Went with the family daughter booked it on Groupon staff was awesome complimentary pop corn was a huge plus with little ones. Had the best time ever stop by and check it out for yourself.

The music on a Friday night is well worth the visit alone but the lanes are warping and it goes in the gutter 80% of the time and the food is so so but the decor is dated and raggedy with tape on it.

This bowling alley is TERRIBLE the lanes aren't oiled the place is old and for such a big area there are barely any lanes the manager is this blonde lady with a terrible attitude kicked me and my friends out early because we were taking balls from other lanes (from our friends) because her machines suck and don't give balls back please save yourself the trouble travel the extra 5 minutes go to levitown alleys so much nicer never have any problems

I think what I love most about this wonderful establishment, is that it boasts a separate bar and an excellent menu of food. I could easily see myself just going to the bar and not even bowling! Especially when there is one bartender there who creates her own delectable cocktails! Make sure to check out that drink menu if you ever stop by!

I'm bowled over but why the negative hype, this bowling alley is pinned for people of all walks of life! You will know your at a good bowling alley as I used to be in a league it entertains you here! Going out to have a bowl and feel good doesn't have to end up on a bad video put on YouTube that's for the alley cats in us all!

Terrible, it's old, dirty, 40 yrs behind the times, lanes are bad, ball return breaks down regularly, a few lanes aren't open because the belt for ball return broke & they have no parts, they covered several lanes with wood planking to make dance floor- in a bowling alley no less, snack bars a joke, bathrooms are dirty & half don't work

The most disgusting place ever, old raggedy chairs and shoes, the place smells horrible, its already cold outside and they blasted the fan..i froze my butt off...i went trying to get some food..i had to run out of there, $8 for 3 shrimp, the place was so nasty I couldn't even order no food. This is supposed to be family friendly but they play nothing but cursing music while my children are there...i would never go back there again, so ghetto

Had a surprise 25th birthday party for my boyfriend and it was a huge success! Everyone was super friendly from Brenda who was the party planner, to the bartender who served us all night to the guys working in the kitchen bringing out the food. So much fun and would highly recommend!

They were just telling me that brand new awesome arcades are coming shortly. They even got new bowling shoes that look like Gucci they will help you bowl better in style! My Sisters ALWAYS goto this Bowling Alley, along w my Daughter and I.. Have Great Music, Night themed bowling, also prices are good and they have a bar area that serves food as well.. I believe they also have Party Rooms upstairs and also have some games and prizes for tickets won for the kids... Awesome Bowling Alley!!!!

**DO NOT HOST YOUR PARTIES AT ANY OF THEIR BOWLING ALLEYS** Has to be the worst experience in my life...I emailed the owner Brenda, she called me on a Friday and was very preoccupied with other things around her that she kept asking me to hold and then ask if she could email me the prices while also informing me that she was off on the weekends so she would get back to me on Monday. She did NOT email that day or that weekend. Monday she emailed it and called later on that day, we did a deposit and she was suppose to call back on Wednesday to confirm the head count....She did NOT. Come Friday I called her she had my party confused with someone else but she fixed it so I thought. I authorized the last payment. Saturday 7/2/2016 I went to the bowling alley and learned that the party wasn't at that location, she had put it at a different location 20 minutes away. Get there and they had NO idea that I was having a party so nothing was done (it was suppose to be a party of 12, 2 jugs of soda, 2 pizza pies and a balloon setup). I don't blame the staff bc they tried everything they could to help. They didn't even know that I authorized the last payment so it was suppose to be paid in full but bc they didn't have that information they wanted me to pay again before they would bring out the food and drinks, which I refused to pay again so we didn't have anything but water. I called and email Brenda right than and there and she didn't answer if respond. It's now 7\5\2016 and she still did NOT have the decency to call me back.

Went on a thrus w my babe . We called up to find out when it wasn't going to be crowded and came after the camps left . I had gotten a groupon deal to bowl for two hrs and get popcorn also . It was a great lounge place to hang , sit , chill , and bowl . Great staff . I got my ass kicked at bowling . I also liked they have one side regular bowling and one side disco bowling so you can choose which side u want to bowl on . It's a plus !

We had our sons 4th birthday party at Massapequa Bowling Alley. We chose the Arcade Package. The majority of their games in their arcade room did not work....leaving most of the young children crying, as the games took their tokens, yet didn't work! Even the little birthday boy was in tears. Some birthday!!! The woman at the desk was rude, cold and uncaring. I had to argue with them over them trying to charge us the extra amount for the Arcade Package. Our sons birthday party has been remembered as the birthday party with the most crying kids! Terrible!!! I'm annoyed that I even had to leave them 1 star.

Lanes don't give your balls back, they consistently lock up requiring resets, and the pin slider went down mid throw, which stopped my ball, leading an employee to ask us what's wrong with us. Games also stopped mid game, forcing us to go contact the manager, who charged for the rest of the game. Would not recommend. The only redeeming factor was the food.

Food and drinks are poor and overly priced. Lanes are poorly oiled, bowling balls are hard to find proper sizes. Employees are rarely to be found at the front desk at night.

I went to Massapequa Bowl on Saturday May 25, 2019 with a group of friends. The atmosphere was great, the workers were friendly and accomadating.. The dj played great music. Food was good. I would highly recommend this place.. I plan to go again.

I Have been coming to this place for about 4 or 5 years. When I first started coming here the staff was friendly. The last couple of times that I have been here the staff at the front desk are not friendly at all and by their facial expression. I can tell that they are prejudice. I was here on Sunday and was not treated well by the staff at the front desk. I will not be coming back to this dump. The place is dirty and disgusting, especially the bathrooms. They should go take a course on how to treat people.

Prices are high for low end expirence. Beside the bowling alley being extremely outdated, all vending or arcade machines are out of order and ATM's. I been to bodegas with more appeal and their ATMs work.

Horrible bowling alley it is the nastiest people customer service is horrible booking a birthday party with them the woman Brenda that does the parties is very nasty there on Groupon but they don't tell you in their Groupon voucher that you can't use the Groupon on weekends so when you called and making a reservation for your child's birthday for a weekend they can tell you know it's now taking her about almost a week to get back to me to book a birthday party with them so I'm returning my voucher from Groupon and I will never ever ever go to the bowling alley again just because of my bad experience with this woman named Brenda who's in charge of booking birthday parties very rude woman

We booked a kids birthday party there and I was so happy and pleased with the bowling alley and staff. I loved the couches and the set-up for eating. I will definitely book another party and be going there again to bowl just for fun!!!

This place EXTORTS money from good people. They own the entire parking lot which leaves people that want to dine at New York burger bar no place to park. I went to dine before bowling with some friends I parked in the bowling lot since I was going to the lanes after to play , as I'm sitting down at the burger bar another patron comes in and yells hey man your car is getting towed. I run outside and see the tow truck at the corner with my car on the lift. He pulls back in the parking lot and says hey I can forget all this if you pay me $75. So I immediately agree and asked him if he accepted credit cards. He said no only cash then he immediately tells me "hey it's a nice day " how about you give me 60 bucks and we'll call it good. So I speculated it was a scam. Most lift fees are one flat rate and are not negotiable. Come to find out after talking to a verified source they are in fact in cahoots with each other. The owner of the burger place felt so bad that he comped our entire meal. He told us he doesn't know why they tow patrons cars from the lot knowing there's no parking. Not to mention the bowling was completely empty. When I went into the bowling alley and asked for the manager I was greeted with a rude and arrogant attitude. I immediately felt disrespected. The manager on duty that was a old blonde headed lady with glasses was rude and did not care that I was about to bowl with some friends at their place of business. Please save yourself the trouble and the disgusting attitude of the management and do NOT go here.

Just wanted to say thank you to Brenda and everyone else at Massapequa Bowl for how helpful, professional and accommodating they have been regarding our Annual Family Bowling Day. Due to changes in our church schedule we had to change days etc... and we could not be happier with how everything is being handled. This is a much looked forward to event in our Sunday School year and Massapequa Bowl makes the day just perfect for good family fun. We would not think of going anywhere else. Thank you again. Beware of the tow truck!! As you can see in numerous other reviews here, Massapequa Bowl makes its money towing cars. Watch where you park as they own most of the parking lots in the surrounding area and are connected with a towing company. They hit their own bowling customers up for towing fees with no remorse. Driver accepts cash only $40-$180 depending on the tow drivers mood. The management has a very nasty attitude and don't care that the lanes are in bad shape. Avoid this towing trap!

Video Game Trading Post

Parking is terrible and they have a tow truck company watching the cameras policing the area. Planned to check out the arcade, but visited the rescue cats two doors down first. Comeback to my car on a tow truck. I checked out the non existent arcade after I only had to pay $40 to the tow truck guy instead of over $200 if he towed me. If parking is that big of an issue have a valet service and gate off the area rather than lose customers for life.

This place was a wonderful surprise.went for a date night had a great time.The service was amazing and so was the food.great music,movie screens and amazing bowling.the Prices were not bad at all.Overall experience was pretty good.They had an issue with an AC several weeks back but .that issue is completely resolved and no issues tonight.Eric at the service desk was Extremely pleasant and helpful we thank you for all .your kind help.Would love to return here as soon as possible.
