Ripped us off, paid for 2 rounds, and they turned the machine off after 1.5 rounds. They did not care at all, the service was extremely poor. Would not even let us keep playing though we had paid for 2 rounds.

Many lanes but VERY expensive food. Over 3 dollars for a small soda. Over 7 dollars for four microwaved chicken tenders. But there are special bowling deals on particular days so it's good to look into that and plan accordingly

We had our family Rehearsal Dinner here and had an Awesome time! David, the manager on duty was extremely helpful and met our every need. The food satisfied everyone and there was plenty to go around (the wings and fries were especially good). I would def recommend this option as a rehearsal dinner over a restaurant - especially with kids! I would give 5 stars, but it was a bit pricey (though cheaper than a restaurant), we worked with corporate and not this location on party/cost details so not a reflection of this particular location.

Im sorry I never leave bad reviews but if you the manager of the BOWLING LANES aren't you supposed to be aware of the personnel you're hiring?? Explain to me why the manager of a BOWLING ALLEY doesn't know who's in charge of the bowling league. Then proceeds to tell me they have 45 other bowling leagues at that location (FALSE) and once we NARROW IT DOWN to the one being questioned. You're still unaware who you put in charge or who will be taking charge of a league at your place of business... Disappointing, Very unprofessional, if management doesn't know anything I hate to see how the employees are being manged. I'm curious to know their turnover rate.

I’m giving 3 stars because of the polite lady at the front desk and boy at the bar.But the boy at the snack bar was rude and disrespectful even the guy next to him gave him a funny look.His customer service skills are poor and he needs to learn how to talk to people I mean I have two degrees don’t talk to me like I’m a 5 year old..Another thing was his hygiene not being disrespectful but it was awful..I don’t understand how his manager allows him to cook and serve people food....but great bowling alley will definitely be back

Fun spot to bowl. They have done a lot to upgrade aspects of the place like the bowling areas, TVs, music, black lights, etc over time. Offers food which actually is pretty good and full bar. Has small video arcade as well. Can get a little pricey, especially on weekend, but they offer a lot of promotions and rates much better in non peak hours. Fun spot and good for kids and bday parties too.

Adequate. The approaches are often dirty which leads to inconsistent sliding. The bar could use a couple more craft beer options (SweetWater 420 is already there and a good choice). Beer pricing needs to be displayed better as the bartenders struggle to tell you that costs. Some managers are good, others lazy with poor customer service skills.

Wonderful bowling alley. Great house balls and great atmosphere. To those college students: they have a GREAT deal Thursday nights 9-12. Unlimited bowling for about $5/person. It is not advertised online so don't expect to find it there.

Went with a "birthday" party on sunday. Ordered fries the lady said they "just" got the ingredients for it. Sour cream, bacon cheese... Well they made it and they left off the sour cream. So the party wanted more i go to order it and the guy behind the counter said it would be Thursday before they get a shipment of the ingredients for the fries with sc bacon and cheese.

First of all dirty restrooms. Had to keep going to the front to inform staff that the lane was not programmed. So played 2 games ready to leave and pay. Oh we don't take cards that you swipe. It has to be a card with a chip in it! Oh really well here is 2 receipts from earlier were I swiped my card. Manager says I can go to an atm machine they have and pay 3.00 to withdraw cash to pay. Which was out of order prior to me entering. I refused and he said he was calling the police to come because I refuse to pay! I'll wait! And end up taking my card anyway! Next time you have some rules you just made up, please let people be aware before they even come in the door!

It was a great experience for a office outing. They did not have everything perfect as far a communicating things contractually and our lane kept getting stuck making it hard to play a second gane so we didn't. However we still had fun.

As a business owner if one of my employees did that to a customer they'd be seeking employment elsewhere. Those two things aside, it was a good time overall. We had fun.

Moonlight is to high for one person you have to pay almost $14 for shoe rental and and $6 and some change per game per person Friday and Saturday but Sunday have good deals after 6 $3 .14 per game that's not bad

It was clean and the staff was friendly. But it was crazy expensive; $25 for 2 people to play 1 game, with shoes. Shoe rental isn't included in the cost of the game. If you wanna go here, go at 10 pm for the All You Can Bowl or on Tuesday for $2.22 Tuesday. They do have lightweight bowling balls which is great.

As a League Bowler, I would like to have Home Lanes at or above average. These are not. Chronic maintenance outages, poor parking lot lighting, struggle with curbs and doors, compete with open bowlers at front desk, no bargins at snack bar. Five stars for what it could be, not what it is.

Can't say too much. The morning crew was unable to boot the system up. We waited 20 minutes, but they never could get the system up, so we never got to bowl. Husband used bathroom while we waited and he couldn't believe how dirty it was, urine on floor and overflowing garbage can. Disappointing as visiting area to relocate and bowling is our favorite family hobby.

We attended on a Saturday right at noon. The place was not too busy. Only thing is that the functions on the game board dont work properly so we waited a long time for food to come, which preparations began once we verbally left our lane to tell someone. It did not arrive until we were done playing. Everything else about the game was great, including all other customer service.

My friend ordered a burger but they only had one lady working there so it took a really long time for him to get his food. That was the only downside of my experience but still an overall great place to go bowling!

I have never seen such a big bowling alley! It was really nice and the restrooms were clean. They have a food court and they fix your food when you order it so there's a wait but it's worth it. The food is fresh and hot when you get it and very good.

I was very impressed. For an AMF, it is quite nice. The computers are easy to use, the pin resetting never messed up for us, and staff were on top of things. The food is nothing out of the ordinary, but you're there for the bowling.

And manager wasnt present half the time when the employee needed his assistance. Nice snack bar and drink bar. Bathroom area had a horrible weird smell to it. Got worse upon entering.

This is a cool place to be for a nice hangout amongst friends, coworkers, the youth and or those who use bowling for entertainment only. But the serious Bowler, outside of league night, would need to look elsewhere as they have no respect for the leaguers once that night is over. Prebowling is done in the dark. Anytime outside of league bowling, the lights are off. If ya request lights for practice as a serious bowler, they look at you like a deer in headlights. The agenda/focus is totally on the entertainment of bowling and not the competitiveness or education of the sport. So for entertainment, ya cant beat it but for the serious Bowler, ya may wanna look elsewhere to hone your craft...

The prices are high. The first time we took our family, the lanes didn't function properly. After a half of a game trying to work past the random resets, pins not being counted correctly, and mechanical malfunctions, they moved us to another lane. We still saw the same issues. It was like pulling teeth when we said we couldn't finish a round and asked not to pay. They wouldn't refund, only give us a couple of tickets for a free round that expired in about two weeks. We didn't use them. Flash forward a couple of years and with family in town, we decided to try again today. We played one round and all was fine with the lane. Great! When my father goes to pay and hands then two twenty dollar bills, the teller days my dad gave him a twenty and ten. I was in the car when we stopped at an ATM and he got 60 dollars in cash so that he could take his grandkid bowling. He had three twenties and he handed the teller two of them. My father asked the teller to confirm the amount and he gave it a half hearted attempt. My father didn't complain and handed the teller his last twenty. I was livid. My dad is a Vietnam vet and is as honest as the day is long. If he said he gave him 40 dollars, then he did. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, well... We shouldn't have gone back and we never will again. I recommend you consider your options too.

Went for the service workers night and it was so much fun (bigger reason for being surrounded by great people) but it was fun. We got there after work so around 11, didn't have enough time to bowl but it was fun anyways. I strongly recommend this watermelon drink they have at the bar, so delicious. I think out of 6 people we each had 1. Made plans to go again with a bigger group and looking forward to trying the food. Good location, well lit and enough parking. The employees were very nice and polite. Have a good selection of arcade type games.

My friends and I came here one evening attempt at finding a new hangout place. The guy at the register sold all three of us two games each. When the second game stopped after the fourth round we went back up to the counter to fix the issue. The same guy then stated we'd only paid for one game, even though we made it pretty clear we'd wanted to play twice. In the future and for other customers make sure you make it as clear as possible how many games you want and are paying for so you don't get swindled.

Family outing with about 16 people. We were suppose to have all you can eat, drink and bowl for two hours. We'll they brought first round was good after that . We had to wait be for beverages, plates, napkins, our foods. We go to the counter to get out on items .Of course then the say we out of olates, drummettes! Really on a Friday night. It's been ages since I've gone bowling. If all alleys were as fun as AMF, it wouldn't have taken so long to get me back in an alley. It is a great place to go for a kid's birth party; but, between the sports on big screens above the lanes and the adult beverages, I can see myself returning for an evening of fun without the kids.

Bowling was great! We went on a Sunday night when everything was really cheep, but it wasn't packed. Our pizza took a little while. A lot of the arcade games afterwards were out of order, but my son and I played the Big Buck Shootout game and had a really great time. Will definitely be back soon.

This place has been a Durham staple all of my life but with another bowling alley closer by in Chapel Hill I honestly had never been until going to a kid's birthday party they're over the weekend. This place appears to be much more modern and well-maintained then other venues I have visited including the one in Chapel Hill. More variety of things to do for those interested in more than just bowling. Bigger kitchen and more variety in the food menu as well.

At first before we even got to play, we became angry about our visit because the screens on our lane wasn't working. And we had already asked 2 workers for help and got no results or care from them at all. So after about 15 minutes of that nonsense we decided to turn in our shoes and just leave, even though we were celebrating my son's 14th birthday! But when we reached the counter one of the Leaders (I think) -Ladonna Bell (I hope I'm getting this right, I read her name tag lol) said "Are you done ALREADY?" I expressed my frustrations and she replied "No let me help, I'm gonna reset the screens and let's see what happens!!" The screens finally began to work but once we started bowling they wouldn't take our score or reset the pins. And we were again getting frustrated but before we could come over to complain Mz. Ladonna was already to the rescue and tried to fix the problem. She then said "You know what? Let's just switch Lanes", and you know what, it was the perfect idea, throughout the night she continued to check on us and made sure our night was a success. She fixed not only our lane situation but put the icing on the cake to my son's big 14th. He had a blast. Now that is what I call A1 service. Mz.Ladonna you are the MVP tonight!! #AMF

Had tons of fun, there was a deal going on, unlimited bowling for one flat rate. I also got some food while I was there and was disappointed with the prices. Drinks are really cheap though, and the bartender was generous with the alcohol to mixer ratio.

If you have a disabled person in your party, don’t bother. They will take 30+ minutes to find their plastic contraption to “help” disabled bowlers but it doesn’t work and is so lopsided. Absolutely disgraceful.

The technician was completely overwhelmed and it took about 15 minutes before we were able to get a lane. We had reserved the lane for 2 games, but even before we finished the first game we were asked to move to another lane. At that point we asked for a refund for the second game, which they granted.
