So much fun! Great food but super pricey. For 12 people playing one game, It was 101.00 and the game lasted a little over an hour. Not the cheapest form of entertainment but we had a great time.

Not enough bowling balls choices all heavy balls only and some of the balls were damage. Service was good no complaint, but as a family night out I say go somewhere else like Andys bowling or main event. I was told by a worker that it's not family oriented and more like a championship tournament only so we finish our 30 mins game and left which you can go somewhere else and play much longer.

Couldn't find any bowling balls with holes sized for adults. The bowling balls we did end up using would intermittently bounce back and forth at the end of the lane and not be returned for several minutes. The lane was over oiled and extremely slick all the way to the pins which meant spin was useless until the oil wore off near the end of the evening. The blue moon tasted like it was expired. Fortunately, we managed to have a decent time despite the laundry list of grievances.

We went here for the summer kids bowl free and i was surprised how outdated it was. we had a mixed age group of about 6 kids i asked could we have bumpers for the younger kids...they said that the bumpers had to be raised manually and could not be lower for each player, so we all ended up bowling with a bumper. Also just for a tip rental shoes are expensive here ,if you have a big family buy your shoes discount or online and save yourself alot of money.

Oh my gosh!! First time I've hit over 200!! Love this place so much. The workers here and very helpful if a ball gets stuck or something random happens. Love practicing here and getting better!

Eh...was not expecting the best, so was not disappointed. Older facility with acceptable pricing. I paid for two games and left without completing the second game. The lane we were on (26) jammed continuously. After the third time of needing the lane reset, during the same frame, because the racking device was malfunctioning, we left. We did attempt to spend a little money in the arcade, but the one machine you use to load credits on a players card was not working. For a machine that only accepts cash, you would think you would want this machine to be in working order. Bar prices were okay. $7 for a Crown and Coke, $7 for a domestic (3.2) pitcher, and my Guinness pounder was $9. This company has a second facility in another part of town. I will try that one out next time.

No surprise that an older bowling alley won't have all the fancy amenities. However, they have a small eating area with burger type food, a small bar, a game room, glow bowling, and best of all - the shoes. They aren't the old raggedy shoe laces that are all knotted up (they're velcro) and they don't smell either. Be sure to have wear or bring socks with you.

This place is great for bowlers of beginner skill level and advanced skill level. Always a good spot to take out a date. Fun arcade for the kids and glow bowling on certain nights. They also have leagues people can participate in. I don't often bowl but when I do I go here because it's cheap and very fun.

Mad, to say the least. I usually don't complain but when you're bowling in an empty (except for two other people) bowling alley and a large group comes in with about six little children and they put them in the lane next to you! REALLY??? The children were playing in our lane, parents nor the establishment cared. We had to quit in the middle of our game. Do you think the establishment apologized or God for bid offer to reimburse us??? Nope!!! Won't go back!

Front desk at check in told me my guest and four kids that they didn't have two lanes side by side open. We wanted a bumper lane for the kids but didn't want to split up so we took one lane. We were there for almost 4 hours playing 2 games because we only had the one lane. And the lane next to us... open the entire time. And the house bowling balls are the worst I've ever seen.

On lane 31 today. The power went down three times and we waited for repair 30 minutes. We had to go and asked if they did rain checks and was greeted by a young man with blond short spikes hair and his response was, I don't know I just clocked in. I explained the situation and again asked if they did rain checks and he just shrugged, very rude. Place is over priced. Three games 40+ dollars.

I had the worst experience here over the weekend. My boyfriend had called Broken Arrow Lanes to ask about prices that night and a girl answered and let us know it was $4.99 per person and around $3 for shoes, and he even asked if it was $8 and the lady told us yes. We go in after calling and this extremely RUDE man was at the front and when he said it was $15 per person we were a little confused and we told him about the phone call. He then laughed in our faces, told us there was no way someone told us that, and then said "nice try though, it's going to be $15 or you're not bowling" and throughout explaining everything he had the biggest attitude and talked down to us when he could of just explained the pricing to us instead of treating us with so much disrespect. It's pretty sad that I'm 19 and have way better customer service skills than this grown ADULT.

I was not told that when I spoke on the phone with the lady earlier that same day. My little sister was upset. Ruined our night! The man running the front desk was rude. Not professional at all.

I've lived in BA for a little over two years and am kicking myself that only today discovered this place. IT. IS. AWESOME. Frankly, I was a little weary of going in, having had poor and over-priced experiences in bowling alleys in Illinois in recent years. But my son wanted to go bowl and we were having a father & son day, so off we went. And I can't say enough good about these lanes. First off, let me say that I used to bowl in leagues as a young man and used to have my own ball and my own shoes. I've bowled in dozens of alleys. So I know bowling. And as someone who know bowling, I'm happy to say that our hometown lanes in BA are well-kept, they have an excellent set of balls, the rental shoes are in good condition and slide properly, the staff is friendly, the scoring machines work properly, and the prices are very reasonable. The patrons follow bowlers' etiquette, too - which one doesn't see these days up in Chicago at open bowling. So three cheers for Broken Arrow Lanes! The only thing I can't vouch for is the grill & bar, as we went during the daytime. I can say that if you have kids, they'll enjoy the arcade after bowling or while you might be waiting for a lane. Great games, all kept in working order. As I began this review, I wish I had known about this place years ago!

From the parking lot it appears a bit run down. But the staff keeps it very clean and organized. This location does many league events and special even days. So I would recommend that you call to see how long the wait is for a lane. Plenty of weight options in the ball rentals and especially light options for the kids. They do offer bumpers and roller racks for the kids.

I have bowled all over the nation. Grew up in a big bowling area, and have never seen a place like this. Over priced and after my son had a ball bought and drilled they did not offer him a game of practice to see if the ball was drilled right. The bowling center is close to home but unless something changes, I won't be back.

Stay away! Come to throw a few balls and relieve some frustration, leave more frustrated than when you arrived! Logistics at this place are a total joke. Ordered 2 food plates (paid for two) and received one. Had to go back up and reorder the other and have a back and forth on whether or not I paid for two, despite my receipt. All of the balls are designed for kids. There may only be a few balls with adult sized finger holes. Ball retrieves don’t fully eject the ball, causing you to have to reach into the machine to get your ball - safety hazard!! The female bartender has the worst attitude of anyone I have ever had experienced (multiple people in line in front of me were complaining to each other). I am not sure how she keeps her job. Must know the owner. At any rate, you can have a much better experience for a fun night out with the family at any of the other local flavors of bowling alleys around Tulsa.

Had a group party here, and although it didn't start exactly on time, the staff was helpful and friendly. The facility is exactly what you would picture in a home town bowling alley. A little worn and warm (despitemaby ceiling fans), but clean and comfortable. Restrooms are also clean. The lanes worked well with few resets. Service was prompt, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We go bowling about 2-3 times a year and each time we go to BA Lanes. Service is always excellent. The employees up there are always very friendly and helpful. Prices are not bad at all and most of the time our kids want to glow bowl and thats pretty fun for all.

Horrible experience! I asked a week before my daughters birthday the availability of having 10-12 of us come bowl and have 2 lanes. Thanks bearded man I spoke with told me that on that Saturday I asked about, there was an event and he wouldn't have 2 lanes available until 6:30 or 7. I told him I had coupons for before 5:00. But nothing was open before 5. So we show up at 6:45 and I they would not honor our coupons EVEN though no one was in there and we could have bowled before 5 but I was given poor information! Food and soda prices are outrageous! So sad our community bowling alley is rude and doesn't want to keep our business. My sister and I will plan activities elsewhere!!

Good Bowling Alley if you just want to go roll a few for fun. Good Bar too if your +18 must try the Jello Shots! They serve your basics for food Burgers fries, Soft Pretzels etc... If your look for Leagues out here they are good and fun but for the lanes and if you own a good priced ball be prepared to have it scratched up. That's all I will say....
