Awesome family experience. Strange but they have good food here for a bowling alley. Good service all around excellent bowling lanes. Still feels new and also has an excellent Billiards area. Show your military ID and get an hour for free. Mooresville has a nice brand new bowling alley. Definitely a great place to go with your family. Clean and very good customer service.

Thus used to be a fun place to spend a weekend night. Unfortunately, the staff at the desk are not happy and couldn't care less about helping their customers. The wait staff for food and drinks us horribly slow and not at all friendly. The condition of the house balls is awful and the ball returns didnt seem to want to return the ball.

Never been treated so bad by a waitress in my life went bowling with some Friends got a text my lane was ready when me and my Freind went to check in they sent the cops to arrested my wife for not paying for a one drink when we order we ask them to pay and they said we could take care of it when we were going to leave the bar area before we even left they where trying to accuse my wife of not paying!! one of the women waitresses then got the cops and cornered us about the issue when we confronted the waitress about it she got angry and yelled at us and treated us like scum bags the police officer was actually like what is her problem we are local business owners in the area and would be embarrassed if one of our employees treated a paying repeat customer like that lets just say you guys lost a customer for life and word of mouth hurts business and I will be telling family and friends about our experience at this place would not recommend to anyone stay away and not even a one star Business but had to give them one to leave a review

Lights, camera, action...what an adventure. The games, the lanes, the billiard room. Something for everyone. Kids games and concessions and an adult bar area... As Saturday nights go, it was crowded and there weren't enough servers on the floor. I would recommend making a reservation for bowling as that worked the best. Lots of bowling balls for all sizes and skill levels...the lanes we're clean and efficient. It was a great time on a rainy Saturday...

I loved this bowling alley! It was kind of hard to find though because it's just a plain building with no words or name on it. It looks like a vacant building from the outside but it's awesome inside. The food is great and the service is too. Each lane has its own waitress that will bring food or drinks to u while u bowl, even alcohol. This is a rly fun place 2 hang out.

My daughters just celebrated their birthdays at Victory Lanes and it was a wonderful experience! Tiffany, Tay, and Taylor were very attentive hostesses who took such great care of all of the children at the party! From helping the kids choose shoes to actively supervising them while they bowled to making sure they had everything they needed during and after their meal, this was the “best birthday ever!” I highly recommend Victory Lanes to any parents who wish to provide a stress-free (for the adults) and fun-filled (for the kids) birthday venue for their children! I would also suggest that they purchase the ‘Best’ party package as it includes a game card for the arcade and group photos for all the party goers.

Little Pricey, but I expect that. The last two times I have been both ladies at the front desk have been RUDE! I've always had good experiences here but not recently.If you don't like your job, get a new one! Rather go all the way to spare time in huntersville where they are actually pleasant and helpful with GOOD attitudes.

The first time i went to victory lanes, lane 1 would not work despite multiple complaints. I decided to give it a 2nd chance. We were on lane 16 and within 10 frames had to complain 3 times for malfunction. Moved to lane 18. Again could not get through the whole game without complaints for sweeper malfunction. Save your money, save the grief, go elsewhere. Also leagues every night so you will only get a spot after 9:30. Wait on saturday 30 minutes to 1 hour for malfunctioning sweepers. Good times.

This is an outstanding example of a bowling alley. The shoes are all mostly new. The alleys are well maintained. Ball sizes range from 6 lbs to 15. You can have fun with the whole family. There are also pool tables and video games. And a bowling pro shop. What stands out here is the restaurant. The selection is standard American short order food. But the quality of that food is exceptional. If not the best, this place has one of the best pizzas in Mooresville. There is a sign that says that you might come just for the food. I tend to agree.

Just an awesome place to hang with the guys, drink a few beers and bowl or bring the whole family, eat some great food and try for the 300. What a great place with its variety of activities: bowling, billiards, electronic games, food and drink, TVs. Always clean and well maintained. Love their monthly Lake Norman Big Band concert, dancing and buffet. Great place for kid and adult parties or enjoying bowling and pool. Lots of parking spaces and easy access. Thanks for fun times.

I bowl league here on Wednesday nights. I was really excited when new ownership took over. They started doing some much needed updating such as replacing the monitors with flat screens, but alas it's just lipstick on a pig. They need to invest into repairing their failing bowling lanes. In a 6 week span, my pair of lanes have broken beyond repair 3 times and I've had to be moved to their reserve lanes for the league. The do buy me a beer for the inconvenience, but that doesn't really make up for the extra hour of my time I lose waiting while they try to fix the lanes before they finally give in and move us. The front desk staff is all pretty new and not nearly as friendly as they have been in the past. The food, especially the chili, is not as good as it used to be. I'd call it mediocre at best. I really doubt that I'll be bowling here once this league season ends.

This was a really nice bowling alley. I think a better description of it would be game alley because there's so much more to do here than just bowl. You can play pool or do a number of arcade games. If you plan on doing that, just be aware that you will need to purchase a gamecard and I think they start at $10, but please don't quote me on that. Also, the lines to grab a lane can get pretty long and congested, so be prepared to wait or be patient. If anyone in your party needs the bumper guards up, they can set the lane to only put it up when it's that particular person's turn to bowl. It's good. The nachos are overpriced and not drained well, but they are fresh. If you enjoy arcades and bowling, you'll enjoy this alley.

It's a nice environment to go out with friends. They have a good amount of bowling lanes and pool tables, which are nice for the busy days. Their bar is good as well, definitely recommend the mojitos. I've been there a couple times and a pool table, drinks and some chili fries make a perfect combination for a good night.

We did the best package (that is the name) and all the kids were able to eat and go behind the lanes to see how the bowling alley works. Very neat. Definitely recommend for kids party!

The people here are AMAZING!! From the first phone call to schedule a last minute birthday party to the final goodbye after the party, every member of this team was awesome.... including the general manager who personally assisted with figuring out the best way they could accommodate my request. I'd like to personally thank Shawn and my hostess (her name escapes me right now)..... phenomenal service. They were so patient and kind..... and accommodating. The party was for my 21 yr old. We reserved 4 lanes, ordered pizza and wings from the menu. Food and drinks were good. Atmosphere great. Everyone had a blast from the 1 yr old to the 60 yr old. Yayyyy. Again, another huge shout out and thank you to Shawn, the Director of Fun. He reminds of Samuel Jackson btw..... great personality. Very nice guy. Professional. I absolutely recommend this place for your party needs.

Fun place to go. Pretty much always busy anytime I go which is after 6 to close. Family oriented, has a nice bar area if you drink and about a dozen pool tables as well as an arcade. Lots to do there. The service is par, not the best but not the worst. I do not know who would, but do not go for the food. It's not even what you would expect, I usually don't eat anything while I'm there. Overall, fun place to be, very up-to-date.

We held our holiday party at Victory Lanes, and we had an outstanding time! Our host, Shawn, was a blast and added to the excitement! The staff took care of every detail, including customized drink tickets, a welcome sign for our company at the entrance, coupons for strikes, photos of our team, a delicious meal and delectable dessert! There was quite the buzz around the coffee pot the next morning. Thanks to all who made this a special night for our employees! We'll definitely be back.

I am 16 years old and I was publicly degraded, humiliated, and threatened with physical violence by Denise, a worker who has many people questioning why she works there when clearly she’s so unhappy with herself she has to go and make minors miserable. It’s sad to see an adult get happy off of making children upset. As restated by the woman herself, “this is family oriented place”, but when me and a few friends go to have fun we get publicly harassed by all the other workers there. When we came back to the bowling alley we were watched and followed into the bathroom as if we have even done something wrong in the first place?

Did the bowl 2hours up to 6 people for $40. We only had 4 people. Only had 3 frames left and the lane shut down. We only had 3 frames left and would not extend play. Absolutely do not play in the arcade. Half of the games don't work and they don't give you your money back. They will only reimburse on your arcade card which makes no sense when most of the games don't work.

We brought our son and several of his friends to bowl last night (3/23). We never had a server come to see if we needed anything. Normally they are at your table every 15-20 minutes. I asked a male server walking past who was over our area - pointed out a female, and he even went over to her where she was waiting for alcohol orders. We ended up having to go place food orders and get drink refills ourselves. Our observation was that all the bowlers on our lane were under drinking age because she was constantly getting alcohol orders to other tables. All I can say is she missed some good tip money because we tip very well.

Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. Did date night special on a Friday night. Pretty good value. Facilities are well keep and everything in the alley is maintained. Staff at snack bar was rude. I stood there for 30 seconds waiting for them to end their conversation to take my order. Also tried to serve us other people's orders on 3 occasions. Some training is definitely in order.

Pretty good bowling alley in the area. It's usually pretty busy, especially during the midnight bowling hours. They could us a little refreshing with their shoes and balls. We noticed a lot of their balls were cracked or missing chunks out of them. Especially where you put your fingers. One of the people in my group cut her finger on one of the sharp edges. After that she was done for the night. The shoes are a little old and the velcro ones don't really stay fastened. All in all its not a bad place to go, they could just use some rejuvenation.

This is a really good place for any kind of outing no matter what age group it is. When I go with an older group there's billiards and a bar. I've had a bowling birthday party with my brother who's 8. My sister and her friends enjoy hanging out here and they're in highschool. And as an added bonus they have a lot of yummy gluten free options on their menu. I have to also mention they are very fairly priced for any activity (or food) you want to buy. You can definitely walk in and wait for a lane, but a little tip is to call ahead and reserve a lane to avoid extra waiting. All in all I completely recommend this place whether you're just kind of aching for a night out. If you're wanting a family outing, Or if you want to hang out with friends and socialize, have everyone pitch in a dollar or two for billiards.

I had my son's birthday party here, the kids loved it. However, I only gave 4 stars due to poor management. There was a huge lack of communication between employee/host and the management on duty. After issues were resolved, everyone ended up having a wonderful time. Our host, Sarah was beyond helpful and did an amazing job. There is also a bar, pool tables, some video games, etc. Lots of people do kids birthdays here. There are a lot of options to choose from. Its always busy but you can usually get a lane if its not league night.

Alley needs to either fix a/c or turn it on when all 40 lanes are packed with 4 ppl per lane. Last few weeks it has been miserably hot and stuffy in there...even with shorts on!

We enjoy the bowling alley, but man, does that pro shop need work. I had 3 balls, 1 needed the fingers plugged & re-drilled, and all 3 needed new fingertips. I paid over $80 for completely sub par service. Not only did they tell me my balls would be finished on Thursday & they still weren't done on Sunday when we stopped in to check, but once they were finally finished, all 3 sets of fingertips were glued in with them still sticking out of the ball. I have been bowling for 8 years, and I have never in my life received a ball that didn't have the tips flush with the surface of the ball. While the man working there was nice, I can't believe I was charged over $80 for work that looked like it was done by a teenager. I'm now going to have to find somewhere else and pay someone again to fix these, because I don't feel like I can trust this shop with my bowling balls. Again, the bowling alley itself is very nice, but the pro shop needs more craftsmanship and a lot more pride in their work.

We had a lovely time there and the front desk even advised us to take advantage of their Monday special of $30 for 2 hours of unlimited bowling. We even swapped it in to shoot some pool and I'm pretty sure we ran over time and they just let us. The arcade area has a variety of games and the card is free too! The nachos is a large dish and I'd rate it as a 7/10. The chili cheese fries hit the spot though. And the mozarella sticks were quite on point too.

We hosted the First Float Team Building here with Bowling, Billiards, Pizza & Milkshakes! I don't know which one was the best, I know it was enjoyed by all, I do want to add that if I had to choose my favorite would have to be the great customer service we had! The staff was all very attentive and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful time and look forward to celebrating here again!
