I grew up going to Troy bowl. Cosmic bowling Friday and Saturday night is always the best time to go. Doug is always there working and he's a nice guy. 5$ pitchers of beer!

Unimpressed by staff. Acted like they were annoyed that we were there. Very off putting. Played one game and left. Doesnt look like a place id order food from either.... Our drinks came from 2 liters and one didnt have ice. Asked for ice and it was like it was a hassle even though we were the only ones there. Not returning.

Very rude people running this place! We gathered after burying a family member. The staff was not friendly and almost treated us as if they were offended we were there. I bought a drink and went to buy another one, the elderly woman rudely took my cup and put more ice in it on top of the melted ice already in there! I said never mind... I'm good! They won't get my service again. I won though

You don't have to like your customers but don't be rude. And try actually cutting the pizzas that people order. I feel sorry for my niece since she had her party there. She's young so she doesn't realize how awful the lady was.

We went here twice. I did not try the food but we found it was very affordable and I bought the no alcohol policy during kids’ league was respectable. I enjoyed my visits here.

Good staff and good food as well. The alley is more traditional and older fashioned. It has the 1960s scoring system, monitors, and pin setter. Everything is in good shape for its age too.

The staff are wonderful and the alley is a great size. The prices are good. The lanes are synthetic so watch out if you aren't used to those type of lanes.

The most unprofessional bowling alley I have ever been to. I called ahead of time because it was already pretty late on a Saturday night and I wanted to be sure there were open lanes before I headed in that direction. The man who answered the phone said they closed at 1 and I had asked them if they were full and he said yes. So I asked how long would the wait be and he told me there is no wait to come on in. The bowling alley was only 2 miles from Frickers in Troy Ohio so it did not take but only 5 minutes to get there. We walk in and the Owner tells us that there are no lanes open because they do unlimited bowling from 10-1AM so we would not be able to bowl. I then told him we had just called a few minutes before showing up and the guy said there would be no wait? He tells me " Well, I haven't heard the phone ring and no ones else has answered the phone so do you have the phone that I can see that has the number (he then spouts off the phone number)." So I pull my phone out and show him and he says "Oh okay, well I don't know let me ask around." He asks around and of course NO ONE owns up to answering the phone and giving inaccurate information. He then tells us "I'm sorry guys, I can put you on the list for next Saturday Bowl?" Nothing about hey I am very sorry here is free bowl the next time you come in. To me, it was pointless to prove anything and for him to ask around becasue all he did was just say sorry. ALSO why would an OWNER tell a customer that they were lying about calling? He will never get any business from us. Worst bowling alley in the area and very poor/unprofessional business.

So we had multiple issues with our lanes not clearing pins. The place on a Wednesday says they are open til 10pm but we were pushed out by 9:15 so they could close sooner. Staff told my husband that it cost more to stay open.
