Bowling is great, there is arcade games, and a pro shop. Bumpers for kids but can be turned off per bowler.

If I could rate a zero I would. Booked my son a party paid $20 down on $109 over the phone for the strike package which included a host and a special prize for my son. Got there and the worker asked me we're we bowling or not. I CLEARLY told her I wasn't for sure yet. Well needless to say I guess because we didn't bowl it took the host and the special prize for my son away but when I checked out still paid $109. The manager stated over the phone well Ma'am I don't know what you want me to do because you got what you paid for. Then offered a 50 dollar gift card to have to spend there. No, considering I had to host my own party, serve my own guest, my child didn't get his balloons or bowling pin for people to sign, I had to go back and forth to the bar for the cake and pitchers of soda. I should have got some of my money back. Didn't know when you order a strike package and don't bowl the host and prize gets taken also but still charged for the strike package. Horrible experience because I couldn't enjoy his party with him.

UPDATED: I recently took my kids to the arcade again and it was not busy at all. Once again alot of the machines were down but at least they were labeled this time. Several we're out of tickets and I think there were more down the last time. I hoped the last review would help but obviously not. For the love of God fix your broken machines!!!!! I live in Erwin and we periodically go by here to play in the arcade. Most times we go there are an unreasonable amount of games down. Tonight we go by and many of the machines were out of tickets as well as both air hockey table were not working. We also noticed the trash cans were over flowing. Over all we do enjoy this place but they could be much better. I believe being understaffed is one of the main reasons for the conditions. You normally have a long wait at the counter due to the staff has to be at both the bowing and arcade counters. They were very nice and also said they were trying to refill the tickets. HEY BUFFALO LANES HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND STEP UP YOUR GAME!!!!

BEWARE We had booked three lanes for a birthday for 20+ people. it was confirmed a few days prior. When we arrived we were told they didn't have a reservation and that they were having a big group coming in 1 1/2 hrs, but we could have a few lanes until then. In spite of the rudeness of the manager we still had a good time. Wish management could have took ownership of the mistake

Me, my friend, and my mom went bowling here recently. Nice place, really. Cheap, to. I enjoyed it all. The bowling, the arcade, the snow cones, and the mini golf. They even sold me a blue golfball because I collect them. I'm going back, soon, I already planned it.

I was super impressed with this venue! It's big and bright with bowling and a game area. There are private rooms for celebrations or parties as well. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and helpful (he explained my big red F on the bowling scoreboard with a smile and noted concern for my safety). I would go back in a heartbeat to bowl or play games or have a family event. Loved this place!

They need to make more awareness of tournament...though lanes were available and no one showed up for. Not sure when tournaments are on Sundays, whenever we went?? Machines in arcades took coins, no tickets printed either... Associate always seemingly business!! Doing nothing!! 3 stars are for great arcade, and Pelican being next door.

Well...I am currently standing at the arcade counter, as I have been for 20 minutes. I brought my daughter her to have a little alone time. So we figured we would start with the arcade then do a couple games of bowling. Well, the good old wheel of fortune game, which not to brag, I have exceptionally great hand-eye coordination. I can put 4 tokens in and hit the spin at least once... Well I hit the 500 and she basically called me a liar... Well... So much for that bowling game. I refuse. Would rather drive to Raleigh.
