I like this alley, but their pricing is criminal. I've never before seen a bowling alley change per hour AND per person at the same time. It's usually either per person per game OR per lane, per hour, with some reasonable limit on the number of people per lane. If a family of six wants to go bowling and pay per hour, they will pay $114/ for two hours at this place. That's crazy.

It was ok. Most of the kids balls we saw or used, were damaged or wonky so they didn't roll right. The kids didn't notice though, they had fun. The outside looked a bit run down, and the area is not the best, but the people running it were very attentive and kind.

I'd recommend changing managers. Very rude and disrespectful. Explicitly told my party off and continued to explain how he would take us to court. We were sold passes and not given the time constraints for when we could come bowl. When we came Friday night, the manager told us we should have read the fine print and if we want to bowl we need to pay more. Don't EVER go bowling here. It's worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Had a lot of fun here. It was really clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have really great food and a full bar. When you finish bowling there are 2 pool tables and a small arcade as well. Fun evening of bowling and pool!

Had a terrible experience here. I had purchased. Groupon and went to go bowling there same day. I told the man I had a Groupon and showed him, he knew what I was talking about and kept going "don't use your Groupon pay on your own, use it on the weekend it's a better deal then." Now once, I could understand but I kindly rejected and asked for a lane and shoes where he excessively repeated himself. After bowling I literally was humiliated by this man in front of all the paying closing customers because he kept refusing to use my Groupon and insisted I pay instead. Finally I was like "look, I don't care what you say. I've been very patient. Use my groupon." To which he rolled his eyes and started being rude and talking to my guest about how I'm making a mistake and got an attitude. Turned out he couldn't even figure out how to enter a Groupon in the system and called his manager over the walkie talkie who had to walk him through it. Don't buy Groupon for this place or even go there. These guys are jerks.

We used a GroupOn, which was nice as it got the two of us two hours of bowling with shoe rentals. Selection of food was pretty standard and it's your classic bowling alley. Lots of lanes and staff were really nice.

Its a fun place if you're willing to drop $75-$100 on a night of bowling. Its very expensive - they charge for shoes, game per person per lane. So we had 4 people on a lane, wanted to play 6 games. Total was about $120 [give or take $10] JUST FOR GAMES. Add drinks, food, shoes and its absurd. Don't get me wrong its a nice bowling alley, good lanes and nice staff. They have alcohol and pitchers for decent enough prices. Friendly staff. I think they have a special night on like Tuesdays too.

I bowl here, and it's great! It's not always best for kids if you dont plan on having them bowl, or have someone to watch them. You can end up spending a lot of money here, because they have an area that give out food, drinks, and alcohol. Most of all the people there are nice. The bathrooms could be worked on,but are still nicer than other places, I suggest going here with freinds!

This location has been recently remodeled. No smoking allowed. Full bar and a rotation of a few beers on tap as well as bottles. Typical snack bar with options like pretzels, pizza, burgers and chicken strips. No real GF or vegan options other than fries and i wouldn't bet on those. Bathrooms are fairly clean. The bowling area is pretty clean. Lots of good air flow.

Was at a birthday party and bowling is always so much fun. Disappointed with the food and the fact that they were out of a lot of items and then wouldn't sub anything out for the items missing (ex burger and fries=$7+, no fries just burger $7+, no substitutions for wings or any other items that may have been available and paying difference to upgrade) the food quality was lacking for the prices being charged. Over all had a good time but will not order food again sorry.

The staff at Windsor is very considerate and knowledgeable. The snack bar and drink bar are good, their prices are a little on the high side compared to my usual alley. The approaches are the slickest I have ever seen and can't figure out how to keep from sliding too much. The lanes are always in good shape.

Pros: WE GOT FREE REFILLS ON THE LARGE PEPSIs! Most of the time, they aren't busy in the afternoons. They sell nachos, bbq wings, non-alcohol and alcohol beverages and you can take your kids in there too. Cons: The bathroom with several stalls could use some remodeling so I minus 1 star for that. I thought the staff were friendly, too.

We spent 1 hour there and ended up paying $54 because they lied about their prices. They said $3.79 per person without shoes and $4.79 per person with shoes. Turns out it was $4.79 per pair of shoes and the $3.79 still applies. That is ridiculous considering that is not what they told us. I won't suggest this place to anybody and definitely won't be going back here again. No wonder why nobody was there.

This place has a great family atmosphere and staff. I took my gf to join a league here in the summer, get your gear league, and we both got 2 new custom drilled bowling balls. We immediately joined the jackpot classic league right after. I can't rave about this place enough. The only reason it isn't 5 stars, is that on occasion, certain members of the staff are not as friendly as the rest. Even then, they as still a good group. I would highly recommend coming here for leagues, events, or even just a night out to have fun.

Was here for my a birthday party for my son's classmate. Pizza was good and staff was friendly. I felt the place was well taken care of. Actually our lane ran out of time during our 6th frame and the manager restarted the time so we could finish. It was a 5 star experience but I am reducing it only because a new game was going to cost a lot for 2 people. They do have specials but nothing I could used that day. I will sign up for the spring coupon.

Pretty expensive to bowl... I wanted to take my kids out for bowling and there were 4 of us total. For two hours it was going to be $18 Per person, then a pizza would be close to $20 and then add drinks. Don’t get me wrong, I’m good with paying to take them out and do something fun, but $100 for 2 hours of bowling and food? I’d rather spend that elsewhere. Location is the greatest, The inside was nice so I gave two stars for that. Staff was somewhat nice too, but you would think there would be some kind of specials or something to drive in traffic. I get why there were not many people there and it’s too bad cause we would probably go there more often if it wasn’t so expensive.

Great bowling alley to visit solo or with friends and family. Drinks and food are somewhat expensive but typical pricing for a business. The restrooms are clean and handicap accessible. Has a small arcade area and pool tables as well. Disco balls with good music in the background playing. All in all a great place to have a fun time. Highly recommend

They lie about the prices. We asked what the prices was before we started. He said with out shoes it was 3.79 and with shoes it was 4.79. We bowled 2 games we went to pay and the shoes was actually 4.79 each not what we was quoted. Will never go back there again

On a whim I joined a bowling league with a few work colleagues for a season. We had a ball. I connected and networked with so many people I probably would never have met prior to. Clean restrooms. They sold me a few pairs of socks in a handy vending machine. The staff is great, the food is great, they make a Long Island Ice Tea that is my friend now. And happy hour is funny to witness lol. I learned a lot and had a great time. We came in 3rd place which is amazing considering I’m just learning to bowl.

Excellent lanes. Once we had an issue with the family (kiddoes were out of control) in the next lane over, the workers were super nice about switching lanes for us. Love the all you can bowl on Saturday nights with the black lights and awesome music.

The 2.50 a game bowling on Sunday nights is great, but everything else is a little high, french fries are 5 dollars and a large drink is 4, on soda you get free refills but the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes every time the a member of my party went up to get one. So if you wanna bowl this is the place, but you best eat before hand.
