I bowl once a year weather I need to or not, my church host it's annual Sunday School Church Bowling Party as a fundraiser I used to bowl a lot when I was younger in leagues, remember most how to bowl well and try to apply annually at church Bowling Party. This year was a great time of fellowship again.

Be very careful you don't even step one foot over that foul line. I fell in there and pulled my hamstring. Management did not even call me too and sure I was okay the next business day. They use too much wax / oil on their Lanes. You go there with your kids to have a good time not to have to be carried out. I was not able to walk for 3 weeks. I will never again go to this place. You get what you pay for. I got a great deal on Groupon however in the end it cost me a lot more!!

My son asked to be on his schools bowling team this year. I was worried because the bowling alley that they bowl at is far from our home, and it's on Sunday mornings at 9am. We decided that we would try it out one Sunday, and see how it went. The staff at Westbrook Lanes is very helpful and definitely make the kids feel welcomed. Even when we are done for the season, I think we will be visiting Westbrook Lanes for family evening bowling! Well done Westbrook Lanes

Great bowling alley, with several other amenities such as a decent and well stocked bar that includes two billiards tables and some table seating. But what I stop in for mostly is the pinball tables which are becoming few and far between these days. This place keeps three here and different machines rotate in occasionally. Lastly, they're open 24 hours. (The bar has it's own hours)

If you ve got a deal on Groupon, Be aware of their stupid costumer service . Because either on Groupon or in email doesn’t give any information about what time and what days deals are accepted. You just drive here and hear ‘ we don’t accept it after 6’ You don’t even hear ‘ Sorry’ from them !!

Classic bowling alley has been around for many years. Close to professional weight pins make it a more difficult Lane to bowl well in, but it's worth it. If you can bowl well here, you can bowl well anywhere.

Place is horrible ! They claim $1 and you end up spending $10 bucks just to play 1-2 games . Specified $1 this and $1 this! Trust me you will not be paying a $1 for anything in this place ! Disgusting , rude staff! The fat lady and concession stand is a rude pig and expects you to tip her big ass! Brunswick in MUCH BETTER !!

I only give 1 star because the lady at the front desk was so rude. she was so unhelpful and made us not even want to bowl assuming we knew the specials and when we asked for shoe rentals she rudely asked if we wanted to start we a lane. Like nah I'm just here to rent some bowling shoes and hang out at the bar. Oh coarse we needed a lane. Everyone else who worked there was super nice and when we went to the bar the ladies in there were amazing. If i could give the other employees 10 stars and the lady at the front 0 stars I would. Other then that bowling was great and the special was amazing all you can bowl for $10 a person.

Nice place to go and have fun. I can't bowl but I do enjoy taking my wife and kids here when time permits. They were very nice and helpful to us while we were there. I would caution the pricing of playing a few rounds of bowling. It ads up quickly. The food offered at the snack bar was tasty. The staff is pretty attentive to your needs which makes for a good time.

This is a great bowling alley. Plenty of lanes available, and the equipment is clean and well maintained. Prices are competitive and the staff is as helpful as you'd expect them to be.

Great place, horrible prices. They never tell you that the lane has to be rented out for the same price as a game. Two games for two people with shoes should never cost $48. I definitely would suggest going somewhere else for the same experience for way less. (Glassboro has an alley that does $5 for the lane and nights as low as $0.50 per game)

My son does kids bowl free which is 2 free games of bowling a day. They have shoe rental which is extra but I went on Amazon and bought him his own pair for $36 he already has been there enough that the shoes paid for themselves.

Got to love this bowling alley. One thing that they could add is a full-service kitchen, I would love to order my food at the location as opposed to ordering out to local take-out establishments. The bar is pretty awesome too, sometimes I even just gone to the bar. I'm probably looking to join a league here soon and I will report back when I find out how good their leagues are ran.

11 family members enjoyed our bowling trip to Westbrook Lanes. Our ages were from mid twenties to mid sixties. It was a good time. Brianna was extremely helpful and the lanes are the premise is well taken care of.

For an old bowling alley this is very nice. There’s lots of lanes that are kept up pretty nice. The staff is very friendly. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars from me is that for some reason there’s lots of clutter. Not sure why the person in charge of decorations would have so much stuff everywhere when there’s not a lot of room as is.

Where do I begin?! When I was young I would go here for cheap drinks. It was always dirty then but seems worse now. Tonight we went because it was dollar bowling and found out they charged $5 cover at the door? What is the cover for? I see no entertainment. They didn’t even play overhead music AT ALL. The leagues were gone and still no music. Next, the shoes were torn up and probably never truly cleaned. The bowling balls are dinged up, the consoles at the lane we’re beat to all hell. Then I went to the bar to get two drinks, one for my wife and one for myself. Then the bartender said I had to go ALL THE WAY TO THE FRONT DOOR to get carded and get a wrists band. They carded me and gave me a wrists band, I guess since I am a white male, then they ignored my wife who was right next to me, most likely because she is black. I know this because they ignored her to great a white couple who were behind us. And get this, they carded them at entry but never carded us when we walked in. They took like 5 minutes to card my wife and hand her ID back to her. They never said thanks or hello or good bye. It was a cold atmosphere. We only stayed to let our 9 year old daughter bowl. My next trip is to Brunswick zone in Deptford where they play music, have cleaner facilities and nicer staff. Oh and they don’t charge covers...

Lanes were well kept and the facility was fun. Staff was a bit unaccommodating and seemed to stick us in an undesirable spot. However it was a busy night and we still had a lot of fun. Great place to bowl.

This place is top notch in terms of giving back to the community!!! Every August they have a day of free bowling. I participated in that 2 years ago, brought my cousin, there was cosmic bowling, prizes were given out, and it was a BLAST!!! Thank you guys again, ur awesome!!!!!

Worst place ever our lane kept malfunctioning and they wouldn't change our lane our balls kept getting stuck in the back of the pins wasted our whole afternoon and they wouldn't give us a refund. Kept calling them over intercom to fix our lane and we were the only ones there that was complaining while everyone else were able to play their game while we watched on ruined my birthday!

This is a great local bowling alley. It could definitely use more cleaning and better service, but if you're a South Jersey local you know and love this place. Laser bowling is always great on the weekends. The bar is reasonable and friendly.

Absolute awful customer service. I called with an issue and the manager Kathy’s attitude was totally unacceptable. She should not be a manager at all! She even went as far as saying if you want something free, just say it! Totally rude and demonstrated a total disregard for my issue. When absolutely needs training on customer service and how to remedy an issue that a customer has! They will never get my money again! Just a note to the owners.. please place as much emphasis on properly training your staff as you do for the time in which deals are prohibited. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! I’ll be waiting for your call when you return from your vacation if Kathy even gives you the message as she informed me that I could just call back next week even though she wasn’t sure when you would even be back! Being nice to people an providing the appropriate customer service is not that difficult!! It really is a shame that a manager doesn’t know the simplicity of general management rules!

This is THE best bowling alley I have ever been to. The condition of the place is immaculate, the people are great, you won't have cheaper drinks anywhere in the world and it is a great family atmosphere. I bowl in leagues here and I drink here, heavily. I highly recommend Westbrook lanes to anyone looking for serious competition or serious fun. That sounded cool in my head, but corny when I wrote it.

Poor Services when about 3 weeks ago to redeem my groupon only to find out that is not available to use after 6pm , so we decided to paid out of pocket because the kidos was already happy about playing. We decided to use it another time, only to find out that this new time was a new rule not listed anywhere we went before 6 and now I need to call a make a reservation and wait 24 hour .When outside make a call to make a reservation and the young lady who answer the phone told for when the same day I told her 5pm and she stated it was already book it was ju se t 5 min to 5pm and I when inside and was about only 6 lanes use and everything else empty.I ask for the manager and I only got a card. I was lucky enough to trade it for a another location NEVER AGAIN WILL VISIT THIS PLACE .And the sad part I'm a regular here. SO POOR POOR SERVICES .

Got a groupon 4. 4 people.Took my 2 grandsons and there great grandma,it was The FIRST time all 3 of them ever bowled. Ages 3, 5, 79, a myself 63. We had Bumper's. it was a riot watching the three year old picking up a 7 lb ball when he Waze 30 lb . Great grandma was trying to bounce the ball down the lane. It was funny

One of the best bowling facilities around. Open 24/7 has in pro shop, snack bar and adult bar. Posted some of my best scores here. Let rephrase that, had a lot of "Great memories" here! Hanging out with my father in law in VFW league/ABT tournaments. Smokey and I would do singles and doubles tournaments here and cashed in every one.

The place is dingy and half the machines barely work. You would think they would appreciate any customer who came through the door on a Saturday when they had maybe 2-3 lanes in use. I signed up for their email newsletter for their $10off promo and they refused to accept the coupon because it wasn't printed and the "manager" was rude. I mean it's, 2019...:seriously? Save your time and go somewhere else. It's the same price to go to Brunswick and it's cleaner. I should note - after two issues with the ball getting stuck and even getting someone to address it (the first one took about 20 minutes and the employee was aggressive and slammed/pushed chairs on his way to the back of the alley, they did provide us with a voucher for 3 free games, its unfortunate, because we will never be back again.

Bowling is good kind of out dated and cant use the bars for bowling because everyone would have to use them because they are manual..... its cheap and Groupon is accepted before 6pm on the weekends. The food sucks real bad its the worst, their menu suck, and everything is basically microwaved, the fountain drinks taste terrible, and my sister bought two drinks from the bar and the taste was also horrible. If they improve the menu and fix the side bars for the bowlers that need it and the ones that dont it would be great......other than that over all for the price is a good place to go.

Westbrook lanes is a classic bowling alley. It has a fun feel for bowlers. Monday is $1 shoe and game day. They offer a domestic $1 beef special. I just wish the website said that the domestic beer deal starts at 6pm. The website is a tad misleading. But we will still come back for more fun!
