great customer service and are really friendly. The rental shoes are nasty too and look like they've had them since the 60's. The prices are relatively inexpensive but they don't provide a good atmosphere or a good customer experience.
LOVE this alley! Brett and his crew are awesome!
I came here for the first time last with two friends. I live the atmosphere and bowling features. Great prices!
It’s a bowling alley but not a bad one. Decent bar food and cocktails.
Great package deals.Good family environment. Food was lackluster for the price. But tasted alright. We'll eat before we go next time.
We have our company christmas party here and the staff is always very nice.
Good place to take the family for a family fun night.
I love that it stays open late on fridays
Awesome bowling alley and great manager & staff ! Fun time
Fantastic deals, good food, great time!
At $15 a person for 4 hours of bowling on the weekends, it's hard to beat.
I started bowling there first Saturday in July 2017. My boyfriend and I went back the following Saturday at 10 for Twilight Bowl UNLIMITED bowling till 2 A.M. The guy there is so friendly. I needed an 8 LB ball that was not in the open. Our Third weekend in July we went on a Friday night. They guy remembered us and immediately got my 8 LB ball. They treat you like family. The only issue I have is the price of food art the shack bar, a little over priced. I can get a hamburger, fries and drink 4-5 dollars cheaper at Braums. Other then that they have some good deals for bowling throughout the entire week. Price for alchole is resensble. I recommend this place.
Could use an extra pool table, but great place to bowl!
Expensive food and drinks. When I called up there I was quoted a much cheaper price but ended up paying 20.00 more than what was quoted. Couldn't pick our lane. Was told I would pay per game rate but ended up paying per hour
Fun place. Great people. Prices are alright for the area. We arrived just shy of two hours til closing and wasn't informed that they are not serving food anymore til after getting the lane and attempted to order. If you plan on having a late dinner there at the alley like we tried to, be sure to call ahead to find out what time they stop serving food.
Really good place to go with your friends at night
This was our first time coming here. And id say my lil guy had a blast! Will be coming back for sure. :) the food isnt to bad. A little dry. Bit its bowling food. :)
Nice place to take the family for a day of fun and bowling....
John Marshall Bears class of '88 Reunion. Great time!!!
We signed the buys up for the free summer bowling and they love it. We were able to get 3 adults signed up for bowling also, it just cost about $35 as a one time payment. It's a great way to keep the kids busy on these hot summer days!
Had a great evening with some awesome people....Great game Team 3: Dee,Que,Tee,Chuck,Phil and Cherrie
Probably the best bowling deal in the metro for serious and recreational bowlers alike may be found here on Friday and Saturday nights, at $17.3-something for up to four hours. They've just, in the last year or so, upgraded from the 1981 scorers to something much more up-to-date and sleek, the house balls are of good quality (if you don't bring yours), and the pins are in great condition. The food is a cut above in my opinion, and drink specials are good. And the place is clean.
Had a ton of fun! The lane animations were funny and the ball was a good fit for me. They had comfortable, if large, shoe sizes. (I had to drop one full size.) Overall a very enjoyable experience.
Had a lot of fun doing their glow in the dark bowling and it didn't cost very much.
What a great place. I completed in a fundraising tournament. The lanes were real good. The staff is very friendly. Guess I just like the place because this is the only place I've ever picked up the 7-10 split.
Food is kind of spendy... Bowling is fun.
Had a good time
Great place to bowl.
Facility was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was good..
It was super fun there they had good food and most inportanly we were treated well.
My husband and I take advantage of the $10 for two hours of bowling on Fridays because it’s a great deal. It’s an older bowling ally but the food is decent (it’s bowling ally food, it’s not gourmet) and the drinks aren’t ridiculously expensive. The seating is more convenient for group bowling than at other places I’ve seen.
Excellent bowling alley, unfortunately terrible employees /customer service. Went (Wednesday ) 1/11/17 at 3:30 in the afternoon. Only three lanes in use, practically empty. There were 5 of us, three adults and two children. They wouldn't let us have 2 lanes. One for the kids and one for the adults. He said you have to be a party of 8 or greater to get 2 lanes. If this was a busy time I would completely understand but it was nearly empty and we would only be there for 3 games. I told my daughter to get a lane for herself and the 2 boys and my husband and I would get another. The guy at the front desk informed us that he would only give us the single lane since he knew we were together. Said it rudely and with a very sour face. I told him last time we were here we had 2 lanes. He didn't care. We left. I will not be giving this establishment my money for being spoken to in such a rude tone. Sadly they probably would have made about 50 bucks off us. Meridian Lanes will now be my go to place for bowling.
We had a blast kids had fun they had everything we needed
Good family atmosphere
Great staff, very friendly. Lanes are in good shape. Great specials.
A different style of bowling alley. Good for the family.
We come to Heritage Lanes as a work group some Mondays, and we love it. They have a crazy special on Monday nights, so we can have fun on a budget. The staff is friendly and remembers their regular customers, and the food is pretty good! The drinks are a little on the expensive side since you don’t get free refills, but everything else is great. There’s also an arcade with a prize area and a bar with pool tables and shuffleboard.
It's an awesome experience playing bowl at the Heritage Lanes. They gave us a pretty great deal especially for our kids. They give them a 2 games for FREE! Thank you so much for the staff who've help us to introduced their freebies for summer. We really enjoyed their business with us!!!
Nice family bowling alley. Good food. Enjoy that they DON'T have TVs and you can just enjoy bowling.
Fun place
The employees are the best here.
Glow bowl was a blast!
Me & my family had a great time we went there and was told we had to wait an hour we walked out & the manager call us back in & said he had some room for us to play & we thank him for that he was very accommodating everything was cool
Always a great time. Thanks for the kids bowl free summer program.
It was a good time bowling
Glow bowl is always so much fun here. Good music, good drinks and good vibes. The only downfall is their food is expensive for what you get. Small portions and the pizza is delicious but they leave two inches below the crust with no cheese and no toppings so it's just sauce and bread. And you pay a lot for bigger size pizza. Overall, they have decent priced games and great weekday specials. If you go to glow bowl on Saturday. You need to arrive at least 30mins early to sign up for a lane because it gets PACKED. They also have great adult drinks and a lounge and with pool tables and shuffle board. An arcade with a few games and prizes to win with tickets you accumulate. Great family fun
Clean place, good service and the equipment was well maintained.
Seen alot of old friends there will be back.
Nice lanes
The staff here is amazing. I usually go with my son so it is hard to order snacks and let him bowl. They will deliver my food to my lane. They always come fix the lane or balls that get stuck. They even offered more time because our lane was broken.
Had a great time with my husband and his family. It's always a pleasure to go there.
Great staff and unbeatable Monday price to bowl.
The lanes are great and glow bowl is a lot of fun, but their scoring system is not so good, and the guys who came to provide lane assistance had 0 solutions. Every strike thrown , the system said we had the #1 pin left and when we converted spares it would only record up to 9 pins, leaving every frame "open" so we had to go back and manually change our score through the keyboard system after every frame! We finally requested a new lane and after a few frames, the scoring system again failed to work properly. The glow bowling deal is really good, and is what kept us there..
Took my grandchildren to Kids Bowl Free. 2 young men employees helped us get started. I wish I had caught their names. They were so very nice and helpful. Was about 11a.m. on Tues. Kids had so much fun, and so did Memaw! Thank you so much! We will be back again, and again.
Our family has been having fun here for years!
Great people and free bowling for the kids in the summer register online
Had blast nice place
I would give 5 stars, but there deli is a bit expensive. A large soda costs 3.25
Very pleasant experience.
Loved the place! It's great to finally find a date spot that has great music, great snacks and even a sock vending machine if you forget your socks lol. Highly recommend the place!!
Fun Kid friendly Environment
Always able to have a good time here, Wednesday night are the less expensive night and not that crowded...
Fun bowling location. Prices not terrible. Good fun.
The food is too pricy and they take forever to bring your meal. They need better food service. A fun place to be but not when your hungry.
Rude staff and even worse facilities.
My family and I had the best time and water welcomed with open arms
Playing was actually fun, they played some kpop songs and I was really excited
I get my grandson one weekend a month. Our routine for Sunday is IHOP then Heritage Lanes. The only reason it's not a 5 star is the service for food or adult beverages. It has taken me up to 5 minutes before someone comes from the back to take order. But the employees are always courtious.
My son and grandson bowl Tuesday night league there and we go and watch . Nice bowling alley and friendly people.
My son is doing the kid bowl free program all summer. He is enjoying the activity.
Fun times at the lanes. Food, drinks, and bowling
Great atmosphere! Very friendly and helpful staff. They support Special Olympics.
Great place to go with family and friends...
We have been on a league here for six years now. We love the atmosphere and the specials are great for family fun.
These lanes have always been great and seem to have gotten better over the years
I'm a regular at Heritage Lanes and I had never experienced what happened there today. It's a Saturday and of course it's busy and I'm in snack bar line for at least 20 minutes. I finally get to the to front and I tell the lady I wanted a large chili and cheese fries. She proceeded to note it on her food ticket and I paid for it. After I what it seemed like 5 to 8 minute wait for my fries my name was called. They gave me a large order of regular fries without the chili and cheese and I mentioned it to the lady. She said "Oh I'm sorry we are out of chili and cheese." I asked her why she didn't mention that when I was ordering and she simply said "I'm sorry" with an attitude. Her lack of care and empathy towards the issue was what set me off. Here you have a customer that spends money at the lanes every month and I don't even get offered a solution to a minor problem. A simple option to either refund my money or trade my order for equal or less value would have been enough to satisfy me for the issue but instead I got an "I'm sorry" with an attitude as if I had created an issue for her. I will definitely be reconsidering my Lane options next time.
Fun atmosphere after 9pm
You know bowling alleys are a rare find now adays and if you happen to find one there slummy and runned down....this one was actually pretty decent! It was clean...nothing appeard broken down, very friendly staff, bathroom was clean.bring the family you'll have fun.
At first glance this alley appears to be your average place for family fun. Be that as it may, once inside I was both disappointed by the staff as well as the quality of my experience. For starters my friend and I paid different prices for the same pitcher of Pepsi to share. Secondly when they made a final call for the snack bar, I went to get a dish to share and was told that they were only serving drinks because they wanted to close early. Aside from the dining, our lane had to keep being reset due to a shotty pin setup machine. The price however was very reasonable. All of this together, I would suggest pursuing other entertainment venues.
Nice for every age lot of fun
First place I bowled over a 250 years ago! Even with full synthetic lanes now, still a great place to go and generally has much better pricing then most other places. Staff have have always been nice and the people in the Pro Shop are as well. Recommend this place to everyone
Fun atmosphere. Good place for group bowling.
Long story short....their security team/person is EXTREMELY RACIST! The security-guard ask the 4 of us to show/present our Id's. (The bartender did his job by checking before our pitcher of beer) The "officer" haha....only asked our Asian-Amercian friend for all of the information on his license. We called him out and almost got kicked out because we stood up for the injustice. On our way out he(Security-guard) did apologize because we complained to Management. I will NOT be returning to this establishment. Hertiage needs to accept ALL customers.
I bowl every Monday on a league. The most fun fun.
They were very kind and attentive to our group's needs thanks for the great experience
Great place to take the family for a few hours. Lanes and shoe rental were $10. A pitcher of soft drinks was $4. If you want to go bowling I recommend you check this place out.
Pinsetters kept malfunctioning, and machines did not score accurately. We were there for a child's party, and food was awful.
Nice place great pro shop
Fun Bowling Alley. Energetic Workers that love their job!
So much fun, bathrooms are scary
Main desk employees are nice, but the grill employee was very rude and slow. Can't beat the kids free summer bowling program though!
Fun laid back date night!
Great Place
The price is right, but the monitors are wild as in missing spares showing splits that aren't there speed that is totally absurd.
Came here because we signed up for free kids bowling, as it is my youngest sons birthday. Had a tournament going on and said all the lanes were taken. But the wonderful manager said they would set us up with a lane at the very end. God bless!!
Eagerness to help and assist type of employees. Fun night with the family. Fair pricing. Pizza. Whiskey. Beer.
Nice bowling alley in the area. This place has a lot of lanes. As the alley was getting busier, new customers were being crowded lane to lane while the other end of the facility was empty. I would've like a little "space" instead of the "crowding" of one end of the facility. It was very easy to find a ball to use with all of them sizes being grouped together instead of having to go find one. Good prices on buckets of Bud Light.
From making the reservation with Peggy to everyone paying and getting their shoes with Taryn and Rodell; we had a great time. The music was fun and upbeat and the facilities were clean.
Nice place to bowl for cheap
I love the people here. Most of them worked at 66 bowl before that closed and they are still some of the nicest people I've met. The lanes are well kept and the pricing Is fair.
Kelly is the best employee up there she was extremely helpful and in an awesome mood. Such a ray of sunshine. I really enjoyed my time at the bowling alley.
We loved the cost the $5.00 for 2 hours of bowling made it an affordable family outing. The employees were very helpful and went out of there way to be helpful.
Cheap place to bowl, but you get what you pay for. The pin spotter has to be fixed several times per visit and often records the wrong score. Also I had a ball drilled at the pro shop and it was poorly done and caused blisters on my thumb until I had the holes fixed at another shop.
Cheapest place we found Little dated but super clean and friendly staff
Friendly staff and overall a great place to bowl.
Good avg Bowling experience. Would be 5 star but the obese women working snack bar complained, embarrassed and ridiculed my wife for buying a large quantity of cookies for our large group of foster children. Next time we go out and spend our money, we will be going somewhere else.
This is a great bowling alley. They also have good deals. Friday from 4p to 8p is unlimited bowling for 2 hours for only $10...shoes included. Had a great time!
Great place to have a party or take the family
This is a fun place to go!!!
The atmosphere was amazing. The d.j. had some really spicy jams. It was truly an amazing night.
I have not bowled in years, was a great experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice and clean. Good environment. We will be going back soon
Great little bowling place with great prices and daily specials. It is showing its age but you can't beat the price
Fun atmosphere. Clean environment. My only complaint is the music is so loud you have to scream to have a conversation. I don't mind loud music, but I like to visit with others while I'm not bowling. It was two of my children's first time bowling, and they had a great experience.
Really enjoyed my time here I had never bowled before what a nice experience
Very friendly and helpful staff. My young son and I felt welcomed and we had alot of fun. Be sure to sign up online to get a $5 off 1st visit. I think we will be visiting often and may have a Birthday party here
Love that kids bowl free during the summer! This is a great deal and super helpful for families! We love spending time here! The food is good, too!
Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because Dustin is so rude. All of the other workers are kind and helpful. Great food. Nice lanes. Dustin needs an attitude adjustment. #blesshisheart
Just drive to the Edmond bowling alley, this one is nasty
A really fun place to take your family
Fun little bowling alley fairly clean. Good is slow only one fryer
Fantastic bowling alley. Doesn't look like much on the outside, but they keep the screens and tech updated on the lanes, and a cool game room. Reasonable prices too!
Fun times and helpful staff. I've been going to heritage lanes ever since I first found out they had puzzle balls in the arcade, and that was 15+ years ago. It's a nice place to bowl.
Food was ok but atmosphere was great. Our Lane kept breaking down though.
The staff is always friendly, the game room is great for the kids, and it's always clean
We got there as a league was getting out. It was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. I feel like the price was a little high BUT they offer off peak pricing that is quite reasonable. Simple menu if you wanna munch while you're bowling. Worth going back during off peak.
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST BOWLING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. THE STAFF ARE ALL EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY REFUSE TO BE FLEXIBLE WITH YOUR FOOD ORDERS. I WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING AS FAR FROM THE PLACE AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.
Lots of fun with the kids. Clean and apparently well-maintained bowling alley, perfect for a family fun night.
I like the old school vibe of this place my wife and I had a good evening. Was able to get a lane quick and the staff was good peeps. Ordered a pitcher of Shocktop and it tasted like somebody mixed 50/50 Miller light and water. Three stars because that pitcher wasn't cheap either. Thanks for the great evening besides that though.
Had my 14 year old daughter birthday party here twice ...
