I am a Nanny, and I try to bring my nanny kids here at least once each summer. Last summer we came in to bowl, and I remember the older lady at the desk was rude both times. She seemed inconvenienced by everything. We used the kids bowl free program, which I don’t think you should offer if you don’t want the kids accidentally dropping/throwing the ball vs rolling it. The music was off, although there are Kicker speakers everywhere. All TVs off. We recently came in again, different nanny children same lady at the desk. We were the only people there. I had explained we have the kids bowl free coupon, she said in a really snarky voice, “well today you don’t.” Obviously I was confused and she was like “on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s we don’t do it. And expected us to leave!!! I said, “okay we will stay anyways!” And she gave us another game for free but was obviously irritated. She was rude about shoe sizes as well towards my nanny child who was just trying to figure out how to get the shoes on. She didn’t tell us where the kids bowling balls were, we were just looking and finally she told us they were in an office! If they aren’t visible, tell people!! She was just watching us look for them. Then we asked for the bumpers, and she said “you’ll have to wait”. With no explanation! Mind you we are the only people there. So we start the game and the kids go ask for her to put the bumpers up and she did. We just bowled in silence until a big group came in. This place needs new management. I’m sick of coming in and dealing with this lady every time and bowling with NO MUSIC OR ANYTHING. Like what the heck how is this a fun environment? It’s not.

This was a nice place to hang out on a rainy Friday. It wasn't busy at all. Of course school was in so not alot of kids. Very small arcade room, the did have two pool tables, which is a nice addition. Over all a nice clean facility with friendly staff.

Every time I have been here, except one time, I have ended up leaving. It's always so incredibly busy, which is great for business but sucks for others. I showed up on Monday evening and expected it to be busy (which it was), but I was willing to wait about 40 min. Then I overheard some younger kids who apparently reserved a couple of lanes to get the lanes set up. I don't think that you should be able to reserve lanes on special evenings like that, it should be first come first serve. So my boyfriend and I left and went to the bars instead. For how much profit they seem to make they should expand, add more lanes, or even just change the chairs to more comfortable couches or something. The 1 time I have bowled it was fun, but I had to show up an hour before they closed.

Nice, clean family bowling alley in Stillwater. Lanes are well maintained and the arcade is a good touch. You can also play pool or order from the snack bar. It's a relatively small bowling alley with only 16 or 18 lanes, but it was a very good experience.

Old school facility! Pool table and small arcade. Beer and hamburger grill on site. Lanes are kept up. Electronic scoring. Bumper lanes available. Wheelchair access is easily navigated. Good times!

Had a fun time and enjoyed it but the one thing is if you want any music you have to pay for it on the jukebox token thing and I feel like when there was no music the atmosphere was off

We had my step daughter's birthday party here. The facility is clean and the staff are helpful. They don't allow outside food like pizza or burgers, but you can bring cake and ice cream. Freezer was available for the ice cream. We also forgot a scoop, and they helped us out. For bowling, the lanes are fine, as are the rental shoes and balls. The lane computers are a bit dated, but overall we had a great time.
