We had a party here for my daughters 6th birthday party. Rachel was the greatest party host ever!!! We had 18 kids from the ages 5 to 16 years old and she kept it all under control! It was spacious and the kids had the bowling,bumper cars and game room to keep them busy. It was very well orgainized! Mr. Bob is wonderful!! My daughter comes here during the summer with her camp and loves it. This was my first time here and I already know we'll be back. The food was great! Parents were able to get snacks at the grill while the kids played!! GOOD TIMES! Thank you for this memory Triad Lanes!!

I have been here 3 times in the past 3 years. There are several lanes here, it's a large alley. They offer a game room, a bar and 1 pool table as well as bumper cars. Bumper car area is very small. I am not a drinker anymore however I have drank here in the past. The mixed drinks are light on liquor and does not match normal mixing expectations. The other evening My spouse orderd a draft beer and it was flat. Trash from previous customers are left in bar area as well as other areas after customers leave. The majority of the staff is not engaged in good customer service or friendly. Thus the reason we don't go more often.

Great place to bowl but on the other hand dont make plans to visit this specific place because they always have leagues and will most likely never have a lane open. Also they give you a hard time if you ever come in with a coupon which is quite annoying at times.

The only reason this place is getting this high of a rating from me is due to the bowling shop and arcade. The bowling shop is nice and everyone in there is helpful and the arcade is decent. The lanes here are fine and I like the automatic bumpers. However, this place's service is absolute butt cheeks. I was told I couldn't reserve a lane and also that i was next in line to get a lane. 1 hour and a half later i watched 5 groups of people get a lane and they told my family and I we would just have to wait. If it's a Saturday or Sunday stay away. They will tell you whatever to keep you from going elsewhere. Also, I was lied to because I was supposed to get a free game of bowling with the purchase of a bowling ball and they did not give me my free game.

Great for kids parties, family time, bowling leagues. For the little kids though, the arcade games are pretty beat up so hope your focus is on the bowling

The older man at the counter has a very negative demeanor, especially towards women. He is condescending and gets an attitude if you need further explanation on prices. Something is wired about the lanes themselves. They seem different, and it takes a while for me to warm up to them. On a positive note: food is decent and they have a full bar with good signature cocktails!

This place is awesome. The proshop is open when they say they will be open. This is unlike the other bowling centers in the area. Also they have a $9.99 bowl all you can in 2 hours. It is per person. I don't work here.

The price is alright. The service wasn't that great. We had to wait on average 5 minutes for an employee to show at the counter to take our order, we faced this problem everytime we needed service. The arcade had very faulty games and not many of them. Food quality is pretty good for a bowling alley. Trash was left all over from pervious customers so we ended up cleaning up everything just to be able to use the table space.

Took family bowling this morning. Called yesterday to find out what time open bowling was. Spoke to a woman who told me that open bowling was from 9am to 1 pm then league from 1 to 3, they close at 9pm. Get there at 10 this morning older guy at counter said all lanes had to be turned in at 11am so they can oil lanes for the 1:00 league. Won't be going back, even though heard this was one of tehe better places in Greensboro. If Staff aren't on same page for what is going on then place needs major work.
