The place is big and the area is clean. The staff coureous and where able to help us when the bowling ball git got stuck. During the day time this place is good place to bowl and bring students on a field trip.

This place is clean and the staff are super friendly, we hosted a 11th year birthday party for our daughter and we had over 20 guests and every thing went well and everyone had fun. They have really cool arcade games for the kids and for the adults as well. I'll diffenately recommend to others to host their kids partys here!

I hosted my sons birthday party at Funfest last week, and it was an AMAZING experience. Our party was on time, no issues, food was good, the hostess was helpful and knowledgeable, and the place was clean and family oriented. I liked the simple pricing and the no-nonsense approach. In many years having parties for my three children, I never felt so at ease. I will absolutely be having more parties here in the future.

Let's go bowling at funfeset in Brooklyn. It feels great to go bowling in Brooklyn with the massive lane selection and multiple screens. It offers the snack area that leads t the bar. The drinks are flowing in the evening. It is kid friendly and is equipped with multiple video games. It has a basketball game simulator as well as air hockey. The place is worth a visit. Small bowling place...the drinks were a little expensive and weak. Felt like I was drinking juice. The wait wasn't very long and the price to bowl reasonable. One thing I thought was weird was the fact that I had to walk through a metal detector to get in. Other than that it was a good place to have fun with friends and family.

As far as the place as a whole, its not a bad place to hang I'm not gonna lie. They do have a small variety of games and also a bar where you can order drinks. The bartender I will give one star due to his unprofessionalism (the Hispanic male). So I went there and I was experiencing a hot flash and I was not feeling good at all. I felt extremely dizzy at the time so I decided to take a seat which did not help so, I proceeded to the bar where I asked the bartender, "how much would it be for a cup of ice". He told me that they did not give out cups of ice due to the fact that previously, they had an indecent where people brought out their own alcoholic beverages. I took that to account and asked him for a cup of ice with water instead which i was willing to pay for. Even after I told him I'd take the water, he continues looking at me like I was stupid and told me that he would NOT be able to sell it to me. Then to make it worst he continues being completely rude , saying smart comments like "who comes to the bar for water?!" , "and who comes to the bar for Ice?!" Granted I didn't tell him how I was feeling, but still as a person who actually works with customer service, and for a well developed company, I expected so much more from this man. Specially being that I came to have a good time and I was willing to actually spend money for multiple drinks but his energy completely turned me off.

Didn't offer group discount because it was a "holiday" one lane that my friends were playing on had multiple difficulties and the staff was not polite with handling the situation. If you go with a small group it will probably be a smoother process. The plus side my group enjoyed the arcade area.

Very helpful staff. It was very overwhelming with so many people showing up without appointments. They worked very efficiently to help each group get in .I really was impressed with them giving extra time to some groups who were 10 on one lane to accommodate them . Will definitely return

Atmosphere and music of the etablishment is worthily of a 10, but management is very disrespectful. I came for Sunday night unlimited bowling session. My family and I paid our 20 per person expecting to bowl until 1am. Management turned the games off at 12:43am without a warning and when I approached them about it, they said it was closing time and they were “ready to close”. I found it highly inappropriate to close the game without a warning and found it dispectful to provide us with no explanation as to why the establishment was closing at 12:43 and couldn’t allow paying customers 2 more minutes to finish our game.

This one attendant is extremely rude, the bowling balls are chipped and dirty, the arcade games are busted up and outdated, the food there is overpriced for something i could get in a bulk pack at the market for less, the pin setters at the end of the lanes miss pins or drop pins, the gutter bumpers are broken to pieces, the bathroom is cramped, the red and white rental shoes are falling apart, and the scoreboards read the wrong score every 4-5 throws and all of that could be tolerated and looked past if it at least looked appealing. With dim lights, lack of smiles and carpeting that looks like it hasn't been steam cleaned in decades this place just screams boring. If it weren't for that fact that it's practically the only local bowling alley in all of Brooklyn i wouldnt even waste my time.

Throw this entire place in the garbage along with the owner. It's filthy, old, unattractive. The game kept on freezing, the owner said that he had to many customers to deal with us. He didn't want to put up the bumper guards for the kids because he is LAZY. DO NOT COME HERE EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. The young man that works with the owner was nice. I realised that the owner gave the first 6 lanes to the African American people and the Caucasian people were on the other side. The snacks are super expensive and the snack bar looked like garbage

This probably is not the fanciest bowling place around, but it has a homey feeling. The lanes work, and there is a small but decent arcade. I wold suggest that you bring cash as the food service does not take cards, but there is an ATM so it might not matter if you don't mind usage fees. It's a really great place to bring kids since there is a pizza store down the block and a park across the street.

I called Funfest today, 8/8/17 to ask when I will receive my refund due to an extra charge on my card. The employee assured us when we went there over a week ago that he will reverse the charges and that he will charge us the right amount for 2 adults. When I called and explained what happened the male answering the phone hung up the phone on me. I immediately called them back and when I did a different guy picked up. Luckily he did not hang up and he told me the manager will be in tomorrow. To the rude employee, thank you for slamming the phone in my ear when I nicely asked you about my refund. Nice.

You get your money's worth when you bowl here. Even the novice of the group will have the time of their life, despite a gutter ball here,a split or spare there, and the occasional strike when Lady Luck bless us with her presence when most needed and convenient. Nevertheless, bowling fever never felt so good. Can't wait for Part two......

I don't even know where to begin with this place. Horrible, horrible customer service, terrible food and a racist owner/manager! My family and I visited on a Sunday morning for a special they offered. We paid for 2 lanes and all of our shoes. We were given 1 lane that worked and another that we had no control over and didn't function properly. We reported it asked for a lane change which we did not get even though we were the only ones there. As more people came in and got lanes we noticed something, colored folks shared one side of the lanes and white folks were given the other side. All of the complaints they received while we were there came from the colored folks. My son made a complaint about 1 of our lanes not working and he was screamed at by the manager "I don't have time for that right now! You people have to wait!" My son was upset and so was I. We packed up, got our shoes back and left. I promise to never return here again and I will never advise anyone to go either.

Expensive place compared to other near by places and lanes are not smooth. Balls literally bounce. Also balls are limited and most of them are broken with lots of cracks. I wouldn't recommend it.

Their systems are pretty glitchy, and there is a good chance for them to screw up, but there's a bar and arcade, and overall, it's pretty good with bowling.

We called this place to confirm they were open and had Dance Dance Revolution in their arcade. They said they were open and excitedly told me they did have DDR. We gave up a great parking spot at home and drove 30 minutes to come, only to find out we were bait and switched - there's no DDR, no we're not bowling. Thanks for wasting over an hour of our time, you guys have horrible sales people.

Place is ok but they dont put the rails up so the ball wont keep going in the gutter for the kids unless their 7 and under so the kids wasnt interested anymore and i wasted my money ... Gonna try a different 1 next time

I happened to go on a Tuesday night around 11pm randomly and played 1 game. It was super fun and the atmosphere was chill, about $22 dollars for the game and shoe rentals for 2 people. I would definitely recommend this place for bowling in Brooklyn. They also have arcade games if you don't feel like bowling the entire time. I will return a little earlier next time so I could enjoy a drink and maybe some quick eats.

Great place for kids parties. Decent pricing. May need a little renovation but overall a down to earth great place to have fun. Weekends tend to get a lil crowded but weekdays are less crowded. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The numerous times ive went have been nothing but a great night out. Arcade is also pretty cool. Remonds me of my childhood going to arcaded. Except quarter games seem to no longer exist. But thats a must as time passes and rent raises. Overall definitly worth a day or night out.

They posted a DJ/Karaoke event on Facebook saying it started at 8PM, when we got there at 9PM, they said it didn't start until 10PM. Stuck around until 10:15 and left as the DJ still hadn't shown up! The 2 stars are for the bartender only as he was competent and friendly, otherwise I'd give zero stars for our wasted Saturday night.

I have been coming to this alley since I was a child. It has been a long time since I was back and I am so sad to say even though it its under new management , there has been not one single improvement. The food was overpriced and unappealing. The menu board was old and dusty and the item selection was bare. Credit cards aren't accepted and the ATM fee is $2.30. The service was mediocre and not one employee actively helped me after I asked 2x for assistance finding a ball that fit. According to one of the employees they are all random balls and nothing really fits anyone. I won't be going back. No thanks

Went with a large group and had a great time. Man at the counter had a great sense of humor and was great with the kids. They made accommodations for my children's special needs as well. It was busy, but it wasn't crowded. Genuinely had a great time with 6 children and 3 adults.

Kids had fun, but management definitely needs to hire staff. There should not be a single girl taking payments, giving shoes, and returning shoes and answering questions on a busy afternoon. Poor girl was being harassed left and right. She was working instead of 3 people. Place could be much better if management hires more staff.

went there last year for a "mandatory" field trip. lets just say that at first glance it looks like something out of coney island. they have an arcade and a photo booth that is incredibly overpriced, but lets not focus on the arcade because that's like going to a steakhouse and looking at the salads. the lanes are alright and they do have a massive selection of balls :^) my favorite were the blue ones, joking aside they have a large selection of balls all in racks for you to use and to play a game of bowling is pretty cheap, almost feeling too cheap compared to the mentioned arcade and that is where the cracks begin to show. the more time you spend looking around and seeing everything the more you feel like this place is run down and the more this place begins to drain you. the place is filled with older folk and this is logical, but it feels like a night of bingo with your nans at her retirement home and not like a game of bowling. the food and snacks area is where that feeling of dread spikes at an all time apex. the food portions are tiny like they are intended for first graders, but at the price of a meal at the local fast food place, hell even the younger kids i saw there looked disapointed. the place looks clean but at the same time filthy, like something is wrong with it. the candy selection is narrow and it's also quite obvious that the candy isn't selling that much at all. overall my experience left me drained, and i felt genuinely depressed after this place. would i come back to this place? most likely not. the only time i think i would is probably when i am drunk with a group of friends.

Came to this place for a school trip and the kids had fun. However, when I returned with a group of 7 people, the cashier informed me that my daughter couldn't cut her cake. I had planned to do everything here but the refusal turned me off. I decided to let the children have some fun bowling and play a couple of games in the arcade. Nevertheless, we are going some place else to eat. What era are these people living in??? You can cut a cake just about anywhere as long as you're spending your money. In addition, I had to pay for bowling shoes and games ($60). I also saw older folks wearing sneakers, not bowling shoes.

This place is horrible..... they cheat you the time.... they say one hour but I ended way b for my hour.... I had to ask many times for the gutter rail for the kids to b put up..... the people in the kitchen are rude and nasty..... I asked for a fork to eat the food unwhich I purchased from them for a arm an a leg, and the gave me attitude, just to receive a fork...... my child has many allergies so I had his special drink, I explained that to them, and still kicked me out for hving outside drinks..... on my way out there were a group of mentally challenged kids that came In to play and they yelled at them because they were about to walk in the wrong area, so they left as well...... This place was the last on my list..... a lesson learned, follow ur mind not ur heart..... I wanted so bad for my son to have a nice day out with his friends I decided to go here..... I was at MELODY LANES first but they didn't hv any lanes till 6pm. Mind you that place was 45 min away from my home....... I just refused to go here..... So pissed

This was my 1st time bowling in over a decade and with the limited options in Brooklyn, this place was good. The wait to get to pay was long because of a large group checking in. The cashier was very clear I'm the bowling procedure. The shows run big. Some hand sanitizing stations would be great with all the people using the same balls and kids playing also, I saw no one come to disinfect them. My hubby and I were able to play 3 games in the allotted hour. I'd go back but not when it's that crowded. Sunday mid afternoon had lots of large families.

I just had a birthday party in there.. The birthday room was dirty and messy. The table cloths are urgly, the chairs are old and disorder. I was so disappointed when I saw birthday room. It didn’t match what they promised for birthday party. The party host was unorganized. Don’t waste your money to have birthday in there.. not worth..
