Saturday July 13, 2019; I was able to make a reservation for my son's birthday THE DAY BEFORE the event. Seriously, I can't believe how amazing Angel was! She is the sales manager with whom I made the arrangements (via email very last minute). I can't believe how accommodating and helpful she was. I highly recommend this place. This wasn't my first time having such a good experience that I decided to share so everyone knows how awesome it is. Here's my first one: Wednesday June 26, 2019: My family and I went to the Family Trivia Night with our friend's family. We were the first place winners! We got a $25 gift card. It's free to play, and kids eat free! This event is held on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Here is info from their website: "TRIVIA 614 is a live-hosted trivia game the entire family can enjoy. Game begins at 6:30pm on the patio (or restaurant) and lasts until 8pm. Trivia consists of 1 game with multiple fun and interactive questions."

Very comfortable place for casual bowling. I would not choose this alley for any serious leagues because of the distracting lights and loud crowds. However, this alley was a great spot for my family to go and enjoy some bowling and while we sat, there were girls walking around taking orders for their food service which was a respectable quality.

This is a fun place for anyone, any day. It is bowling! Ten Pin Bowling Alley includes 24 lanes for open bowl, a snackbar, and miniature arcade. Come by, and experience the fun.

This is a great place for a group. The food was awesome. The drink package was a little short on waters. In front of the lanes were a little sticky, but we were there late afternoon on a busy Saturday. It was a good experience and I'd definitely go again.

We had a blast! Group of 5, was told it would be about 45-1hour, got a few drinks at the bar and played bocce ball and our lane was ready in about 30 minutes! We will definitely be back!

called me a sand monkey to my face when my and my family of arabs went for a night of bowling. the participants next to us hit the roof and were drunk, the owner came up to me calling me dirty and making redundant and racist comments on how i run my family. first off how would you know how to run an Arab family, and second why do you get to assume that because we are Arab we are not well mannered? we played our games but will never return to this racist establishment. although its north carolina and racism is condoned i pray that this establishment will not make a dime.

First time there. Didn't bowl, just went in to have a couple of beers. Pretty good selection of local beers on draft. Had potatoe skins. They were good. Really nice bar area with lots of TV's. You would never know there was a bowling alley there.

This is the first time I have been back since the construction ended. It was so nice. We went on Saturday with the Cub scouts. The pizza was yummy. There were lots of kids everywhere. It was kid friendly. I looked at the beer menu and they had Columbus Bodhi. The arcade section has expanded and they have Lazer tag. There is dinning/bar area now too.

The renovations to the bowling center are fantastic. However, the current two hour special for both adults and children is overpriced. $13 for adults is 60% more than the current rate at a nearby bowling center for the same amount of time. Also, the fact that the shoes is included in the cost isn't helpful to those bowlers who already own their shoes since there is no current policy in place that adjusts the cost for those bowlers who already own their bowling shoes.

Absolutely the best bowling experience we've ever had. The new renovations look great and Ten Pin is without a doubt the premier bowling alley in our area. We did have to wait to get a lane (Friday night) but went over to the Break Time pool hall to get a drink and the bartender (a big guy) was friendly and prompt. Bowling was a riot. We took our pictures at the lanes and played this game called You Tunes and it was hilarious. Our faces were shown on the monitors in these funny animations. We had so much fun we booked our holiday office party there. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Life is hard. It's stressful. It's important to do things to relax and get out of your head. A life of crime, fun as that might be, makes stress worse when you get caught and go to jail. Why go to jail when you could have some clean wholesome fun at...wait for it...a freaking bowling alley? Here's another scenario, instead of becoming a felon, how would you like to go to a a place where you can to bowl, drink beer, play some pretty freaking sweet, extra-large arcade games, win some tickets to trade in for some fun novelty items, drink some more beer, play a game of laser tag, then go sit and have some pretty decent food out on the patio? If you chose the latter, then Ten Pin is the place for you. I recommend it. For sure. I gave a 4-star instead of 5 because I, although it's pretty great, it's cost prohibitive to the average person I feel. It's great. Just not sokook great IMO. Go do it though.

Lots of alleys and a fair price. We payed $25 I think for 2hrs of bowling with rentals for 2 people. Also at this place there is a large bar and huge pool hall. Worth a visit.

I've only ever been here twice but the bowling and laser tag is lots of fun! I like the environment and the interior decoration is such a good look! The servers were not amazing in the bowling alley area both times I've gone unfortunately. I would only go for bowling and laser tag in the future.

Awesome experience! My team reserved a couple of lanes for a work outing and we all loved it. The staff was awesome, they laughed at my corny jokes even though I know they didn't really want to, and they made sure everyone had what they needed. After bowling we ventured over to the bocce pits and grabbed a big table for a gift exchange with no issues. It was really hard to walk past the giant arcade section and not go in there, it looked awesome. We all want to go back!

Went there last night at 6:45 w/ the intentions of eating dinner & then bowling for ‘80’s night. Walked in & sat in a booth for close to 10 mins w/ no one coming up to the table! We then moved to the bar b/c there were 2 bartenders behind there...Not one approached us! Then a group of 5-6 people came up right next to us & immediately got served. We said forget this & left! This is the SECOND time this has happened to us, so needless to say we will not be returning.

Didn't bowl it must have been league night or something but my wife and I wanted to stop and check it out. The food was really good which I wasn't expecting prices were cheap and the place was packed in a Wednesday. Plenty of pool tables staff was great. Very cool bowling alley. Facility is clean and staff is friendly. The bar area is huge including a large outdoor space with boccie ball and corn hole. They also have a large game room for kids. Definitely a great spot for Birthday parties or just some family fun. I wish we had one closer than Hilliard.

The food was good, but the waiter was slow, and served ppl who came after us first. Forgot things we asked for. The bowling was fun, but it felt like we were shorted on time. Paid for 45 minutes, and the lane shut off after what seemed like only 30 minutes. I didn't exactly time it, but that's what I noticed.

We had our son's seventh birthday party at Ten Pin. It was a great experience. Our server was helpful. The kids had a great time. We did the laser tag package and they loved it. The pizza was delicious, and the parents appreciater the beer selection!

10 Pin Alley is all the child inside of you wants. The bowling lanes are well maintained and customizable. The food is delicious and the service is helpful and attentive. Jordan was a great help to my group. She moved our tabs over from the bar and answered all of our questions. The whole place is clean and new. We enjoyed a few of their arcade games as well. Their ticket system is tracked on your reusable card, making everything simple and easy.

It was OK. The only reason we went was because our usual place we go to, beach bowl, was booked up. The kids did have fun though. The kid at the counter checking us in could've had more gumption or pep in his step. I didn't like having to pay up front for the games either. I paid for two rounds of bowling and we only played one, because the kid at the counter assured me that I'd get my money back if we only played the one round. Sorry no refund for the second round, but here are some tickets to come back and play for free. On a positive note, the girl from the lounge did a great job making sure everyone had drinks and food.

We had a great time! The staff was fantastic! In laser tag, we lost a Fitbit and they went in and searched for more time than I expected, and they found it! Our server was very attentive, even having to wait on a couple moms with a gaggle of kids. We will be back for sure!

Man at the bowling service desk was completely unprofessional. Being both females, my friend and I tried to purchase two bowling lanes for 6 people. He then repeatedly (3 separate times) asked if there were actually 6 people with us or if we were waiting for them. I proceeded to tell him once again, that we had 6 people AT the bowling alley and needed 2 lanes. He still wouldn’t let us pay for the lanes. I had to walk away from the counter to get one of the men i was bowling with, which then everything got settled. We paid $14 a PERSON to bowl, and were still continued to be pestered by employers while we were bowling. Bartenders were also extremely rude. No one would take our order, they just kept suggesting us to order with other bartenders/servers. Would NEVER bowl here if you expect to be treated with respect.

First time here, and it's a nice place. Apparently has two huge sections for bowling.. One was close for private event. The lanes were dark, but neon lit when we went. Have large screen TVs above the lanes also. They rent out lanes by the hour.. Not per person. And they mean hour. We were mid of our 2nd four person game and the lane was shutdown. They give you 5 minute warning. Nice clean facility. Has a full bar area seperate and small arcade area also. Plenty of open parking. Four stars because ending game in middle was a letdown. Not even an option to extend for a fee. Maybe because leagues were coming in, I don't know.. Didn't wait around to ask.

Worst Entertainment experience I've ever received. Although the alley's are new and nice the service is below poor. The attitudes of the attendants are subpar and lazy. I ordered multiple specials drinks at the bar and they found every reason why that drink wasn't ACTUALLY on special. Over charged me twice for my beer and wouldn't give me money back for any. Unapologetic and do not care. Our group ranging from 5 to 10 people go out every Wednesday and I guarantee none of us will ever go back to this place.

Apparently the owner put a lot of $ into upgrading it. SUCCESS! The outdoor covered section is great for group gatherings and warming up (food and cool beverages) for a round or two. Once inside, the atmosphere is electric with neon lights and everything jumping. In the middle is a very nice arcade section for a little variety. The group I went with had a blast. The menu had a nice selection as well. Average pricing for an establishment of this nature. Would go back for sure!

The bar staff was disappointing to say the least, unable to serve customers in the order in which they approach and for probably 25-30 minutes I was skipped over in lieu over other patrons that arrived after me. Tables are rather crowded and they lack competition size tables. Inadequate restroom facilities for the size of the establishment. Overall I was less than satisfied with my experience

Wow! If you have never been here you must! Whether it's for a kid or adult birthday party- there is a huge game room arcade and many bowling lanes (cosmic bowling also offered). Or to watch a game- large bar with many TV's and booth seating for eating restaurant food. Or to play bocce ball or catch a concert in their closed in patio in the winter. Great spot to even go and relax at on their couches and near the fireplace!

The place was nice but our lane kept breaking. When people decided to finally fix it in the back they didn’t even tell us to stop or that they were going to even fix it. We paid for unlimited bowling for 2 hours and half of that was us having to stop because of a stupid pin falling down and us having to reset it. The majority of the lanes were open and they could have easily switched us lanes but never even offered that. Then to top it off we had like a minute left and two people left to bowl and the time ran out and wouldn’t even let us finish the frame. Never returning sticking to Cardinal Lanes for now on.

Highly dissatisfied with our night at ten pin. We came in at 9:30 and we were told we could bowl until 11 despite the website saying it closes at 12. Then the lady comes and tells us we have to stop at 10:30 for her to oil the lanes after we have paid and started bowling. All because of a tournament that she knew about. Very rude and failed to tell us information she should have prior to us bowling... loyal weekly customers will choose rockin’ bowl next time.

Fabulous family entertainment location! Recently renovated; clean and modern atmosphere. Very polite and helpful staff ; front desk and management was extremely organized and the kitchen and wait staff was on top of food and beverage orders. Our group (11 people ranging from 4 years of age to 69) purchased the bowling/ laser/ game room package. We had one big problem overall and management was quick to resolve the issue to our benefit. ***Important things to keep in mind: get there early, there will probably be a wait to get on lanes (especially if you need 2 or more lanes); once you get on a wait list for lanes, go reserve your laser tag time. You can't just "walk-in", a time reservation is required. Sign up at the desk in the game room. And lastly HAVE FUN!! Its a great facility - "two thumbs up"***

This is the first time I've been in since the remodel. It is very trendy! Fast, friendly service. The kitchen has legit food instead of just that typical cardboard bowling alley pizza. This establishment is humungous. I like how there is a restaurant or you can order food to your lane. It is reasonably priced. It was under $40 for an hour of bowling, and shoes for three people.

Here's the thing about ten pin alley. It's really nice. They got a bunch of cool lights and TVs and what not. However most of the time I feel like it's too nice. I took my girlfriend, and we both agreed that we would have rather gone to a musty bowling alley that had more charm. Not worth the price, especially when for 1 hour of bowling I had to pay 36 dollars. No thanks. Will not be returning

I was at Break Time and now I remember why I quit going there. The bartender was a complete douche. Wouldn't serve me because my picture on my I.D. is faded. Person with me orders something totally different for someone else and gets threatened if he gives me the drink we will be kicked out. The quarter pool table we played on was messed up. Took 20 minutes to get our money back. NOPE NEVER AGAIN!

We bought the family pass for the summer and had a blast. I am sad to see it end. Two of my girls are married, so this was a great way to reconnect once a week. I feel like I have gotten to know the staff, they have been friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. We have gotten full meals, desserts, and sometimes just snacks. Try the fries and the pretzel sticks with cheese dip! We feel like we could just stop in for dinner. There is so much to do here. We aren't big arcade fans, but we played a little bocce ball and laser tag in addition to bowling. The lanes are well maintained and the whole facility is always clean.

This place was amazing ! Went here for an engagement event through the company I work for. We had our own private room with multiple lanes in it, our own bar and personal bar tender! We had food runners that kept our wings pizza salad and pop stocked. The food was really good (best BBQ pizza I've ever had) and the staff was very friendly! Took a group to ten pin ..one of the group members is in a wheelchair...she was NEVER addressed by the management on duty, she was talked over and disregarded and told immediately that her "machine " in reference to her wheelchair, which is an extention of her person, could not go in her "million dollar" floor. After I mentioned the ADA (management's response was "what's that"?) She then mentioned maybe they could check the tires of the chair etc..etc.. Of course by this time it was far too late and too much of an audience for my group and the person to which all of this tramautically impacted,to stomach any longer. Needless to say we all left, (those that cared for the young lady and saw how she was being treated.) And decided to never return again. The young lady burst into tears along with others that were involved in this situation. In my 26 years in the field of special education I have never come across such disgusting behavior. I am spreading the word and the ADA has been contacted!

A staple of Wilmington, for sure. Awesome lanes and good drinks. Also, and I mean this completely seriously, they have some of the absolute best bar food I have ever had. I have had much worse food in much more restaurant oriented places. They share a building with a pool hall as well so even if you don't bowl, it's still a lot of fun. They have plenty of league bowling if you spend a significant amount of time bowling. On weekend nights they turn on the party lights for cosmic bowling. I have never had less than an awesome time here. And again, the food and drinks here are phenomenal.

Being a smaller alley, you should regulate lane times better. My friends and I were expecting to have a great time celebrating my sister’s birthday, only to be disappointed with your rediculous wait times and less than concerned staff members. After reading in the Wilmington Business Journal that Ten Pin had been sold a group of us decided to come back and see if it was better than our last outing. (Our last time here was horrific. We were carded at the door, the security person at the door was very rude and the music was hard to hear and it sucked). So 5 of us showed up about 10pm on Saturday January 16th 2016 to bowl a few games and have some drinks and munchies. When we arrived the place was packed. The guy behind the desk (Jason?) was very friendly and said we had a wait but could go wait on the pool hall side if we wanted to as we had about 45 minutes before our lane was available. We took his advice and went and played a game of pool and had a couple drinks. After about 40 minutes they announced our lane was available and it worked out perfect as our game of pool had just finished and we were about to play another before we got called. We got our lane and bowled until after midnight. The atmosphere was great, the video rock n bowl is awesome and while we had to wait quite a while for a waitress (they were very busy) we were able to get our drinks and some wings in a reasonable amount of time. You can tell the new owners really care about this place as it was clean, we weren't carded at the door and the scent of fresh paint was present in the pool hall. The music selection and videos that played were very good and not too loud. We usually are regulars at Shipyard on the weekend but I think we will be changing that because we really had a great time with no real issues. A big thank you to the new owners (whatever your name is) for trying to turn this place around. I think you will succeed! Murph!

Nice place, been here a few times, both before and after the changes inside. Fairly pleased with the updated look and new features. Moving around when it's busy can be a chore fighting though the crowds. The lanes looked good and functioned well. In general everything was well kept and maintained. Space was tight for a large group to keep all the balls on the carousel. We hit the arcade area to check out what new stuff they picked up since or last visit and we were disappointed to find about half the games nonfunctional. We had a good time, would like to see the arcade in full swing and a little breathing room to move around would be nice.

It took about 15 minutes to get a sever to come over. "PAUL " stated he was busy and was very sorry it took forever. Then it took another 10 min to get a coke, and 10min to get a bud light. The bar tender really sucked! It shouldn't take that long, while the manager kept walking around with his coffee mug not doing anything. I asked for a check and another beer the poor server kept checking at the bar but my beer was never up. The service sucks here. I will never be back.

I was born and raised in Hilliard. To see the local bowling alley from Northwest Lanes to what Ten Pin is now, this is an all around great spot to visit. You can come in and sit down to order food, sit at the open bar, have the kids play in the arcade or bowl. So many options here. Great food for sure, outdoor open patio and great atmosphere. Very family oriented, and a great place to unwind. Highly recommend place to visit.

The service has been an issue time and time again. I have literally talked to management about it multiple times and yet nothing has changed. The entire group I have been there with (a bocci ball league) has also experienced issues and complained. Tonight I attempted to cash out with a bartender and they told me they couldn't help me and that I should have gone and found their server. I asked them to just cash me out and they told me they couldn't. I needed to go find my server. Good service would have been 1. Cashing me out or 2. Finding my server for me. I asked to speak to the manager, Sean, and after expressing my concerns he cashed me out right away. I asked him if he could look me and he told me anyone could look it up and cash me out reinforcing the terrible service from Brittany the bartender. As far as I can tell Ten Pin doesn't care about customer service and I will strongly advise everyone from going there I the future. Very sad because I like the concept, but hate the disappointing service (even after complaints). Go somewhere else!

We had a wonderful birthday party for our 10 year old son and his friends. Everyone had such a great time with all of the video-games and laser tag. We even had a adults VS kids laser tag match! Outside the laser tag arena, they keep score for each individual that you can review either during or after the match. It's also very detailed about who wsd shot and where they were shot. We will definitely return again, the renovation was definitely worth every penny the invested.

Bowling was great quality, but the laser tag is ufair. There's not much regulation as far as teams and rules. There are two levels, the top floor bypasses all of the barriers on the bottom. So the game is stacked towards the team up top.

My first time here and the kids had fun. A little expensive from other places I have gone. The kids had fun so that's all that counts. I think the lanes are crooked or the balls are. Or maybe its us lol
