There was a childrens party going on in the bar area so we were told that we couldn't buy any drinks until the birthday party was over. Uuhhmm, why have the party in the bar area?? Finally when we were able to get the drinks, or so we thought the waitress that started her shift made us wait till she was good and ready.

While the lanes are cleaned and well maintained, they really have to do something about the food counter. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter then another 30 to get our food. There is no one that stays there in case you want to order more food so when my group wanted more food, we had to start the cycle again

The older gentleman who works on Wednesday nights was anything but a gentleman. Went there for my birthday with my friends and family and have never dealt with such a rude individual. Many of us experienced attitudes and snarky comments for nothing. If the guy hates his job you should fire him but he isn’t the person to have greeting and helping customers. Never going there again.

One nice place! It is one of the best houses in central to northern Jersey. Always clean. And the lanes are always dressed nicely. Have not been here once where it was a mess. One small thing, sometime it can feel packed when there is kid’s party. But other than that, great place to spend few hours!

Went there as part 2 of a family fun day and it was great. We waited maybe 30mins on a Saturday afternoon for 2 lanes (not bad at all). The drinks from the bar were good and strong. Played some pool while I waited. Would definitely recommend it and visit again.

Best place ever in the area to bowl! They have pool tables and a great bar. Todd is an awesome person who works there! Affordable fun bowling for large groups (when you make a reservation) or for families with kids, or dates. Amazing atmosphere and people.

Last month I took my son to his sister's Birthday party. He had a great time with his sister and her friends. They bowled a couple of rounds, had pizza and drinks. Played a little arcade games and took some pictures. The place was well organized and it was clean. Customer service was awesome, yes will go again.

I was hoping to take advantage of a full bar while playing our few rounds, but unfortunately no drinks are allowed out of bar/billiards room. The games are reasonably priced, with the option to play unlimited games for an hour (shoe rentals included) for $30. And as it goes for most bowling allies, stepping inside feels like the hasn't been updated since the 80's. While we were there, we checked out the snack bar - funnel cake fries and onion rings were definitely the way to go. If you aren't looking for anything with a lot of bells and whistles, this is a good place to try.

I have been here a bunch of times with my family and friends over the years. The majority of the time the staff is ok. However they often look Like they do not want to be bothered... And if you ask a question or need something, it is like you insulted them or something by the way the answer you, but not everyone was like that; hence, why our repeat visits, but today the lady at the front counter acted soooo miserable. Apparently there was some kind of big bowling event coming up where all the lanes were going to be occupied in the next hour. I asked can we play one game real fast we had about 35 minutes til this event. My son was looking forward to Going bowling all day. We could have pulled one quick game between three people in 20 minutes. Unfortunately because of the rain, and other factors we were running late getting there. This staff person did not try to accommodate me at all, Like another gentleman staff member did one time for us when a similar situation had happened. No rain check offer or anything. Not even a, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience, have a good day.” ,“Goodbye.” Nothing. Again I have been going there for quite sometime. Although I am not a special competitive bowling customer, I do come there with my family so that they can have a good time, but after this I think will be looking for a different location to take my family. Too bad because the location was convenient; however, if I have to travel just a little further for better hospitality and customer service, I will. I mean is it that hard to smile? The deal breaker was not the fact that there was an event coming up, and we wouldn’t be able to have a lane for three hours, but solely bc of the way this lady treated us, especially considering previously being treated in a rude manner completely unprovoked.

We had a group of people who came on may 27,2018. To bowl and when where done playing the 1st game. They wouldn't lets use play a 2nd game . The 1st game was done at 10:40pm we had time for the 2nd game but they wouldn't let use play till the time they close which was til 11:30pm. Kept letting other people come in to bowl when they knew they was about to close. They are very confused on what time they close one moment it was 10:30pm then the next was 11:30. This bowling lane is trash and me and my group of friends will never bowl here again anf thats for sure. Wow!!!!!!! When you google them it even shows the hour they close which is 12a.m. they are not owning up to the time they actually have online which suppose to be their actual time that is posted online.

Did my daughter's birthday party here, once we arrived our room was all set up. The staff was extremely helpful at all times!! We had a bit of a misunderstanding towards the end with the bill but they did not let us leave w.o making sure that we where satisfied!!
