Our whole family had a great time at Frontier Bowl. We had young kids with us and they were very helpful getting lanes set up and the equipment. The food was pretty good also. We will be back for more family fun.

The kids had a blast! We booked a birthday party. They told us the 5 pizzas would be ready in about 30 minutes so we kept watching the party table and never saw it out. After an hour we asked and they saaid they were waiting on us to bring kids to the table before they would serve it. So it wasn't as fresh by the time we finally got it. If they had told us that first we would have had the kids seated and ready and eat when it was fresh. But other than that they all has fun!

Awesome Staff We bowled till our game was Over Way Past Closing time the Staff also were Very attentive to our 4yr old who was Bowling on her own and When she Beat all of us they gave her Glow sticks it isn't anything huge but Very Nice!

I don't usually expect small town bowling alleys to be any good but boy was I surprised. 1. Great service. Unforgettable service. 2. .they actually have a selection of weighted balls. 3. Concession stand actually had great food. 4. I've never seen it any where else honestly, but I went with my family and there were kids. Anyways I wanted to play without bumpers but the kids need them. Well somehow my family knows how to do it but i played without bumpers and anytime ot was the kids turn the bumpers around automatically come up. I just thought that that was pretty neat. 5. It was actually a decent sized bowling alley for such a small town.

We got free bowling for the kids and then purchased membership for the of us for the summer and then we had to pay another $15 for shoes. Then the pizza we ordered was not good way to greasy and to thick. We then got a thin crust still to greasy. We also got drinks and they charge $1.25 for refills which is the same price as a new drink. Any place I've ever been to refilla are free or cheaper then a new drink. The shoes have no support in the arch. I would rather wear my own slip resistant shoes but they don't allow that. I don't think I will be back

Absolutely disappointed! We came in today to have my son's 12th birthday party. We brought a group of 25 people, 15 of them being kids. I had previously called Thursday to ask about reservations for birthday parties and was told that they cannot do Sunday reservations unless they are booked a week in advance, because of the family bowling discount they offer that day. I said I understood, but asked if it was still possible to have a birthday party there. I was told yes, but that there was no guarantee of lane availablity or wait time. I said no problem. We showed up today and when I went inside to check availability of lanes, I was informed by staff that I would not be allowed to bring my son's birthday cake or cupcakes inside because I did not book and pay for a birthday party 7 days in advance. When I spoke to the staff member Thursday, I wasn't informed of this, and relayed that info to the girl at the register. She basically told me there was nothing she could do. We spent $160 on bowling, food and games. Drove 30 minutes from Chandler. Had I been informed Thursday when I called that we couldn't have outside food without making a 7 day prior reservation, we would have gone elsewhere. Had it not been 3pm and had we not already drove 30 minutes, we would not have stayed and you wouldn't have got a dime from me. Huge thank you to Frontier Bowl for putting a damper on my son's birthday with your inability to communicate your policy to PAYING customers. We will never come back.
