This place is amazing! The staff is so great! Bobby and Travis were so helpful and accommodating. Laser tag was so fun. A+ rating for literally everything. The manager is so nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone. Fun for all ages!!!!

Rude people spent over 150.00 and they bitched about drink watch your billing they add extra with out telling you we caught this they said bank charges 15% till they bill. We will get back next day dtill not there how many people been ripped off by these people

The facility is nice, well maintained, and plenty of lanes. The food is good and the drinks were nice too. My only gripe is how understaffed the front desk was the entire time we were there on a busy weekend day. From the initial lane rental, an exchange of shoe size, having the bumpers put up, and then a couple of lane time extensions, every single time we waited an exceptionally long time because there was only one person handling lanes AND shoes. Not very cool when the lanes are paid by the hour and you burn 10-15 minutes waiting at the front desk every time. The cost was really affordable though.

Good atmosphere in both the bowling alley and the arcade section. But, it was really hard to find a bowling ball that actually allowed my fingers to not get nearly dislocated and that weren't 20lbs or more in weight. (Which also made it hard to get my ball where i wanted it to go). But otherwise a great experience bowling.

Very impressed with the upgrade to this bowling alley. There's laser tag available now. We enjoyed 2 games of bowling using a Groupon. Would definitely come again.

Everyone there was really nice, from the staff to the other people there just bowling. We had a complete stranger bring us a ramp for my daughter so it was easier for her to bowl. The food was good and they have some pretty cool games too. We had a great time and we are definitely planning more trips to go back

Its a great clean place and staff is super nice but the lanes had issues a lot with knocking down pins with the machines and only setting up 3 instead of 10. Happened 3x to us and 3x to the people next to us in 2 hours

The atmosphere is awesome and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Sue is an extremely welcoming, beautiful soul. This is one of the best places to take the kids. I mean, bowling, arcading, Lazer tag and food all in one place! How can you go wrong? There's awesome deals throughout the week and even without the deals it's still quality fun on a budget. We've been countless times and always had an uplifting experience. PS* if you wear white bottom shoes you don't have to rent any.

Nice place but my biggest issue was the videos on the big screens in front of the lanes. Great example would be the uncut version of Chingy's Right Thurr (2003). Good enough song but the last thing I really wanted my 12 and 8 year old daughters to see while trying to have a fun family outing was strippers in barely there thongs twerking while guys throw money at them and smack their a****. The lane next to us had at least 5 girls under 10 for a birthday party that were watching that as well. Save it for the after 9 or 10 p.m. crowd.

I work with people in the developmentally disabled population and we go here often. We are always welcomed and taken care of. This helps bring awareness to disabilities and gives a great time in the process

When I asked why I was charged extra for my drinks they said some banks do that. They said it was gonna be off the account in the morning the next day and it’s 2 days later and it hasn’t been given back. The chicken wings were raw. The pizza wasn’t cooked all the way and basically told us we shouldn’t bring our birthday cake in when it was a birthday party. The people were just rude.

The workers there are nice but they are not that organized. They kept telling us to wait for laser tag for an hour and each worker kept telling us your up in 10 minutes until we asked for refund and just left. In addition some of the bowling score keeper boards are messed up and they didn’t give us our refund for that so we just made the best of it because we paid .

Great place for fun with the family or even large group events. The owners/operators are very kind and will make arrangements for any needs. Very understanding and just a wonderful place to go have a night out after being stuck inside most winter. You will live it at game of Western Columbus. They even have a bar for the parents

Staff is good, but their bowling lanes are pretty old. We constantly (10+ times during a 2 hour time period) had to stop the game due to pins not clearing up. When this happens more than once or twice, it is not ideal at all.

Prices are fair, and the lanes are oiled quite nicely (typical house pattern) The music is entirely way too loud, causing you to have to yell at the person next to you, but that is typical of bowling alleys. The staff are the typical kind who dont say much, but there is one guy who had a flair to his actions when a lane got jammed. I cant say much about it, you just have to go bowl and watch. They are fair with the time, if a lane error occurs, they pause the time. If you are almost done with a game when time runs out, they add on a bit for you to finish. The shoes are in good shape and the balls are plentiful and of a good variety. The cafe is a bit overpriced, but has decent food.

I came there around 5 p.m. so I could get a deal on bowling and this despicable manager told my friends and I to wait for 40 minutes to bowl even though there were two empty lanes nobody was using. We ended up waiting for 1 hour and a half. The man kept on telling my friends and I to wait and how we were next in line, but he kept on helping other people. When it was finally our turn, he doubled the pricing of our bowling. He then told us that we weren't allowed to bring in food from outdoors even though there were a ton of people who bought in cakes and other goodies. If I could give this place half a star, I would have. The positives were that the bowling was fun, even though it was a quarter of my time spent there. The food was also good. On a final note, I noticed that a bunch of guys came in and around 15-30 minutes, the bowling alley was open for them. Overall, I was unsatisfied with the service and I hope it will be better in the future.

We use to love this place. We visited the game tonight for the first time in about 7 or 8 months. We use to come frequently and never had a problem. Tonight was different we ordered food that took forever to come when we did get our pizza it was cold. Then the kids ordered fries which took about 40 minutes to get. Then the young lady taking the orders was very rude to my children and no staff member seem to care not even the manager. Sandra was the only one that seem to have some customer service skills. She took care of the problem and was very apologetic. I don't know if this place is under new management or what but we will not return. There is a new bowling alley rule 3 I guess we will check them out in the future.

This is the best bowling alley in the Columbus, OH area! The employees go up and above to bring excellent customer service! My daughter and I went to this location multiply times for a class project! The food (pizza) is fabulous! Its very busy on Friday's and Saturday's so call before you go! See how long the wait is on those nights!

This place is a joke and a waste of money.
