The bowling alley is flawless loved it and the assistance I have to give it a low rating because there is not bus we walked almost 30 minutes from w.130th. The few hours of fun were ruined because we were so tired walking back to the bus stop

The lanes are nice. Clean but dated as expected. I just couldn't believe how expensive it was for two people to play two games. At my local bowling alley it costs about $12 or $15 for two people to rent shoes and play two games. At AMF it was over $30. Honestly the most expensive bowling trip I've ever taken, and it's not worth it in my case since I don't really like bowling and furthermore I suck at it. I just think it was too expensive for an average experience

Horrible. Horrible. food is overpriced, extremely .. I come from a food industry I know the ins & outs. The pricing is outrageous for the quality of food they give. Staff members are extremely rude. I asked an elderly woman at the desk for help on a lane and she literally blew her breath as if my request was impossible. we will never return to this alley.

The guys and I from work come here all the time for some games of bowling. We spend hours just relaxing, especially in the winter months. I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. The people who work here are great. They are kind and always know how to treat their customers.

Pro shop gets 5 stars; Joe is the best in the business. Lanes are good and always oiled, but prices for bowling and food are extremely high. Cost $23 for 8 chicken fingers and a basket of fries.

It was ok. I found it hard to believe that an alcoholic beverage was 6 dollars and a soda was 4 dollars. The establishment was ok needed some updates but we had fun. Food wasn't the best.

this is supposed to the best place in bowling. the balls are roghed out and they have all pot hols on them. The shoes are torned (most of the shoes). but the price is same as in texsas (high)

Great bowling lanes! Went here for the first time ever to help out in a league. The place is monstrous, lots of lanes! The rental shoes were darn near brand new. The server was on top of noticing when our drinks were empty. The pro shop was nice, they had what looked like a solid food selection. I will be returning to throw the rock soon!!

My experience at AMF Brookgates Lanes was very good and everyone there was very happy to help make our experience a fun one! Specifically one of the employees working in the kitchen, Kylah, was extremely nice and helpful in so many ways! She made my friends and I experience very enjoyable! Another employee who was very helpful was a front desk worker, Tom, he was very helpful when we needed to reserve a lane and figure out payments! So a big thanks to the staff, Kylah, and Tom for making our night extra fun!

I told the ppl at the front desk it was my family s first time bowling, and they offered no explanation of the game, or how to set ourselves up. Another couple next to us ended up helping us set up our names. We paid for 2 games. After playing the first game, my kids were kinda bummed and not having such a great time because they kept getting gutter balls. They're 7 and 9, we expected that. But then another family came next to us, and had a staff member put up the rails. I didn't know this was an option. Now, you would think, after telling the cashier my family has never bowled before, and seeing how young our kids are, they would have mentioned this. Whatever. So i had the guy put them up, and my kids started having a ball! My only other complaint, is when i tried to order food and drinks with the main bartender, she handed me a menu, and never came back to me. The bars not that big, and they werent that busy. The other bartender though, in the side bar, was super sweet! She was so nice, and took care of my family right away, happily! In all, id go back. I just know now, not to expect top notch service from the whole staff ;)

I booked it for my daughter's birthday. Three lanes, bowling shoes three pizzas and unlimited drinks for 18 guests for under 500 dollars. It was booked for two and half hours. Clean place. Very good pizza. Friendly staff.

Haven't been here since they had pay phones and a cigarette machine. Came here on a lark to throw some balls, but the 2 guys at the counter were more interested in telling each other stories than talking to customers. They were pretty rude and snarky about the tournament going on and no lanes being available. Ok, I get it it's a big bowling alley with big leagues... Buuuuuut you don't have to be a jag bag when new customers walk in. The food was pretty decent. Wish they hadn't gotten rid of the diner look of the Cafe in lieu of a weird walk-up box where the 16yo employee hides in the back on her phone, but I guess that's what modernity does to a classic venue. The bar and pool tables remain unchanged. The service was great, the bar tenders were affable and tentative and the billiard tables were exactly what you would expect.

place is a joke, website states they have open bowling until 12pm. Show up at 10am and they have a league going on with no open lanes. Man behind the counter didn't care to help at all. Highly suggest going somewhere else.

Because i was told by one person i was allowed to play pool because I'm 18 and another person told me i wasn't allowed because i needed to be 21. In a way i get that but i used to always play pool even before i was 18 with one of my buddies who was 18 at the time.

It was a great experience until a girl at 10:47 when the snack bar was about to close and she disrespected me and all my friends to the point where every bit of fun we just had was shot down. She then proceeded to make snarky remarks against my friends. All of my friends and I will boycott this place and get others to join along until this problem is resolved.(fire her).

I was there for a tournament, approximately 240 bowlers were there per shift, they ran out of bottles water, I was told they only purchased 4 cases. So in two days they were hosting approximately 1000 bowlers and purchased 96 bottles of water? Food service manager needs to be changed

the whole bowling alley was closed to the public it was league only I had to look at the disappointment in my daughters face when I told her we couldn't bowl. I will never go back to that place the food is overpriced and the service is horrible.

This place is the worst! We got here and we wanted to open the lane next to us and pay for it but they said no because they don’t wanna open a lane for just two kids cuz they’re gonna get packed. I told them, we got here first so you open the lane for us! It’s not a reservation or anything! This is the worst place to go bowling ever! You can’t just deny us just because you want more people to bowl on that lane! Don’t deny us just because there’s only two kids that are gonna bowl! We’re paying for it so you open the lane not say no just because you want more people to play on that lane! Stupid!

Our party turned out GREAT!! My 7yr old along with his best friends(5 boys ages 6-7yrs.) , &family all enjoyed themselves! The pricing was VERY reasonable and the Staff was so helpful &kind.They did everything they said they would and more!! Very patient with all the kids which was such a relief, they all had so much energy &excitement. I'm so happy I decided on this place for my boys party! Great place to take the kids to go bowling, on Friday and Saturday nights from 10 pm to 1 am they have cosmic bowling, for about 17 dollars a person. That's all you can bowl for that price. They also have good food too.

Bowling has apparently become the sport of kings....$130 for 3 games for 6 people. Gurl at desk gave us 2 lanes...not together...said 6 people could bowl on one lane????? I advised her that no one was bowling on lane attached to our first one and she didn't care...."not my fault attitude"....maybe just a bad night and wrong employee for good customer service. Will not bowl there again
