The bowling alley in Artesia is way better and has better lighting. On Friday afternoons Tobosa individuals used to go bowling and now they can't. This has caused many disappointed people!

The lane we used didn't return our bowling balls. We constantly had to ask someone to fix it. It's expensive! 3 people, 3 games $55.00. The staff was nice & helpful.

I am very unsatisfied! We were in Roswell for the weekend and brought the kids to bowl. The lane was horrible the balls kept getting stuck. The lady at the counter was unfriendly, I then asked for my money back she could not refund me so she moved us lanes. We were barley in the 4th frame and the time was almost up. She said she could not extend the time even though we had issues and had to move lanes. Did not get one apology or any kind of good service. I will not go back.

Worst costumer servies manger is rude and not very good at customer care. My son is attending the challenge and we are from Albuquerque. We brought him here because he want to go bowling and have fun. Unfortunately not the experience we had. We order a pizza but had to leave to take my son back , we ex6 what happened bur instead of a refund they gave us unfinished pizza. It was heartless and rude service. Its unfortunate that the only day i got to spend with my son he had to see rude people.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, lanes are clean and so is place. Had a small bar with pool tables for $1.00 , haven't seen that in years. Has a jukebox that you can play and drinks are good. Just wish they had a game room.
