We went to this establishment only because the other bowling center in the area had a league so we were like ok the kids want to bowl so let's go. There were 5 people bowling and it costed us $75 for 2 games each. Ok price is the price no big deal. One of the kids wanted a cup of water so he went to the snack bar and they told him no. They said no because he wasn't buying anything from the snack. (Which is owned by the bowling center.) So i went to management and asked them why they don't supply small cups for water and his response was it's policy because we didn't buy anything from the snack bar. I replied with "spending $75 to bowl and you can't give a small cup of water" and he said no it's policy. So the kids were forced to buy 3 bottles of water at $2.50 each. I'm far from being cheap but that's ridiculous. I GAVE IT ONE STAR BECAUSE ZERO WASNT AN OPTION.

Great place for bowling but pizza can be improved. On the other hand, the fruit punch they had there was amazing. Update (August 2019): The fruit punch is still amazing but the pizza has still not yet improved. I had tried the pretzels also and it tasted good.

Terrible customer service experience. Wasn't allowed to use "kids bowl free" passes (2 games free) because kids already played a single game. Attendant was rude, obnoxious, and wanted me to pay for four kids to bowl the 2nd game when the entire place was filled with kids who were bowling 2 games free. When I told her to give me back the previous passes (1 free game) so kids could use "kids bowl free (2 free games)," she said "so you want me to lie to my owner so you could bowl free?" I said, "it's not a lie, it's called customer service. Just like you should have told me ahead of time that I should use the "kids bowl free" passes instead of the one free game. Greedy, greedy, young ignorant staff. Not good for local businesses to hire people like this and treat customers the way the do and in front of other customers. Her owner should be more concerned of how she is a detriment to the business. Then to make matters worse, a hot dog, cheeseburger, and 1 order of fries cost $15 and I was told the cheeseburger would take 1/2 hour to make. Knowing that no cheeseburger takes 30 minutes to make, I ordered it anyway- and it was done in less than 15 minutes. My other son then ordered a slice of pizza and was told the same thing- A half hour to make a piece of pizza because "one slice was in there, which takes 15 minutes, then your slice would take another 15 minutes." Nothing is free, and on the contrary, very overpriced and not customer friendly.

My brother always takes us to this bowling alley on Fridays every once in a while. I like to bowl and I love the music videos that play. Cosmic bowling is enjoyable, and we always grab a pitcher of beer. Clean place, friendly staff.

it’s an alright place to bowl. the staff are sort of incompetent, including the pro shop. the approaches are inconsistent and very sticky. some of them aren’t even flat. all of the regular lane features like reracks are locked by the front desk. if you can avoid the staff and, by some grace of god, avoid any lane problems, it’s an enjoyable experience.

Very well maintained shop and it's easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and had good attitudes when giving instructions to first time players. We only had time to play one game but it was a fun pleasant experience, will come again.

The lady at the counter was dishonest, she did not give me back the correct change my total was 63 & I handed her 70$. And she only gave me back 2$ , and when I asked her politely for my 5$ that was missing, she was rude and told me I was a lying I only gave her 65, I was so mad becus I couldn't prove it since there was no receipt but I know she was dishonest, if you see a women there, better ask for someone else to take your money, other than that nice place to bowl but that situation just ruined how much I liked this place

It was okay. I’ve been to better bowling lanes. The food is expensive, the poor choice of music playing on the tv with explicit content showing in the music videos was inappropriate for an environment where young people are. For bowling, it’s just fine.

Great and helpful staff!! Went to a party here, and I lost a precious golden earring of mine. I was very upset since I’ve had these earrings for almost a decade, and they were nice quality. When I came back the next day, the amazing staff here found my earring while cleaning last night and I was able to get it back without a problem. Thank you sooo much to the amazing people here!

As a bowler myself I find this a nice, casual place to go practice or bring friends. The deals are great and I can bowl a fair amount of games for under $10 on some days. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place, but it's run by young adults. They lack supervision, so they make silly mistakes and/or give out incomplete information. This weekend, we ended up with 9 extra pizza pies because the gal that took the order failed to mention the pricing per kid already included the pizza. She actually thought we wanted 9 additional pies for the adults attending the party. They did not even pretend to be sorry or acknowledge that 9 extra pies was unusual and should have raised a red flag. The kids had fun, so l was less concerned with the additional cost, but these kids have no skin in the game.

Ewerything was nice. We had a great time. I did not expect anything special about food here, but the food was quite tasteless. Most horrible was a pizza. I advise to eat in some other place. Stay away from food here! Four stars. Bowling is just bowling. What else to expect from it? The pleasure of the game!

T-Bowl Lanes was nearly empty at 3pm on a Sunday. I guess everyone was watching Football instead. The place was clean but kind of pricy and no discount for a group of 8? It would be 5 stars if they gave discounts to big groups.

The owner of this place is very rude, aggressive, unprofessional and unpleasant. Some school bus driver were outside waiting for the kids finish the games, the owner approached with horrible mouth, talking unappropriated manners, cursing, threatening to bus drivers and he even went inside the building talking unprofessional way, that was really disgusting, I mean if you are owner should have you represent your self with great influence and talked positive way, that way people can understand you, those kids are customer, bad influence can lose so much at the end.

Had my daughter's birthday party there. Kids had a great day and it was nice to even have the cake provided! Only thing I didn't like was exactly when the party time was over they suddenly shut down the lanes!! Ppl were wondering what happened. You really should give a 10 minute warning.

Not a RACE friendly location. We walked in and the first thing I saw was the "colored" family all the way to left by the wall. When we went to get our rental - being "colored as well" the woman wanted to put us ALL the way to the left (next to the wall) next to the other "colored" family. There were 7 of us. I had to ask to be placed in a lane with more space. The attendant was rude - wanted our children to all share between 2 bowling balls. And when we asked for a third, she gladly SLAMMED it on the counter. My child went to ask for a cup, they claimed to not have any - meanwhile there was clearly a STACK of cups right on the counter. We clearly won't be returning and we recommend people of "color" NOT to support this business.

Great bowling alley with bar and pool table. Bowling here is always a good time. They even have laser night and special events. Fairly large place. The bar is just okay though, and I'd agree as someone else said that it seems run unprofessionally sometimes. I always leave happy though!

I found it to be brightly lit (which is a nice change), pretty clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and seem to always be ready with a smile. I didn't have a chance to use the lanes as the party I was attending filled the lanes we reserved with the kids. But all in all it was a good time.

I would just like this thank the staff first off it was a last minute surprise birthday party for my 6 year old daughter they accommodated my family every way possible food was good everything was exactly how they said it would be and what I ordered Bob the bartenders great and the young lady I think her name was Virginia I'm not sure she helped out too she was great we had a lot of fun and we'll do it again the Cavuto family thanks again everybody at T Bowl II
