Came in at 8:45 (doors close at 10) and were refused service. The cashier turned away two groups of five people because it was a "slow night". Half of the lanes were full but they wanted to close at 9. After walking out another group of 5 were headed in. Ridiculous.

Took granddaughter's went to the bathroom, it was nasty. Don't want to say why. We wanted to throw up and I know they know what I am talking about. I'm Not from here but everyone closes early. What's up with these town. Our fast-food places close at 11:00 or they stay open all night. The bowling alley closes at 9:00. I am shocked.

My teenagers just got back from this establishment. The guy working the counter had them pay up front, and then made them pay again, claiming they hadn't paid. He told them a woman had taken their initial payment, when, in fact, he was the one who took their money. Management, I suggest you look into the person who was working. If you visit this establishment, get a written receipt for how much you've paid.

Came here as a kid when staying with grandparents and nothing has changed..small area on lanes but the bartender lady carries this place with her hospitality

We were led to believe our game would be only 14 dollars; a little low but, what can we expect. To shorten the story we ended up getting screwed out of 60 dollars. If possible I would give this buisness zero stars. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Find something better to do than bowling here. In the long run you will have more fun playing cards or having conversations between you and your buddies while saving yourself the humility of being played as a fool.

Went in on March 4 2018 we traveled from Alamogordo to go bowling, i spent a lot of money as well as the two other family’s we went with! I expected to be treated like a human, i was hoping to be treated respectfully. They you guy who was working was extremely rude from the moment we walked in, to the moment i left! First he was rude taking payment! Second he was rude distributing the shoes to our party. Then i didn’t know the other family was gonna pay for there own lane, so i added them accidentally to our lane! I asked him could either delete the opponents not playing with us or reset computers on our lane! He literally rolled his eyes gasped his breathe. Asked me several time to repeat what i was asking like he didn’t understand and continued rolling his eyes and gasping. Like if i was bothering! Which i didn’t appreciate since i was a paying customer! I had to bite my tongue because it took everything in my soul not to rip into him with my rudeness. Then we asked him to lift the rails and was also extremely rude! At this point i realized not to deal with him anymore and to try and enjoy our time there since we did drive out of town! I had a good experience the first time i have gone there was a young lady working she was amazing but from here on out i will call before traveling that far for that kind of service.

Came here on vacation with family. Over an hour wait, they wouldn’t put us on the waiting list to bowl at all with over 2 hours left before closing. Tables were disgusting, bad service. Worst of all, came here the day after my 21st birthday with my VALID, UNEXPIRED Oklahoma ID, but I was not allowed to buy alcohol or sit at the bar because my ID is vertical. I’m legally 21, and there is no state law stating anything about needing a horizontal ID. overall I would never recommend

I love everything about this bowling alley! Great staff, bar, and amazing place for family fun. They also have very competitive league with some really great bowlers. They oil the lanes everyday with a spin on a house pattern that's a little more challenging if you hook your ball.

Everything was good until the strobe lights came on. They didn't act like they were concerned that a person with that sensitivity was there....it wasn't league bowling so they should have turned them off. Other than that, its great! Good food. Good fun.

We got here at 5:00 pm and the staff said that the wait time was 2 hours, it is almost 8 and we still have 30 minutes to go, they said that they called our names 3 times but I heard everybody's name but ours and they gave our lanes to someone else, we are now tired and the staff is rather rude and lazy, 0/10 would not come again, much pain, so uncool

Earlier tonight some of my friends who I haven't seen in a long while met at this establishment to catch up over a couple games of bowling. When we got there we were charged twenty dollars for our first game. We played three games in total, but somehow when it came time to leave the twenty dollars had gone missing. We weren't able to get that back, and eventually just walked away. I will not be coming back to this establishment, and I recommend others do the same.

A man at the register told that our first game was going to cost about $14. So then we play a 3 games and then head back up to the register to pay for our other two games. Although the cashier told us that our total was going to be $65 and the original $14 wasn't there. We argued and the same man in the beginning told us a woman was working and she got the total "mixed up" Eventually we gave up and we never got air original money back.

We were looking for something to do while visiting Ruidoso. We had a pregnant woman in our party so the cigarette smoke at the casinos prevented us from going there. This bowling alley had a separated smoking area so the establishment was smoke free which was awesome! It was really clean and organized. Staff was friendly and the beer waa reasonably priced. We had a great time and would visit again! Thanks!
