Great place , it was my first time there. Pleasantly surprised, it's your old fashion bowling lane. No high tech bars, music or fancy lights, just a great place to bowl. I loved it.

When I think bowling alley, Montvale Lanes is what I picture. Everything you need to have a great time chucking boulders. Spacious, well maintained, friendly staff, family oriented, relaxed vibe, cheap beer and snacks. Feels like a time warp when you walk in. Newer bowling alleys just don't have the same charm and warmth. Cash only so stop by the ATM before you go.

Not a bad place to spend an evening, as long as you're not on a budget. Have to pay per game which I thought was excessive (I'm used to per hour). But there are many lanes and everyone is nice. Theres a bar, and food (at reasonable prices, I guess to make up for the cost of each game haha) that is your typical burger/fries like any bowling alley. All in all, nice place, may go again if I can budget in a nite or if I go with many friends.

Racist attendants! Both my girlfriend and I came in first before a white couple. They paid no mind to us when we were standing right in front of them and instead assisted the white couple standing to the side. When they finally assisted us, they told us there were no more lanes left and that we had to be put on a wait list. Never have I expirienced rude service like this!!!

We've been taking the boys here for special occasions, Cub Scout outings, and school events for years. Jean and the rest of the staff always make us feel at home.

It was a nice trip. Friendly staff which is unique in the bowling alley staff world and it wasn't too crowded (we went on the weekend). I didn't like their selection of balls; my choices were either to squish my skinny fingers into toothpick holed bowling balls or to use 14+ pounds. I chose the heavy option and my wrist is complaining now. I would come again but only with my own ball. Not that I have one. Oh, and to Marc and Jill the couple who bowled next to us, you guys are good!

Only bowling alley around. The manager (bleach blonde older woman) really hates her job and dislikes dealing with people. Time to find someone else who enjoys helping customers. Place is dated and only accepts cash in the year 2019 (stop avoiding uncle sam). With this said, the rest of the staff members are a pleasure to deal with.

I'm going quite a few times to this Boling place although I have closer bowling to my house I prefer and suggest this bowling as they have very friendly staff always ready to help, they almost always have a lane available as they have a lot of lanes, - Very cheap - Drinks available - Calm music in the background "One thing is missing some TV screens"

This is a nice place to come chill a little bit. Take a lane enjoy the environment and take a good shot! The staff is extremely friendly and the place is nicely fixed up and always clean. You can take it for a few hours and relax a little. Come here take it as it comes. You can pay with credit card too.

Visited this past weekend 10/28/17. They are cash or check only. My boyfriend and I we're having trouble with the ATM and couldn't withdraw cash. The people there were friendly and told us we could stop by again to drop off the money or mail in a check. She took down my driver's license and cell phone number since I told her I'd come back. The place is clean and the lanes are pretty decent. They have over 30 lanes I believe so it's pretty decent sized.
