I've been coming here since I was a child, so I have seen the changes over the years. Well, its 2019 and RollHouse has kept up to date. Now featuring laser tag, laser maze room, escape room, updated and expanded game room, full bar and restaurant, AND plenty of bowling lanes... whoo... this spot has A LOT to offer. Food is elevated bar food and pizza, with a gluten free crust option. Needless to say I tried the GF pizza and it did not disappoint. Servers are always there to help, anywhere in the facility. Two 9' billiard tables, one in it's own area with comfortable seating and a great view of the main entrance area.

Had a fun time at a corporate event. So many things to do. They have bowling, arcades, pool tables, a nice bar/social area, even laser tag and a mini Ninja warrior obstacle course. A little something for everyone!

$20/person, had 12 y.o.'s birthday party here. 10 kids, 2 hours of bowling, three pizzas, six or so pitchers of soda (charged $6 for every refill), and a 15 minute round of laser tag ($8/person) cost about $350. Which is what I would have paid for a party somewhere else so I consider that fair. The music was cool for the parents, a LOT of throwbacks along with current hits. Not too loud. Good lighting. Nice staff. Plenty of room. Kids had a great time. Will be visiting again as a family.

This is NOT the bowling ally of Al Bundy, far from it. In fact, calling this just a bowling alley does not pay it justice. This place not only has state-of-the-art bowling facilities but Giant game room, and a laser tag area if that's your thing. They have a full bar and menu with servers who bring your drinks and food right to your seat. It's note worthy to mention that this is not "greasy bowling alley food", everything we ordered was exceptional and restaurant quality. The entire facility was clean and everyone had fun. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Roll House whether you are there for a date, out with friends, or taking your kids out for something to do. You will not be disappointed.

The place is really nice. Through atmoshpere is top notch. Music, lights, and decorations are great for making a great, fun experience. The food and bar are superb in themselves. The food is amazing- especially the prime rib sandwiches and wings!!! I reccomend coming with family and friends of all ages. There's something available for all ages at the rollhouse.

Very nice clean environment to go and have fun with the whole family or with a bunch of friends and have a drink or two and enjoy yourselves. The newly remodeled alley offer a gaming area, laser tag, bowling of course, a full bar with darts, pool tables, ninja warrior course, and escape rooms.

Nice place to hang out with friends. More to do than just bowling. Pretty pricey though $20 per person for cosmic bowling and $10 cover charge if you're not bowling not super expensive but it was cheaper before the renovation. You can put that $10 towards other activities like lazer tag or lazer maze. But right next to the lazer maze it says $4 for 3 missions yet the $10 cover also only gets you 3 missions. No doubt it's to help pay for the recent renovation costs but still.

Pros : nice modern decor, can watch sports, nice bowling lanes with music and light, fun for kids and adults Cons : the games are time based. Not enough time to finish a game. Had 8 kids on 2 lanes, bowling at a decent pace. Both games ended in the middle of the 10th frame because time ran out. REALLY???

Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff and bartenders. Drinks a little on the pricey side, but were ok. Always order a long island. My daughter said it was better than my friend's sex on the beach, alcohol wise anyway.

On an afternoon with only a handful of lanes in use, the music was too loud and Cosmic Bowling effects were on as if our bowling needed extra challenges or our conversation between rolls needed to be stopped. A request from our group to give the light show a rest was honored for maybe eight frames. Later during our games, darkness with the bobbing spheres of changing colored lights returned. We would have bowled elsewhere, but we had planned to go to a nearby restaurant afterwards.

I could forgive the fact their whole server team wasn't doing much more than nothing, and neglected every dirty table there was not too big of a deal when we first started our game, but when they verbally told me a different closing time than when they would turn off our game of bowling 2/3's of the way through our games was a pretty rude move. Cool place, but wow was it lame to lose out on the second game we payed for as well. Don't think I'll be back for a while.

One of my top choices to gather the kids for a good time. There is a variety of games and interactive areas for all ages. The manager Jamie, was very accommodating for a pop up birthday outing for my granddaughter and her four friends. All of yge staff was enthusiastic and helpful.

Prices are extremely high in Friday for bowling, although otherwise reasonable. Family and group passes are available that offer significant savings. Lanes barely moved and tends to be crowded. Arcade is fun but some games don't always work or charge strange amounts. Ninja warrior course contains two obstacles and the wall, which is great for casual or first time runs, but not much else.

8pm. Toddlers and small children allowed to play in the bar and tossing balls on patrons and tables...standing on stools/chairs and playing on billiard tables. Management approved as long as kids are not sitting "at the bar". What! Out of control. Not ok.

The only reason I don't give this place five stars is because they don't have full service at the lanes. If I could give a 4.5, I would. They had a good variety of ball weights for bowling, and bumpers can go up or down for individual players. The laser tag was really fun: multiple stories to explore, and good cover compared to other places I've seen. The cover is also varied, some portals and fencing. We didn't have the chance to do the Ninja warrior course or the laser maze, but they both looked super interesting and fun. I regret that I don't live in the area and that our time was limited. I'd love to go back when I'm in the area again!

If you and your family are looking for a good time with great customer service then the Rollhouse is the place for you. It's so much fun and as we all know good customer service is hard to come by these days. The management team made me feel like family and for that I'll continue our relationship for many years to come. Staff were amazing, and the place is clean. They have everything! Bowling, Darts, Billiards, Games, Keno and other Lottery. The food is really really good, I was very impressed for the 2nd time there. I'll be sure to return, and the prices were very reasonable! We were there 4hrs and I covered the tab, I walked out paying 70 bucks for two including tip. ::jaw drop:: Thanks staff, for making this a great experience.

Wow, we had a BLAST.. Ninja Warrior was the perfect challenge our teens needed. Followed by (2) epic matches of Laser tag..the bowling alley and pool tables looked entertaining as well. For my Veggie heads the Black Bean Burger was delicious. Kids destroyed the share size Fish and chips platter

The former Freeway Lanes is now The RollHouse. You can bowl or play pool or watch a game as they have plenty of large, flat screen TV's. Had a great time and Melissa our server was awesome. Excellent food, the best I've ever had at a bowling alley.

My family had a great time. We attended a birthday party in the separate room with private lanes. The staff was attentive and we had everything we needed for the evening's celebration. Only four stars for me because it was too loud. You expect the lanes to be noisy but the music was so loud it was distorted and distracting. Or maybe I'm getting old?

Stopped in after work to check out the arcade. Arcade is very clean and organized, machines are all in good shape. Size of arcade is quite small (had a hard time finding a good use of $10 reload). I have yet to check out the food or the bowling alley, so my review will be updated next visit!

My daughter celebrated her Sweet 16 here. Her friends and family enjoyed it as well. We had to wait several hours for a lane because of a fundraiser but they compensated us with an additional hour of bowling. The food is great and the service was fabulous.

This is, by far, the nicest bowling alley I've ever been to. Everything is updated and proper. I even had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who gave me a small tour of upcoming additions to the facility. The arcade is great for the kids, and there's a great bar for the adults. Surpsingly, the prices for the food they serve are very, very reasonable. I couldn't recommend a better place for bowling within a 50-mile radius of this location.

You get 1 hour of bowling for $30 which is fun. I went to get drinks and the bartender made 1 of 2 drinks then took someone else'sorder and made their drink check them out before my second drink was made.

I have only been here once since they changed from Freeway Lanes, and I must say that the service is SIGNIFICANTLY better than the rude staff that worked at Freeway. They changed the culture of this bowling alley. Great food, fun games. I would recommend this to families with kids off all ages

Really fun place. Went for cosmic bowling on Friday night, and was pleasantly surprised at all this place has to offer. Of course the lanes, comfy seating and energetic MC for the night. The bar is huge (a great place for parents to hang out while the kids enjoy bowl,g or the arcade). Not to mention the laser tag arena and a very unique super fun ninja warrior themed obstacle course.

We had a hosted party at the RollHouse put on by a company we represent. They had the back room with 8 private lanes. While the bowling was fun, the beer selection was fine. The food was about what I would expect from Dave and Busters or a higher end bowling alley. Taste was fine, but far from fine dining. Overall a good night out.

We went with my Mom, Aunt, Cousin and me and my cousins kids. We started out bowling and then did laser tag and played a few games. We had so much fun. We put my mom and Aunt on the virtual reality and that was the most memorable part of the whole thing. Had a lot of fun.

Great evening of entertainment! The bowling was a blast and the staff Ashley, James, and Cory were all more than accommodating! It can get busy on a weekend night and you should expect to arrive early or plan on waiting at least an hour to bowl. There are many arcade style games and a nice bar area to enjoy while you wait. Overall a fun place to enjoy with friends and family especially on a cold winter night!

This was my 1st time at this location. I was very impressed by the entertainment that they had to were inside. This is a child friendly experience. I think they're geared towards family time period I have also been to their panic Room located in the same parking lot. Both structures were very clean on the inside and the staff was very nice. I had a pizza and it was very good.

Great place for kids! Bowling is great. The bumpers can be set to go up and down depending on whose turn it is, so fun for kids and adults. Arcades are fun as well. Staff is great.

The place is nice and clean. Staff was friendly and the equipment is new. We would have had a nice time if I could have heard what my kids were saying. We went on a Sunday afternoon, everyone I saw was part of a family with kids. The music was so loud I felt like I was at a club. There were big screens with music videos and lights ball going up and down. Not what I expected for a Sunday afternoon outing, more like a Friday or Saturday night at the club. They eventually turned the volume down...because leagues were starting. I won’t be able to come back here.

Spent several hours here for a charity event supporting Empowering Epilepsy. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything ran very smoothly. They have a game room, laser tag, an escape room, and all sorts of entertainment. Very nice local place to spend the night having some fun.

Great place for family friendly "entertainment" bowling. The alley is kept clean, staff is friendly, decent size bar, food is good, pricing isn't bad either. In addition they have a game room, escape room, and a small ninja warrior course. A nice feature is the upgraded lanes. Don't have to choose if the lane has bumbers or not - can individualize per bowler automatically.

I used to visit this bowling alley almost every week when I was younger. After hearing about the new renovations to the alley, a friend and I decided to go out on a Friday to bowl. I couldn't believe the rates they had at the desk, $20 for ONE HOUR. I understand that bringing a group helps bring in more time but man what a ripoff for small groups. Furthermore the staff hasn't improved in the past 10 years, slow to respond to mechanical issues and rude to the customers. Honestly for your money it's better to go to another lane like Roseland or Maple Heights.

The facility itself is gorgeous and accommodating, however, the way that place is being run is a total mess. My family went on a Sunday evening when the kids didn’t have school the next day. We called ahead to make sure they had open bowling, which they did, and so checked the time that the arcade and ninja course closed. I was informed that everything closed at 11. After 1 game of bowling we went to the arcade for games, it was 10:25. We were told by the employee that “she wouldn’t sell us game cards because they were closing in 5 minutes”, in an extremely rude tone. We consoled the kids and spent $10.00 in quarters on the machines by the entrance. When i got in my car i realized it was only 10:30, and was kind of confused. I came home and looked at the website thinking maybe the extras shut down a half hour earlier and there is nothing stating that anywhere, as there also was no email address for contacting them whatsoever. It’s not the fact that they were closing at 10:30 or even that we were misinformed, it’s the attitude we were given for wanting to spend more money. Customer service is a big deal for a business that’s open to the public, and I was shocked by the attitudes and lack of effort by ALL OF THE STAFF. It’s really disappointing because our kids had a blast there and we won’t be going back.
