This used to be a wonderful spot to bring your family. However with new management, as well as new employees, everything has gone downhill fast. They refused to open up lanes for multiple people. They are conditioner has been broken the last two times we went. The people were rude and do not understand that there is more than one form of valid identification. They gave us a hard time about using a passport when I lost my license. There are 32 lanes open they will put 15 people on eight lanes instead of spreading everyone out with a broken air conditioner. I no longer recommend this place!

Clean and well kept bowling alley. We all love to go to Cosmic Bowling on the weekends and love discount Sundays too. Only downside is that the arcade used to be in much better shape than it is now.

Wow! To bad the raiting only goes to 5*... We had the best of time at Sandhills Bowling, no words could ever express how AMAZING they were with us. We spent my sons 15th B-Day there, we met a nice cople that found out about his B-day and gave him a B-day bowling pin....the kindness people ever. Customer service was out of this world, they are all about pleasing your needs, we know as a fact... come and see for your selves! Will not be disappointed, we stayed in NC for 10 days and went bowling almost every night that should tell you how AMAZING they are...Blessings.

I signed my three-year-old son up for the 'kids free bowling'. I also added on the family package for my husband, myself and two other adults. Definitely a great deal! It's great physical activity, and keeps an older game in this generations eyes. The only downfall of this place is, they charge $0.50 for medium and a dollar for a large cup of water. I COMPLETELY understand that they have a right/obligation to charge for certain things (otherwise you wouldn't be running a business, you'd be running a charity), but water shouldn't be one of those things that you pay for (but that's just MY opinion). We will DEFINITELY be returning!

Wouldn't even give this place a star after we were over charged abd a staff member cussed at us Because they were charging us 91.00 and we were told that it was 17.00 a person and we could play for 2 hrs and also get free shoes. Will not be going back

A great family bowling facility. The staff here is great and we've never had to wait for an open lane. We've held my daughter's birthday party here in the past, and attended several other children's birthday parties here in the past. We've never heard a negative experience from anyone who has been here. There is also modest arcade in the back. If you have to be here surrounded by over stimulated children that are on a sugar high, good news! Their domestic beer prices are very reasonable.

We love spending the evening bowling there. Staff is very caring and helpful. You can play also billiard or spend some time on the arcade. It’s worth to go on Sundays afternoon to enjoy their reduced prices.

Bowling in Ft. DIX. Open Hours for Sunday was good. We had gone to Navy Base but the Bowling Alley was to be open around dinner time. Price was great, $20 for 3 games & shoes for both of us. Bowling balls were colored coded to sizes and I was able to find perfect size balls for me and my husband. Scoring system was easy to follow and updated. Had French Fries and drinks. We really had good time.

Awful bowling alley. Looks nice but lanes are not well kept. Rude staff. Kitchen staff didn't know the menu, food took forever and definitely wasn't worth the money. Chicken ceasar wrap, completely dry. BLT, had one piece of bacon. Milkshake was put under the food warmer so it was completely melted down by the time they did the buzzer..first time going is our last time.

First time visitor. The manager was very accommodating with our group having to keep changing the time we wanted to reserve the lanes for and the number of people that would be bowling. But, even with that being the case, lanes were still reserved for us. We were able to bowl and had an awesome time. The only down side for our group is the kitchen closed around 8:30. But, accommodating again, we were allowed to get drinks.

Since the new owners have taken over they have almost completely turned this place around! I just deleted my one-star review and I'm now giving it 4 stars. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the short haired woman at the snack bar is a very unpleasant and rude person, and it's not just 1 time, but every time. They should consider a change there.

Here on a Saturday. They are so short staffed and disorganized. Takes 10 to 15 minutes to get a beer. One person cooking and on register. Another person came to help and was doing kitchen and register. Some should stay on register at all times.

We love, love this bowling alley. We’ve been going there for 4 years, and since the new ownership they’ve replaced the flooring, took down the old ball shelves, and added like 10 new games in the arcade. Not sure what the last reviewer was talking about regarding the arcade...it was really dumpy before they took over, and only had a few games. Plus it smelled bad in there before, whereas now it's super clean. We actually take the kids specifically to the arcade when it’s too hot outside. Looking forward to their 'kids bowl free all summer' program!!
