Really Nice Atmosphere and Staff Are Amazing.. Just One Bad Element.. The Night Time From Friday to Sunday Isn't for Your Real Bowlers It's For Kids With Light Shows, Music Screens and Darkness That Won't Be Adjusted Even If Your There Alone and No One Else Is There But You Bowling... League Nights None of This Goes On.. Check All Events and Night Time Activities Goin On Before Going My Only Gripe. . Especially When You Don't Know and Go To Find No Refunds... Like I Did and My 9 Others Friends In Our Bowling Party MAY 4, 2019.. Told To Speak To The Owner Sunday... Until Things Get Better Only League Nights My Weekends Will Be At The Columbus Bowling Palace Where You Can See At Night On Weekends and Enjoy Bowling.. Real Bowling... Need To Seperate Light Show to One End and Options For Those There Not Wanting The Show Just To Bowl With Regular Lights On No Darkness Especially While Bowling and Suddenly All The Lights Go Out.. Mid Game We Left With One Game Left To Play.. Party of 9... No Refunds! Know Before You Go.. BAD NIGHT! Ice Capades, Disney Live Shows Have Lights, Darkness and Music Screens... KIDDIE THEMED... OWNERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO AS THEY PLEASE.. I WASN'T AWARE.. NOW I AM... 3 STARS... IMO

The bowling special was pretty awesome. All you can bowl in two hours plus big ass pizza, pitcher of soda, up to five ppl for fifty bucks! Hell to the yah!!! Luv it.

Nice spot for bowling parties...good pizza and plenty of parking. The parking lot, however, needs to be resurfaced. Also, it is hidden from the streets as it sits back away from the traffic.

Seem to be pretty high-priced to take kids to have fun but it was a well taken care of bowling alley and I loved bowling there. However they do have some work to do on that pizza it was probably one of the most nastiest pizzas I ever did eat

Mechanically the lanes are bad. Something is always breaking down. The people working there are terrific and the pro shop is excellent for it's size. The food is way over priced. If you are concerned about people bringing in food from the outside maybe you should lower your prices. Had literally the worst bowling experience I've ever had today. I will try to convince my league to bowl elsewhere.

New favorite bowling alley in Columbus. Place is great. Large, surprisingly excellent food, well stocked pro shop, good TVs and score screens including instant replay with ball speed, tips, and entertaining graphics. The staff I interacted with were friendly, bathroom was clean. Overall great experience, and definitely our new "home" lanes. Only wish I had known sooner.

I've had better food than this place. Chicken wings overcooked and dry. Also there was a time that the snack bar screwed up on my fiancé's order. A very clicky atmosphere I've had better treatment than this at other houses! Definitely taking our business elsewhere!

The pizza is great and the kids always enjoy it when we take them here. As far as bowling alleys go we feel this one is pretty clean. I do recommend calling ahead to make sure they are not booked with leagues because I can tell you from experience when you have your kids allset to go bowl and there isn't a lane available they get pretty let down. We will definitely be going back.

Solid spot for some bowling. Was prettu cheap for a couple games each and shoes for two of us ($23). Food isn't anything fancy and beers are well priced. Would go back again next time i'm looking to bowl.

Nice center, bowled a tournament here. The lane I was bowling on had a couple problems during or tournament but they moved us to another pair of lanes.

My first experience here was awesome. Very friendly staff. The gentleman who helped me tonight informed me of the laser light bowl which actually helped keep the night within my budget. The facility was clean, balls were pretty easy to find your size. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment.

I put purchased a Groupon listed as a "$40 For A Bowling Package For Up To 5 People" for $15. When we walked in the older gentlemen was on the computer and nodded at us. We went up to him and I told him that we had a Groupon. He asked if we had called earlier in the week to which I said no that I just bought it a few hours ago. To which he asked again in an annoyed tone: "I asked if you called earlier this week!..." I was startled, but again I answered no I did not. He then began to ramble on on how he did not know what it was for or how to use it and made the four of us very uncomfortable as it made it seem as if we were taking advantage of the system in some way. The four of us then decided to leave and politely said it was fine and that we would just leave. He then yelled: "No! You come back here!" and took the phone from my hand to see the Groupon once again. At this point we were pretty uncomfortable and wanted to leave but he called this older women over the speaker phone and after a few minutes she came over. After both of them looking at the phone for a few minutes I told them that we would leave and get a refund and they were like "okay, bye." It was a pretty uncomfortable situation and the fact that they didn't honor a written agreement and offered excuses shows how the do business.

We visited Wayne Webb's on Saturday 9/22/18 for a birthday party for my son. We had a great time and our party host was very attentive and super nice. The kids had a great time and we would definitely recommend to other parents.

We went on a Wednesday evening and it was a fun experience. It was relatively inexpensive for everything including shoe rental, and the lanes were in good shape. There was a wide selection of bowling balls to choose from as well. There's a lot of seating and table space there, which is nice for eating, drinking, and lottery ticket scratching. The food there is really good too. We got the flatbread pizzas and they were amazing! There's a pretty good selection of beer and cocktails as well. The staff was friendly, we had stayed a little past closing time to finish our drinks and they were really nice about it. I would definitely return.

The pro shop had a variety of new balls and bags. Nice bar. Good food. Only reason why it's getting 2 stars. But the lanes are not for experienced bowlers. Lanes are not up kept. There is absolutely no oil pattern. Balls get stuck in return slot. My balls to exspensive to be possibly damaged.

Very fun place to bowl. Their team was very helpful. The only thing I didn't like was they were having trouble with the bumpers for my kids. But they were able to get it fixed in a matter of 20 minutes or so. It was pretty affordable. I would recommend you take your kids here to Bowl if was fun I had a great time.

Staff seemed a little standoffish to the arrival of a person of color (the only one in there), as the worker behind the counter muttered an audible "uh-oh" as I walked up to get shoes, but the bowling was great and I had a good time.
