You really only know how good a business is until you present them with a problem. This is when their true nature is revealed.. Do they care about you as a customer or just another dollar. I should have known when he first ignored my wife when she walked in the shop. Got friendly when he knew we were buying. I made the mistake or buying two balls from Marlon. $400. They both got chipped with a few games while the other players balls on the same lane did not. All he could say was it was the alleys fault. Now this may be true but I just spent 400 dollars. If he cared for me as a customer that could have given repeated business or referrals he would have offered to clean the balls or repair them but no. Just a take them back to the alley. So I’m thinking this repair must be expensive. Since I didn’t like his response, I went to another pro shop not far away. I decided to repair just one of the balls that had two larger chips because the other balls chip was small. This professional pro shop is repairing the ball for $10 dollars. Marlon dissatisfied a customer and lost him for a measly 10 dollars. Short sighted and bad customer service. Spend your money somewhere you will be appreciated and not just another dollar
