I'm not impressed by this establishment. Went on a Sunday and was charged a $5 cover charge per person, $1 for shoes per person, and $1 "per game" (so $3 for the lane) for a total of $21 plus tax FOR A SINGLE 10 ROUND GAME OF BOWLING for our family of 3. The snack bar was also agonizingly slow, taking 30 minutes for one hot dog, one nacho, and a water.... Oh, and I had to go pay at the main desk and get back in the end of the line for the food. Additionally, many games were out of order, including the air hockey. Only nice thing I can say is the place is clean, which is why I left a 2 star review, but I don't think we will be back.

We had a lot of fun doing glow in the dark bowling for my birthday. I was surprised I didn't see any glow sticks or anything like that for sale, but I had bought plenty of glow bracelets and necklaces for the party. I took my boozy cupcakes that I made, but was disappointed that all the "lounge" had for sale was beer, and I don't drink beer. It also sucks that the snack bar closes when glow bowling starts and your only choice is Subway.

Fantastic staff ! Hands down the most helpful people. I was ripped off by celebration station in okc so the staff at firelake bowling got me booked for my kiddos birthday with only 1 day notice. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

If you plan on eating at the snack bar located on the other side of the game room during a tournament, you might want to reconsider. There was only one poor guy there taking orders AND cooking the food. He did his best, but it took over 45 min to get our food. You would think management would be aware of tournament weekends and plan accordingly. Not a fan.

This is a nice bowling alley. There is a Subway inside and also an arcade. There is a beer bar. Unfortunately they don't sell hard liquor, I suspect because they cater to families, but it would be nice to have an "adult" section that is separate. I also think glow bowl should be every night, not just on the weekends. Plenty of parking.

They hosted the winter Special Olympics here. The staff was very patient and helpful. The building is clean and the lanes straight and the food was tasty bowling alley fare.

My family and I was enjoying some bowling and music, when all of the sudden the music choice changed. Mind you I was out for the evening with the family that included my 11 year old daughter. The music started talking about eating P#%#y, and other explicit things. I asked security for the music to be changed but the people behind the counter where outside smoking, so while the security watched my older daughter went behind the counter to change the song. We continued are game and again the music began saying F this and F that. I asked the person behind the desk, if this was no longer a kid friendly environment, his response was “not really”. I requested to speak to a manager when I was informed they had left for the night. I will be following up with the managers ASAP. Beware for any families with young children, looking to have a family night. 8-3-2019. Update: I have spoke with the manager, and she has assured me that the gentleman handling the music that night will be dealt with accordingly. She has also offered a few free games to make up for the time spent worrying about the music and not having fun with the family.

I love this facility. The bowling staff isn't nice most of the time. The prices are a little high but that's to be expected since it is a new facility. They have many different leagues from child to PBA and different tournaments.

This is a nice place to relax and have some fun. We visited the arcade. It was calmer and more enjoyable than the Shawnee Mall arcade so we will probably frequent this one more often. We were disappointed that the food bar was not open on a Saturday evening and a few arcade games were down but all arcades have that issue. At least it was only a few. Friendly staff and great environment.

Ate a burger and fries at the bowling center grill yesterday 7/25/18. The burger is excellent one of the best in Pott county. I've seen the CPN grow 10000000% since I came to Pott County to work in 1990 their administration building was a small strip building on Gordon Cooper drive and the golf course. Now they are mega businesses and services to the entire county. CPN is 1st rate in everything. Fantastic leadership driving these major businesses and enterprises.

It's an inconvenience to have to go into the bowling area, to load money on a card to play games. The attendees kicked back socially just talking as if paid to just hang out. Not very much selection on games. Very small. Not entertaining.

The worst experience ever. Paid over $80 for 4 ..shoes and 2 games a piece. Loud w too many parties going. Our machine broke 2x before they moved us. They moved us 3× in All before we wanted a refund. Then knowing we had been moved and had jyst barley starting the 2nd game broke again. They didn't want to give refund...":they did .we left ..will not go back!!

The bowling alley and arcade is awesome. They replaced subway and the new place to eat was terrible. I will never eat there again for lunch. It was overpriced and the food was terrible very low quality besides the salad bar that looked good.
