We bought the Groupon for 1 round of miniature golf and 1 game of bowling with an included pizza and pitcher of soda. Here's a synopsis of what went wrong: Miniature Golf: Worst mini-golf course I've ever played. As other reviewers have stated, it looks barren and the parts that are supposed to be animated are not plugged in. Instead of being fun, the course really just made us feel sad. Every hole was either go through a tunnel or go around an corner, never even both combined. After about 5 holes, we had tried everything they had to offer. Bowling: I'm not good enough at bowling to tell you honestly if a lane is slanted, but I can clearly tell you that at least one of the pins came down crooked. Instead of having ten pins nicely organized at the end of the lane, we had nine pins in their place and one pin significantly off its mark. Despite there being only about four other groups present, we were placed on this broken lane. Staff: The woman at the counter who placed us on lane two dismissed us to go get setup. The problem is that she had to input our names. After a couple of minutes of trying to figure out how to put our own names in, we went back and asked how to do it. She then asked our names and got us started. The two TVs for our lane were broken as well, so it was a struggle to even read our scores and names. Included Food and Drink: The pizza was delicious, which is the only plus side to this visit. I'd recommend any other bowling alley and mini-golf before I recommend this place. It is certainly not worth the disappointment in the mini-golf, bowling equipment and staff.

We had a nice time bowling and playing "mini" mini golf here (very short holes). It is an older place but they have nice lanes, mini golf, arcade, pool tables and bouncy houses. A little something for everyone. Very affordable prices as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Country Club Lanes West is the best bowling alley I have ever been to. It's clean, well lit, and it is affordable if you go on Fridays or with coupons. I have been going there for over 10 years. At first as a young adult 18 years old with my cousins and other family. Now, I go with my best friend, so we play billiards and bowl, and then we go have dinner at either Red Robin or Mike's Deli. We have a great day every time.

It was a good time. Grandkids look forward to going there. A little disappointed that our clothing didn't ,"glow" as much this time. Plus, part of the golf area was roped off due to the blow up jumping type stuff that they now have I guess for parties. Pizza was good and the staff is Always pleasant and very accommodating.

MISLEADING. BAIT AND SWITCH. Bought a groupon for miniature gulf + bowling and my girlfriend and I are from Miami, I drove 900 miles and another 50 miles to go to this place. I arrived at the shipwreck mini gulf and they claimed that we could not use the groupon after 7pm. When we checked the groupon fine print this information was nowhere to be found. When we presented the man at the counter with this information, he told us he has been trying to get in contact with Groupon to change it and had a printed sign that he pointed out with this little “disclaimer” mind you when I bought it, I was on my way up to North Carolina and had no way of knowing. The person who created the ad for Groupon should have included this in the fine print, but failed to do so therefor leading me to buy something I could not get my money back only a credit. This was all the unprofessionalism of this rinky dink bowling alley.

Used them for my little guy's birthday party, they were awesome! Totally worth the money. The price was very affordable for everything you get. We had a great time and the manager (or owner?) made sure we had everything we needed and took very good care of us. I would highly recommend them for birthday parties or events!

I went this past Saturday with my siblings. We were playing at the arcade and a game ran out of tickets. We asked a bald headed guy that was behind the counter to help us and he said he couldn't right now because he was busy (he had two people in line). We waited about an hour and we just wanted to redeem our tickets. We stood there for about 20 minutes and didnt even get acknowledged. I went up to him and asked him to help us and he said the people who are bowling are his priority. Smh

Doesn't look like much outside but it's always a fun time! The staff is very pleasant and helpful, food is decent and not super expensive. There's an arcade and plenty of lanes with a large range of different weight bowling balls. Our son had a blast there for a friend's birthday party recently.

My boyfriend and I purchased a Groupon for Country Club Lanes that included one game of bowling, one game of mini golf, a pizza and a pitcher of soda. First, we arrived expecting an outdoor mini golf course, but were very disappointed to see a tiny indoor course with poorly constructed holes. The course took us all of 10 minutes because it was incredibly small and easy. There was also no variety because each hole was either an L shaped structure or one straight line. Everything was also lit by black lights which was not only annoying, but made it difficult to see the course. Then we got our shoes to bowl. The lady at the front desk set up our lane, which did not work and we had to go up and ask twice for her to fix it. The bowling screen then kept blinking like it was about to shut down the entire game. The bowling pins were not lined up properly, making it difficult to ever get a strike (unless you got one by accident). The whole experience was pretty terrible and made us regret our purchase. The Groupon did NOT fully explain what the experience would consist of and made it seem like it would be much better than it actually was. DO NOT go here if you are looking for a good bowling and mini golf experience.

The worst part is definitely the food, drinks, and overall attitude of the staff. Water is only sold in a bottle, told unavailable otherwise. Also told bottled water is not allowed to be substituted in for soda on combos. Soda is not allowed to have free refills. All card purchases have a 4% processing few. Go elsewhere

My family and I went to Country Lanes planning on having a good night out and were told to leave! The incident occurred because 1 of my family members thought the bar was opened and happen to open the door. The MANAGER came from nowhere and told him..."You better close that f**** door" My family member didn't hear him and asked what did he say. All of a sudden he's "looking for confrontation" and 4 cops were called We weren't even there 15mins and didnt even get a chance to bowl. That was the most ignorant thing I've seen in my entire life! That HAD to be a RACIST act. Owners told me they were trying to contact us after the incident but it's been over a week since it happened.

We always have a Great time there! They need to do some updates though. Several of the screens for scores are either not working or completely down. They've added several things for smaller kids to do besides bowl. Putt putt, air toys, and a gameroom.

Our family went to play Country Club Lanes new Pirate miniature golf and I was very unimpressed. For $5.00 a head I expect much more than what they have. There is a nice large space for the course but the holes look lost because they are all so small and there are no decorations between the holes just vast amounts of empty blue concrete. Several of the holes had power cords that apparently were supposed to do stuff on the holes. These did not even have a place to plug them in. Save your money and go across town to the real Putt-Putt which is actually a little cheaper.

I wish i could put 0 stars! Me and my party of 4 went there Saturday night around 12 and we received attitude from the beginning. My bf requested 2 lanes which they were accessible, not only did they refuse but they also kicked us out and called the cops only because he asked a 2nd time a couple minutes later. We only bowled 1 time each of us and they called the cops and did not give us our money back! It was completely ridiculous how angry that man at the counter got after only asking 2nd Time for 2 lanes... he was not welcoming at all and seemed a bit racist . I would rant anywhere possible because that behavior is completely uncalled for!

This place on the outside looks fun and great. The staff on the other hand are poorly trained on customer service and experience. They pride themselves on nickel and diming any way they can. You order a combo that includes a soda but you can’t get water?? This is the most petty place, please go else where to enjoy time with your family. No need for squeezing customers for every ounce of profit. I can pay it and I did get a bottle water, but it is extremely greedy of this establishment. Hey it’s corporate America and they can do what ever they want but so can their customers and I won’t be coming back.
