A lot of lanes were down, service was very bad, our lane kept breaking so we moved to another lane after about 30 minutes and then after preparing for two games we only got to play one and it kept shutting off. And they would not refund me my money back. Please do not waste your time or money here!!!!

My husband and I came here and we were so happy we went! The staff were super friendly and it was clean and nice. We were treated very nice and because we played so many games and bought bowling balls we got free games from them! We could not be more happy with our experience!

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! I would give it a 0 but it won't allow that. My bf and I was there last night for a gathering for his job. When I arrived he stated that he had seen several roaches. While I was seated I felt something fall in my shirt. I rush to the bathroom and there it was a roach had fell from the ceiling in my shirt. Don't go there they have a pest problem and need to take care of it. I spoke to a customer service rep at the counter and they just looked and wouldn't respond. Don't eat there you will probably get insects in your food. GROSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

B&B is my house and I bowl in 2 leagues here as well as casually. Clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking, great flat screen displays, bar and pool room and the food is good. Highly recommend.

Had a family reunion gathering here, it was wonderful! The atmosphere was good. The customer service was awesome. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They have ample space for large groups and the prices are perfect for large groups. The premises was nice and clean and believe it or not the bowing alley food wasn't bad either. Definitely a family fun experience

We had a great time!! Went there for the first time and we ejoyed it until the machine started braking down.... It got the the point it wasn't even counting the points right, we left mid second game. My family and I went bowling and we had a great time! The atmosphere was great and the customer service was beyond excellent! After our first game we ordered two plates of food, it came out in good time and it was good and hot. We will definitely be back!!

I signed my kids up for 8 for 8 and 3 out of 4 weeks they have cancelled without any notice waited till my kids and i arrived to inform us no bowling . Last week they gave us free pass but 3 out of 4 weeks telling my young kids we were bowling for them to say we cant i dont recomened this business depending on them to be accountable

It's ok. I usually go for the regular late night bowls they have and those are good ways to kill time some nights. Sometimes it can take awhile for them to service a lane and usually your lane will need some kind of service if you plan on bowling for a few games or more. I go just every now and then but this is still probably one of the more popular bowling alley's around in or around Fayetteville.

We had a combined bachelor/bachelorette party on Saturday. The staff was more than accommodating, made us feel like family and laughed along with our craziness! This is a league bowling establishment only. Showed up with my Son at 5:30 on a Friday. I was told there would be no lanes available. I asked was it only on Fridays, and the guy said the leagues come in every day, except Mondays. That information is not disclosed online. The bowling alley is very dated as well, needs to be updated. Will never reccomend anyone to patron this establishment.

Fun experience, but the customer service was nothing to brag about. Two days in a row I called in advance to see if lanes were open. I was given a certain time to come because supposidly thats when lanes would be available. I packed my family in the car and drove all the way there just to be told no lanes available for at least an hour and a half or more. Even though I could see there were lanes not being used. After the second time being told this I told the man that I had called in advance and was told what time to show up and that i didnt appreciate looking like a fool twice. He then agreed to give us one lane and told me we only had a half an hour to bowl and he'd need the lane back. So as a famliy we had fun, but we definitely felt like our presence was a nuisance.

B&B lanes is a decent place to bowl. There are tables right by the lanes and plenty of room to sit. Everything is fairly up to date and clean. The bathrooms have been clean each time we have visited too and that's always a plus!

Outdated software made the game a slight annoyance for all of us. The scoreboard would continuously ignore the second player's second bowl, making us have to manually change the scores each time. The pins would not restart after their first bowl. It was time consuming and a hassle. The staff, however, was friendly and welcoming. It's bowling so there isn't much you can go wrong on.

The balls are in terrible condition, no organization to how they are racked, I spent a good 15 to 20 minutes just looking for a ball that was a decent weight and size. The staff was friendly. I think the only way I'll come back is if I have my own gear.
