A bowling alley that doesn't have extreme lights flashing and loud games everywhere. Pro shop is nice too. Big parking lot. If you're looking to enjoy bowling or to have a bowling party I recommend this place. The staff is more than willing to help you and it's dedicated to keeping you safe on the lanes. Have different weight and colored bowling balls and the staff helps with finding the right ball, finding your shoe size, taking your food and drink order etc. There are video games but they aren't too loud. Lots of leagues bowl here.

Back in the 80's this bowling alley would put you in a trance; but today it's a whole new mind bending experience! Bowling has taken on the personal experience today rather than check out the PBA league (People today form there own PBA league)! This alley atmosphere still reigns supreme, hopefully it still has arcade machines inside that would be sorely missed, I know it!

Went on a Friday evening (around 8pm) and had a good time. My girlfriend and I played 3 games. The shoe rental plus the games cost us $60 total, which is kind of expensive. The bowling alley does have nightly specials though that make it more worth your while. I'd check into those before going again.

decided to come bowl with a group of 5 friends, came Friday evening (12/23) around 10pm. two people working at the front desk seemed like a manager and an employee both very helpful and accommodating. unfortunately when we went to the bar the service was horrendous. i wish i got the woman bartenders name. she was very rude when my two friends went up to order two pitchers of beer, ignored them for 3 minutes before taking their order when the bar was completely empty then giving them an attitude when asking for ID. we let that go but then about an hour and a half later at around 11:20ish pm i went up to the bar to order another pitcher of beer, i was told "I stop serving beer at 11:30" i was a bit thrown off since it was 10 minutes too also no one mentioned the bar closed at 11:30 they said open til 1am. we then decided if we weren't able to be served after 11:30 then we did not want to pay to bowl until 1 am which was their closing time and the deal we took we said we would rather just pay for the one game we had just bowled... explained this to the employee at front and he rolled his eyes and then looked at who seemed to be a manager and they said "no shes wrong the last call at the bar is 12:30 , you guys can continue to be served." not only 5 mins has gone by and i turn to go back to the bar and i see the woman serving a man a beer, i confronted her being i work in customer service myself i said i think its very rude the way you spoke to me just before telling me you cant serve beer after 11:30 but are continuing to serve someone in front of my face , she then started SCREAMING at me that because i just complained about her she will now be serving and it was a miscommunication . this was no miscommunication, she did not want to do her job, SHOULD not be working in customer service and was very rude and turned me off completely to this place, which stinks because we love to go out bowling every once in a while and decided Levittown Lanes are a little run down the East Meadow Lanes are very nice and updated, well unfortunately now we will be bowling at Levittown Lanes where at least the bartenders are friendly! !

Last place that accepted us on Sunday night on Labor Day eve! The place is alright. Food takes a little longer so order them right away if you insist eating there! Pricing is good and did not break our bank with 4 adults and 6 kids!!!

DO NOT come here if you are from out of state and you're just trying to have a beer and bowl. They will damage your ID!!!! Snapped mine and my friend's. Even after calling and asking if they would accept our IDs after being denied at another alley, this is ridiculous. I've traveled across the country and have never had a problem with this. Since when do places not accept out of state IDs? And when did it become okay to damage other people's property? The manager here is completely out of line.

The bowling alley was clean and well lite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rest rooms were very clean as well. All of the 6 lanes that my party was using worked without any issues. Definitely go bowling there. We will be back.

Horrible customer service!!! I went with my family and my mother wallet was gone when she noticed it was missing she goes to the front desk and asks for the manager to check cameras. She was panicking ! She had all her personal stuff in her wallet and the manager responded by saying they are not allowed to check cameras. So she calls the police and police check and it clearly shows that her wallet had fallen under the table and one of the employees notice and was friends with the customers on the neighboring table. So the employee goes and speaks with them and it clearly shows a guy licks the wallet and the employee picks it up. When my mother had asl him before if he had seen a wallet he said he did not know what she was talking about. He returned the wallet to a family member and there were $50 missing

The alley is OK and has been somewhat renovated but you can still tell it's a well worn alley. The new arcade is jammed into the bar area and there are no walls to block the noise during league nights. Being on a league their is meh as well they are run OK but the biggest problem on league nights is the impossiblity of finding a waitresses. There is sometimes one if your lucky and she is so overwhelmed you're better off going to get your own stuff. Then again the snack bar is a mess and even asking for a pretzel or even a bottle of water often either confuses the workers or takes so long you have to run to bowl and then come back to still wait for your item or even just to pay. Food quality and service here is lacking your better off eating before you go.

Love the cheap games on Sunday nights but it's typically busy around that time. I wish the food counter had more reasonable prices. A (small) bottle of Gatorade costs $4 when I could literally get it for 98¢ at Walmart. That's a high mark up for a juice drink let alone the foods they sell.

Charged us for 6 games that we didn't play... maybe we paid for the people previously at that lane. Make sure there are no names on the scoreboard when you set up. Very expensive, even without the extra charge.

They have a great deal on Sunday nights $3.09/game and I think $2 shoe rentals. If you have small children, they have plenty of ramps for them to use to get the bowling ball all the way down the lane.

She is not friendly whatsoever, has a stuck up attitude when assistance is requested, or if you have a question. Given that the place is visited by families and friends looking for a fun visit, she is not the right person behind the counter.

This place is amazing with great staff as well. Clean, got a new renovation and still may need some work with carpeting and ball returns. But I bowl here almost everyday and love it so much. Would definitely recomend you coming here to bowl anytime!

Lots of people at the time I was there. There's atleast 40 lanes to bowl in, there is an arcade if you don't want to bowl, or you can chill at the bar or just eat some food. The parking lot has allot of space as well.

We had an all-inclusive that included two hours of bowling plus pizza and chicken wings for $25 a person. A pretty good deal until they charged us an "event fee" on the back end, which kind of made it not such a good deal. Lanes are in good condition and overall the place is nice for a bowling alley.

Great bowling experience. Go there on fridays to bowl for unlimited bowling from 8-1 am. The staff is nice and the area is quiet.

I must say this place is very expensive. I took my daughter and her friend and we spent 50$ on two games. We had a great time bowling, clean lanes. Clean bathrooms. Pizza was okay, we requested it well done and unfortunately it didn't come that way.

The bowling and billiards experience was great but one major downside is that the food is highly overpriced. DO NOT BUY THE DRINKS. All of the drinks are filled with ice and it makes it feel like they fill the cup up with the beverage of your choice. My recommendation is go there for the bowling and avoid buying anything from the food stand. UPDATE (9/4/2017): The billiards tables are no longer there and the staff say they are going to replace them with arcade games. I don't know what games though. My family and I would only go there for the billiards and now since that's gone, we don't go there anymore.

Horrible customer service. I gave them 2 stars because the facility is well maintained. The employees working behind the desk have no clue on how to operate the point of sale system and they treat their repeat customers like trash. I use to bowl here at least 2-3 times a week for the past 6-8 months and now I'm reluctant to even step foot in this place if it wasn't for the great pro shop. Corporate needs to retrain their staff or hire new employees that know what the meaning of customer service is. My wife and I were the only bowlers but it just so happened that my friends were there that evening and had already bowled 2 games. I asked for the lane next to them since it was available. Not once did he mention no about the lane. When I approached the lane our names were added to my friends lane and disrupted their current game. I spoke to “Owen” and asked why we were added to the wrong lane. He said there aren’t any lanes available and the night is going to be busy. Sorry but last I saw there were at least 10 lanes available. So we decided to pause our games to wait for our friends to complete their games before we started. Low and behold the computer magically unpauses us. Only other person that can control it is behind the desk. On a different occasion I was there, a few friends were bowling on a separate lane and we asked if we can get them moved to our lane, he said no sorry that’s not possible. You need to retrain your employees. I know it’s entirely possible because it was done before at the same alley. As the night comes to and end I go to pay out my bill, he charges me and neglects to ask me for my MVB number. I asked him if he can apply it he said no sorry. Great training and customer service there *sarcasm*. Save your money and time and find a different place that treats their customers correctly. AMF Syosset will be my to go spot.

This place is a very clean and fun place. Summer passes is something you shouldn't pass off as they are really good! My family and I go there everyday. They have free water, food is good. They have the neon lights on sometimes. They have good music. Basically I recommend trying out this place.

This is a great bowling alley with spacious lanes and a great atmosphere. They often have karaoke available on weekends. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a great place to bowl.

We called during the week to reserve two lanes for Saturday evening at 10:00 pm. We were told that there was unlimited bowling and free shoes for a cost of $20.00 per person... Showed up at 10:00, there was around ten of us, we checked in and started bowling. At 12:15 am our two lanes were shut off in the middle of a game. When we inquired as to why. We were told they were getting ready to close........ Now the place closes at 1 am, we were shut down at 12:15 am. Why were we interrupted in the middle of a game, told they were closing, and clearly people at the other end of the lanes were still bowling? We probably spent over $400.00 in food and drink in a 2 hour period! Not cool at all..... Unlimited bowling, and we were basically kicked off the lanes after two hours fifteen minutes.
