Went on a last minute bowling trip for a friend's birthday. Good thing we only needed 2 lanes because out of the 20 available, only 3 were open, and we had to wait for the 2 that were next to eachother. The staff was incredibly rude, and very slow about taking care of our problems, which there were many. Took 2 hours to finish one of the games because the lane kept freezing up and needing to be reset. Theres a disclaimer sign telling you to use personal bowling balls at your own risk of damage, seemingly because when the balls are fed back to the lanes they crash into each other every time. (was scary to have a 4 year old anywhere near them) there's a disclaimer sign stating that refunds are not given at this location, which makes sense since we would have asked for a refund after the first hour of constantly resetting the lane. Would have moved to another lane, yet they were all closed "for maintenance" (no visible work being done during the time we were there, just seemed the employees couldn't be bothered to open/maintain more then 3) That being said, the Garage (attached bar) seemed like a reasonably cool place to hang out, and had the only well mannered employee in the building behind the bar. I would only come here to hang out in the bar during a game, but then again, I could go literally anywhere else.

I will not come back!! Lanes 17 & 18 kept shutting down. The first time was due to the timer ending too early, the second was mechanical issues and the third was timer issues again. (Apparently, the girl at the counter cannot tell time.) We didn't even get to finish our first and only game, before it was time for our group to leave, and the girl at the counter, never suggested any kind of discount or even some of our money back. She just gave a very sarcastic grin, and that was my cue to just not even pursue it any further. Customer service was lacking terribly (there was only a teenage looking girl and a 10 year old boy working the desk), the drinks took absolutely too long to make at the bar, and the lanes were old and broke alot!!

The picture displayed here is not from Fast Lanes! There definately isn't a nice banquet room in the whole place. We had the worst and I mean WORST experience ever here. There are 20 lanes, only 6 of them work. The bar has the slowest service ever. No one at the desk knows what's they're doing. Everyone was confused about what needed done. They had to reset the lanes multiple times. The staff was not professional at all. One guy kept leaning back in the chair behind the desk with open legs so that his crotch was in everyone's face. That's when he wasn't laying down on the dirty couch next to the desk sleeping. Everyone wandered around confused or breaking things including the so called General Manager. The games didn't work properly and they don't give your money back for them. Change machine doesn't work. Scoring machine doesn't work. The balls had chunks and chips; well the balls that actually came back. Do yourself a favor and don't bother going down in that smelly basement of a bowling alley that has no cell service, no customer service and no right to call itself an event center.

This place is dirty, rundown and the employees are not helpful. Had to keep searching for employees every few turns as the balls kept getting stuck and the pins wouldn't reset. Not worth the money even if it is cheap!

Walked in to use a Groupon we purchased and the cashier stated that there was only one lane open and it was being used at the present time. Okay we can bowl once their done right? WRONG- She then stated that the lanes were then going to be closed when they were finished. We were both confused by the cashier because she slurred her speech having to kindly ask her to repeat herself numerous times. We left frustrated and confused why a bowling alley would only have one lane open on a Friday night and have that lane closed by 7pm. Were we at a bowling alley or a night club? Never again shall we return!!

We are here now. This place is the biggest DUMP on Earth. They refuse to honor a 60.00 Groupon. There are twenty lanes and two work. None of the video games work and people are being turned away due to no working lanes. The guy manager is nice. The other employees laughed at us when we asked to use our Groupon and said they have decided not to honor them today and try some other day. WE CALLED IN ADVANCE!! She said she didn't care. This is incredible. This lady has to be the owners daughter. He hasn't put a penny into this crapwad in years. I'm 100 percent convinced this Groupon was a last ditch effort to milk a penny out of this place. I'm betting anything it's closed inside six months

Old time under the plaza style bowling alley. Limited bumper lanes. Clean. Old scoring machines. Nice staff. Reasonably priced. Lots of kids parties on the weekend.

The new owners who took over this week are really doing a good job. They are turning the bar into a sports bar, adding a lottery machine and serving hot wings as well as other new items on the menu. And you can't beat their prices!!!! Highly recommend

DO NOT GO! Bought a package. All the lanes were broken including the two lanes they put us on were broken. Switched many times and spent more time waiting for them to fix the lanes. The lanes we were on were under construction, dust and debris everywhere. They refused to refund.

If I could give less than a star I would. If the dark musky atmosphere doesn't turn you away perhaps the lack of lanes that still have wood left to them, the insufficient amount of bowling balls, or lack of staff who are not under the influence of something will. Haven't been here in 15 years maybe and haven't missed a thing. Worth spending your money elsewhere.

Celebrities (Mehgan James of Oxygen's Bad Girls Club (LeBron's cousin) and WWE/TNA superstar Amazing Red came to this place July 25, to help uplift the local community and NOT many showed up. This place doesn't have a sign outside the building, VERY hard to find. They charged the celebrities to drink, they provided no hospitality, their tab was only $28. It's sad places like this fall under because the locals don't support, nor does people support each other. Sadly places like this and/or other places cannot survive because when Marketing strategies are in gear to bring Revenue to the area, the community doesn't support. Events like these bring people from other areas to spend money at local stores, restaurants, bars, gas stations etc...But this isn't happening just in Barberton, A lot of non support is happening around Ohio and the results are showing with failing communities...

Last night, 12/03/16, I brought my son, his friends and my family bowling for my son's birthday. Half the lanes were down, when we finally did get to bowl, our lanes kept breaking down. Video games that SHOULD have had "out of order" signs on them did not, causing many of the kids to lose money. Regardless of "play at your own risk" signs being up or not, the staff admittedly knew they were broke and failed to put up a sign saying such. To me, that's fraud. I have brought my son bowling at this facility for his birthday almost every year for the past 9 years. Not only did we all have a crap time, we spent a lot of money doing such. This place has really gone down hill. Shame

I went to a show at this location. You have to walk down 2 flights of steps to get to the bowling alley, bar and stage area. I know personally I would not use this location to bowl because I'm not trying to pull 4 balls down 2 flights of stairs. The people that work here are pretty laid back.

We were excited to try the "Fast lane". The house balls had gashes in them (missing chunks!), the computer scoring was way off. Most lanes seemed to be not working and many other customers were constantly asking for assistance as balls were being stuck. The lane next to us (which people were bowling on) had a large piece missing out of the lane, right at the foul line. The lanes were not oiled, and employees walked right down the middle of the lanes to retrieve "stuck" balls . The facility was so out of order it made even casual bowling difficult. We paid for 3 games for 3 people ($32) and only chose to bowl 1 game because it was so terrible. Staff assistance was sparse and service was extremely slow. The bar area appeared to be decent with tvs and dart boards but bowling was not up to par. I would not waste my money on this place even for a not so competitive bowling game. We did not bother to ask for a refund as there was no staff to be found and there were signs posted that no refunds were available from this location. Save your money and bowl elsewhere! Not to mention the disorganized, uncleanly shoe situation behind the counter, probably 50 pairs of shoes thrown on the floor behind the counter which they dug through to give to paying customers for shoe rental...

Had to have the lane reset twice and than got switched to another lane. That lane had to be rest, but my friend and I just left because we were done having to wait and going to ask for the lane to be reset. I waited at the counter 20 min and no one came so I went to the and asked nicely and still no one came out. Had to go in again and ask. I highly DO NOT recommend this bowling alley.

Absolutely the worst blowing alley. Most of the lanes don't work. When playing the "good" lanes they had to reset them a lot. When asked why they had to keep doing this the guy said the lanes where from the 60's. The lanes were had were also warped. This place is more for the bar..... and that's a joke. Three music side sucks. The band's couldn't play properly because the sound system kept feeding back. Then then asking for THEIR signature drink they didn't know how to make it. JON TAFFER couldn't bail this place out. DON'T GO!!!!!

Twenty lanes, my group is the only one bowling. Lane kept not returning our bowling balls. One of the workers decides to work on the lane next to us which involved him walking across our lane repeatedly. Another group shows up and where do they put them? On the lane on the other side of us.

Worst bowling alley in the area. Paid for 2 games had to wait 30 minutes to get a lane even though there were numerous open. After that the lane froze and we asked nicely for it to be fixed, took another 30 minutes, had to remind the worker then she had an attitude. We asked for a refund, we got it, we left. Won't waste our time here again.

DO NOT GO HERE! Staff is incredibly rude and could not care less about customer. The lanes are broken and mess up all the scoring! We paid for 2 games and when the system shut off on us early we asked a worker for help. He got mad at us and said he would get to it. He then disappeared for 15 minutes so we gave up. While we were taking off our shoes a different worker came and started vacuuming right under us with two hours left until they close. I don't understand how they plan to run a successful business without and regard for customer satisfaction. Choose a different place to bowl.

Id give this place 0 Stars if i could. The owner Tod is a woman Beater, He sells to under aged kids & Threatens anyone who calls him on his BS.... I dont recommend this venue for music or food. I recommend "The Vortex" On brittian rd for High Quality Entertainment. Please if you Value your money.... Dont waste it here....

Far and away the worst bowling alley I’ve ever been to. Upon arrival, the manager greeted us saying he just fixed lane 1 but it hadn’t been serviced in seven months. Honestly, I thought he was exaggerating but once we tried to bowl on it I’m convinced it was the truth. Literally there’s a large portion of the wood in the dead center of the lane that’s pulling up, not even exaggerating. My group tried to make the most of it, but it’s not playable. On attempt of a refund we were pointed to a small sign saying no refunds. The manager told us ‘we were warned’ the lanes were in unplayable conditions and refused to consider a refund. Next time I would recommend setting up some old cans in the parking lot and rolling rocks at them, you’ll see more consistent results. This place is an absolute embarrassment, I can’t believe that it’s open. Avoid this place at all costs.

As far as concerts go, it's very easy to book a gig there because they don't take any of your income, and you can make 100% profit from your income. They have a couple PA speakers for mics, but no stage monitors (which isn't such a big deal because you can hear fine). They have fun lights also. It would be wise to bring a power strip or two. The stage is pretty small but it's a fun place. Also there's a slide in the back.

Been going here since i was a kid was magic city lanes now fast lane the name fits well because its going down fast there is 10 bowling lanes and only 3 lanes are operational but the food is great atmosphere sucks

Terrible place. Only 5 of the 20 lanes were working. Score keeping machines malfunctioned. Pin resets broken. Ball return speed was so fast balls were cracking. Trash everywhere. Chairs sticky. Drinks spilled on the floor. Lanes untreated. Absolutely the worst bowling experience of my life. The owners/staff should have some pride and fix the place up, and if not they should just close down. Do yourself a favor and bowl somewhere else. This place is GARBAGE!

Your establishment is totally unsafe for a young family to bring children to and “attempt” to bowl. Wood shavings, old food, dirt, and other trash all over the floor. Wood shavings on the approach area. On top of that no seating? Very terrible experience, my wife and I didn’t even want to eat our fries or drink our fountain pop!! In our 1.5 games we had 10 pin jams!!!

I bowl for a league and we came down into a basement that smelled like piss and crap throughout. Before we bowled someone who was working there was using a broom with papertowels to clean the lanes and then take the Round Up weed killer and sprays the lanes with it. Dryest lanes ever as well. i throw straight and it was going from the middle arrow straight into the gutter...even when i adjusted it was still awful. DO NOT RECCOMMEND

Worst venue and even worst establishment I ever been to or heard about. Was kicked out of a show that I had bought tickets the day the Fr-VIP tickets came out. Was front row of the stage but kicked out for "doing some illegal" which I had nothing and never did what they accused me of. Then after talking to another employee he said he would vouge for me to come back in. So I go back in to then be tossed back out immediately. Place is a dirty hole in the wall anyway. Sad Jelly Roll, Stuggle or any other artist would scoop so low to perform at this terrible place as this. They even treated an opening act and a friend of mine like shift so he didn't even preform and just left. Watch how you treat people...pos
