Clean, updated bowling alley. They have a nice bar area, and a nice little spot to pick up your drinks. Prices seem a bit high, but they do offer a lot. Great experience here, and I will return with more friends

The No Stigma Network held a fundraiser there and it was great! My daughter had a marvelous time. The lanes were uncrowded, folks from the facility helped as needed and the place was clean and well-lit. There was plenty of room for the basket raffles, sign-in tables and lots of seating for the non-bowlers. I'd had her birthday party there 20 years ago, and folks are helpful then with little kids, and they're great with young adult groups. I'd recommend Howell Lanes for parties and fund-raisers, as long as you don't need to have lots I of quiet conversations. It is a bowling alley, after all.

Best after hours disco bowling in Howell on a Saturday night! Ouick lanes, disco lights, and a DJ! Snack bar, billiard room and plenty of seating at the full bar for non-bowlers.

Had a party for our daughter. I hadn't been there in years: back when it was a really scummy place. Wow what a difference!! Clean, we'll maintained, friendly, and all around a nice place. Jennifer the party host ran a great party - there to make sure the kids had fun! Super organized and we'll run from welcoming us to making sure each and every kid had fun. I would HIGHLY recommend Howell Lanes to everyone!!!!!

This may be the only bowling in Howell but they need to understand they are in customer service. We waited over forty five minutes for two lanes when they told us 15 minutes. When we told them some of us wouldn't bowl they gave away the lane they were holding and had told us they were holding until the lane opened up next to it. We ended up waiting another twenty minutes. As for the bartender. I've never seen a worse bartender and I work in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The bartender will ignore patrons so he can attend to regulars and bs with his friends. Plan to be treated rudely and treated like a worthless patron by the bartender. I was served a stale beer and the bartender even tried telling me the keg was fresh and gave me attitude when I asked and even offered to pay for a different brew.

Sadly I've been coming here since I was little since not many bowling allys but will be searching for a new one ... most the workers are very rude . I actually caught Marvin taking pictures of my friends and I bowling I called him out on it and had him delete the pictures and he refuse to let us finish our game cause of it and still had to pay full price for not wanting a creepy old man having pictures of us bowling?!?!?

We held our annual Christmas party here for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised I got a new pair of shoes to wear from the cashier and overall we had a great time bowling. There's a little to be said about the food it wasn't very tasty but we had a lot of fun!

Not bad, as bowling alleys go. Not much to do there other than the bowling. The snack bar does have better food than most bowling alleys. I was told the cook had restaurant/catering experience. There is a bar and they sell lottery tickets next to the front counter. Parking is somewhat limited for this type of place.

I've been going to howell lanes forever now. Great place to hang or for a party or whatever. They have music and themes and space for parties. There is an arcade and food section that is usually open. Also have a fairly food sized bar that has a pool table in it. The bowling machines were recently renovated but you may not really notice.

The customer service was garbage. I looked in the eyes of the older couple and politely said thank you after they gave us shoes or received change and neither one of them said anything. The place hasn’t been updated since Bill Clinton was in office. I’m not sure what was up with the older staff but they really are clueless as to how to make people feel welcome. The kids of course were way nice behind the snack bar which has a decent menu. Will not be returning.

Great for group events. Extremely accommodating, they have special ramps to assist kids with their bowling. I have been there many times, and continue to go. They have a decent snack bar, and regular bar. They are located right next to Wallgreens.

No pitchers of beer served at a bowling alley? Dj catered to league play and paid no mind to the rest of us who were paying to bowl as well. House ball selection was poor. Beer was nightclub prices. Bathrooms were not clean at all. Front counter staff and the food are it's saving grace. Not what it used to be for sure.

They kicked my girlfriend out last month for no reason wouldn't serve her alcohol when she didn't have one drink and is 7 years over the legal age they refused to serve her because they had no bartender yet we're serving the locals only while the manager would walk away from the desk turning down locals at they didn't know from the bar I was baffled to have seen such a territorial and unwelcoming place. He could definitely use some renovation and some vacuuming as well

Went at 9pm on a saturday night. Plenty of lanes open. Unlike most other bowling alleys, this place was inviting, clean and the house balls were in excellent condition. Perfect for serious bowlers or families looking for a fun night out. The seating is much more simple, with a row of chairs behind the score controller, so no chunky booths to get in the way of you going back and forth to the lane. No mechanical issues with the lane or score card.We initially came for 2 games but stayed for 3 as we were having a great time. Theres a bar, small restaurant, party rooms and a bunch of arcade games. I definitely reccomend this place and will be going back soon!

Howell lanes is updated, nice and clean. My only complaint is that the staff would not allow us to use bumpers to play our game because we were not under 10 years old. I have never encountered such a rule at any family friendly bowling alley. Due to it, no one in my group could score very well and the experience was almost unpleasant to us. Not a place to go to for anyone who is inexperienced.

Yesterday Sunday, November 4 we had a birthday party for our four-year-old grandson it was great all the children enjoyed themselves. Jen was fantastic she took care of everyone it was a pleasure having the party there and I highly recommend it to all a good time

Worst staff ever. Not only were the rude and nasty, but the older man started to curse in conversation with his friend when he was two feet away from my two year old. Incredibly rude, and I wouldn’t recommend as an appropriate place to bring family.

This is a really well-kept bowling house. Great place to bowl and socialize. The owners really care about the bowlers and maintain a family atmosphere that is getting harder and harder to find "good and nice lanes" where to bowl. New scoring system, new bright pinspotters and a class operation. Cosmic bowling, and live entertainment, arcade games, pro shop, and everything you need at a quality house.
