First of all, this is one of the worst places to go bowling. There's bumps all over the ground and it looks like they don't plan on fixing it anytime soon, can't even play well. They should use the high prices they charge to fix it. Second of all, there's something seriously wrong with the staff. They are rude. My girlfriend is a few months pregnant and they wouldn't even let her use a light ball.

Horrible. Came in this place with my family at 940pm when they closed at 11pm. There were 15 of us. Guess they didn't want our money because they told us they are closing 1030pm because they already started cleaning so they wouldnt take us. Never again. No way to run a buisness.

My wife and I only visited the mini-golf facility of this complex, but it was a nice mini-golf. It did not take long. It was reasonably priced. A lot of fun.

Outdated venue. Needs a major overhaul. Older man working the counter on Friday afternoon seemed quite rude. My family had never been to this location before and I doubt that I will return. Prices are a little high when I can go to another bowling center and pay less. The guy's attitude was not worth my time and money.

Okay bowling place normally. Nothing to write home about. Rude, rude staff. Counting system is broken. So points are inaccurate. Would not recommend. Next time we'll go to the movies. They did give us a refund so there's that.

Used to love this mini golfing place, not so much anymore. Went there at 10:20 knowing they close at 11, was greeted by a man pointing to their "closed" sign who didn't want to speak to me. When I said their website says closed at 11, he responded "you can't finish all 18 holes in 25 minutes." I'm not sure how he got 25 out of 40 but oh well. I prefer Asheboro Mini Golf, cheaper and nicer staff. This wasn't the first time I was refused a game either, the other time being the same timing situation but with bowling.

If you do one if their “unlimited bowls” and it reaches the end of the time frame. They will cut you off in the middle of game. We had two rounds left each and said we had to pay for a whole game to finish the game we were currently on. Not worth it.

The prices are high. Easy to run a monopoly when you are the only mini golf and bowling alley in Asheboro. Even the bowling specials aren't great. If there was competition, I guarantee prices would drop. That being said, the food is lackluster and the bar closes before the alley does. Most nights they close 30 min earlier than what it says on Google. Riperino.

Went slightly downhill from a few years ago. Prices are up, only 2 pool sticks per pool table. (My group was of 4) and everything shuts down at 12:30. Definitely not as fun and lenient as it used to be.

So I am reading some good and some bad remarks here is some suggestions. If the staff is rude please let the Assistant Manager know this so it can be dealt with, putt putt does close at 10pm during the week in the summer time and 11pm on weekends weather permitting. We know that put putt needs to be resurfaced and we are looking into that. I want to apologize on behalf of the Family Sports Center for any inconvenience that our customers have encountered.

Worst night of bowling in a long time. Asked for bumpers...took 15 minutes to have that happen. Ok s fell for no reason a few times. Now I am writing this while I wait for our balls to come back down the shoot...20 minutes and it just got resolved. Horrible place.

I'd never want to bowl by the hour as often as the pin setter's break or do no work correctly. The alleys need work, the pool hall is in rough shape, the mini golf needs repaired. It looks like a business that is being run at a loss because of other business' they own make to much money. If you take your own bowling ball ect expect to have it damaged with no offering to repair it. I love to bowl, for recreation and in leagues. This place is not good. Also no decent beer or bar special's.

Drove a half hour to get here. Hours say open at 9. Got there at 10:30 and entire place was closed. Called and they said they werent going to open at 9 for 3 more days or when school is out. Will never try this place again. NOT that hard to update a website!

Only one star because i’ve broken my wrist and i’ve been told by doctors to not put weight on it and i was using the 6lb ball no problem and when i accidentally got it stuck the woman came and got it and yelled at me bc i was using it and i told her i needed it bc my wrist and she told me i’ll be fine. so i kept using the 6lb and she came back and got almost in my face and told me no and she said “i will not come tell you again i was nice the first time” so we left. the woman was rude the minute we got there. last time we came bowling i was with my boyfriend and and older man was also rude. all the older workers are completely rude so need new staff that is younger

Very rude staff. We asked for a different lane and the guy behind the counter yelled at us and told us no that he had already cleaned the lanes and said he was trying to close early. Went to get some food and the cook approached me asked me “what do you want” said she was sick and In a bad mood because she didn’t want to be here. Asked for gutter rails and he said he couldn’t do that.

When arriving one will notice an aging and dated "strip mall" type architecture. Arcade games, bowling lanes and an outdoor PuttPutt course are available for use! Enjoy concession style food, drinks, and alcohol while you entertain yourself, friends and family! Enjoy!

Has a snack bar, arcade, and pool tables. Very family friendly, even for those with young children. Birthday party packages are listed on their website.

We just played putt-putt and we had a lot of fun but the course does need some maintenance. Like the carpet has been worn down in places and some of the lights weren't working. Also one of the tunnels on one hole needs to be fixed bc it has sunk down lower than the carpet and you have to reach in to get your ball. I love putt putt so it didn't take too much away from the experience but some updates to the course would make it much better!

Bad experience! We went as a group of 4 adults who haven’t bowled in years and just wanted to have some fun. They refused to let us use the guard rails because we didn’t have any children in our group. And I was 23 weeks pregnant and had been instructed my OB to use a light ball. Well they told me I could not use one of the light balls they have behind the counter because I’m not a child. There were at least 10 on that shelf. Why can’t I? After I tried the heavier ball I was just gonna use it but then my husband went up and complained and asked for a lighter ball since I was pregnant. They got snotty and said “Well this is just for children.. if you break it you have to pay for it.” If they had any 10lb balls or so I wouldn’t have even asked for the 8. But the lightest I could find was a 12 because it was busy.

**Long review but worth the read** The bowling alley is decent. Staff is friendly & helpful. It would be nice if they had ramps for the kids to push the ball down. Apparently they are all broke? The food is well, bowling alley food, but isn't horrible. The miniature golf course is a whole different story. I give it a -1 star..My kids, 5 & 2 & I arrived at 11:30 this afternoon. The gate is locked for whatever reason considering the website says they open at 10:00am. So we are outside waiting, my kids obviously upset and anxious. A lady yells across the parking lot "someone will be right there". At 11:50 a man pulls up & doesn't speak a word to us. I expected an apology or even a hello. Nope nothing. Then another employee pulls up talking about how it was his shift to work that someone messed up the schedule. For 7 minutes they talked as my kids and I are standing there waiting to get into the get and get started. Finally he says "let me get them started" and unlocks the gate. Once we are finally golfing my oldest removes some leaves so his ball can go in, then my 2 year old shows me his feet red ants are crawling and biting him. I had to strip him and take everything of. After that we go back up front to get my 2 year old dressed. The employee goes "don't forget his bear (my son set it down)". I told him we wouldn't we had to sit down and get dressed because red ants were on him and biting him. Never asked if he was okay or ask where about so he could hmm you know kill them?!?! Never again will be golf there. Bowling we will continue to do!

Just leaving the Family Sports Center in asheboro and this place has went down hill so much it isn't even funny. Tried bowling and was only able to bowl one game due the floors and the bowling approach being so dirty that both of us bowling were sticking on the approach every time we went up to bowl. We were so mad and frustrated we stopped and left. At paying $4.30 per game to bowl you should have a better place to bowl. I complained to the assistant manager and it went in one ear and out the other as she did not care.

We went to the Family Sports Center to celebrate my Grand-daughters bithday. The Family Sports Center put on a nice party for a group of six year old girls and their parents. I'm not sure who had the most fun the youngsters or the parents! We all had a great time! The kids were fed as part of the party and they all bowled a couple of games. The putt putt had closed for the winter but the kids in spring and summer get to play putt putt too.
