What a great experience. The bowling alley is clean and fun. The wings and pizza were exceptional. I definitely did not expect that. They have a really nice arcade there too so it's great for kids, teens and adults. I love that you don't have to give your own shoes to be held and even better you can just leave your bowling shoes on the table when you're done. That was awesome because then you can just leave and not have to wait the line again. Great service. I think you'll like this place. ✌️

Overpriced.. The price wouldn't be bad if the lane we had actually worked... On the 3rd game it kept knocking pins over and getting stuck. On the first game we ordered a pizza . We waited over 40 mins for a pizza that tasted like cardboard with sauce and cheese, and on top of that the person who brought the pizza gave no apology or reason for being late. The arcade is overpriced and underwhelming.

Perfect example of a nice bowling alley tarnished by terrible service, I dont care if you have gold floors with swimming pools on each floor, if the service is terrible people won't be back, ordered a drink from the terminal next to the lane they charged me for a tip and I had to go pick the drink up because they took so dam long, afterwards went upstairs and ordered some wings that took like 45 minutes, the manager complained the kitchen was busy, how is it busy when the bar is empty and my party is the only group bowling downstairs. the place was practically empty, I won't be back to this beautiful place with horrible customer service....

Hosted company event here and Matt the manager was amazing, made sure food was constantly replenished along with drinks. He was so humble n kind that he would ask each of our employee as the were walking in what there shoe size was and went get the shoes for them. Staff was very friendly too. Super squeaky clean !

Wait...is this what bowling alleys are now? This is so cool! I will say, bowling got expensive in the years since I went. I don't think it's special to this place, but know that if you come to bowl a couple games you're spending $50+ and if you get food you can double that. Regardless, we had a great time and would love to come back.

Nice bowling alley. Many lanes, fair prices, and ample parking. One suggestion would be to make the food and beverage ordering system more intuitive. We accidentally ordered on our neighbors account, then had challenges trying to edit an order. Fortunately, the servers were very helpful and fixed the order.

Terrible experience. Drinks came in late. Employees were seen drinking as well, very unprofessional. Our drinks didn’t even come to us when we ordered. I got my drink when we finished bowling ! Extremely bad service. Would never recommend anyone go to any Bowlero establishment- not even my worst enemy.

Went on a Sunday around 2pm. It was super busy and hard to get ahold of a staff member. Had to ask for help 3x during the first 5 rounds of the game and it was frustrating to wait in the long line of other people trying to set up a game. They only had 3 staff members at the desk when the bowling alley was almost completely full. They definitely need to hire more staff during busy days. Some of the other patrons there were rude because we happened to get placed next to their lane. They actually asked us to ask the staff to move us because their group "was too big". If you're playing with more than 4 people, you'd better just get 2 lanes because the lanes are so close to each other. It's kinda awkward to be that close to other people playing. It cost us around $87 for 7 people to play one game. The food tasted okay but they were small portions.

Went with 6 other people and had a great time bowling. The place was nice and clean. But the ball got stuck 3 times and we had to wait for them to fix the lane. Then we went to pay and they charged us $36 for 3 games. $10 a game and $6 for shoes. The messed up part was they charged each of us $36, for one lane no extra stuff. So $36 from 7 people smh i will never go here again.

This is hands down the best bowling alley in the area. The interior is inviting, relaxing, and fun. Feels like I'm at a lounge rather than the typical way too bright bowling alley. The prices on everything vary depending on the time and day so I would double check their specials before going. Great place so far.

Waited over an hour on Sunday for a lane next to the bar. Wait supposed to be 45 mins. Cashier supposed to send us a text reminder when a lane open up. Gf had to go find out why so long. Just to find out the girl sent us a reminder in her words that we never received. Why would someone lie about receiving a reminder text that a lane open up smh. Made the best of it after though!

My son and I had a great experience here. I saw the Groupon offered a deal here and decided to buy it. It was $20 for two people for two hours with shoe rentals. They have other Groupon available for larger groups so be sure to check those out before going. We arrived at the alley at around 3 PM on a Saturday (the Groupon cannot be used anytime after 6 PM on Saturdays). Parking lot had lots of spaces available. The alley itself was busy but I wouldn't say crowded. There seemed to be a lot of larger groups and birthdays going on. We showed the Groupon to the counter person who honored it without question. (Make sure to purchase the Group 24 hours in advance) We were given a lane upstairs which was in the glowing section. We got our shoe and made our way there. The lane seating sections were big. There is the usual semi-circle couch for each lane as well as a smaller eating table and barstool area behind. Though, with most bowling alleys, it is always a good idea to get two adjacent lanes for larger groups. The electronic name-entry system was great. You enter the names and start bowling. On the upper left of the screen is your time left. We had to return to the counter and request bumpers which they put up immediately. You can actually order everything, food and drinks, from the lane via touch screen monitor. You pay right there with a credit/debit card and can even add a tip. The system was very efficient. Food and drink price were fair for this type of venue...sandwiches were $10-12 and included fries, which smaller appetizers were $5-8. Probably similar to Applebee's prices. Drinks were not bad...I got a 23 ounces draft beer of Sam Adams for $8.50...not bad considering its about 2 bottles of beer. You can decide to eat outside before or after, but you cannot bring in outside food. If you plan to eat here, be prepared to spend "Applebee's" money. There seems to be a full bar there as well but I didn't check the prices on mixed drinks. There is a small arcade section that is card operated. Much like Dave and Busters, you add money on a card and use it on various arcade machines. Overall we had a great time. There are plenty of lanes; two floors of lanes on the left and one floor on the right, so you shouldn't have an problems getting a lane no matter what time you decide to go. Lastly, all staff we encountered were great. Very helpful and patient. I know how tough it can be when dealing with customers all day, so kudos to everyone there for keeping smiles on their faces.

It's a huge place. Three floors of bowling lanes! The house balls are all drilled the same, badly with huge finger holes, and only go up to 14 lbs. Not a 15 or 16 lbs ball in the place so if you have your own ball bring it. The lanes are pretty badly warped and carried my granddaughters ball to the bumpers constantly. We were there on a Sunday and it was packed, an hour and a half wait! Thankfully there were games to occupy us while we waited. They have a full bar and some pretty good drinks, that are not made too strong, and a decent food selection. The food and drinks weren't too pricey but $10 per person per game plus shoes seemed a bit much. Luckily, by the time we started bowling, it was after 8 when the games were just over $3.

This place is a rip off 28.00 for 2 people for 1 game plus shoes. I mean really you have to make a reservation a day ahead same thing with Groupon. You cant even have an hour bowl unless you make a reservation. On top of it its not worth the price. Not what this place used to be unless I’m thinking of wallington lanes. The bathrooms are disgusting too, this place is run down as well.

I just celebrated my husbands birthday there on 1/12/19. We booked the King Pin package (honestly, do yourself a favor and just book a package in advance.) Our hostess' (I have to call to confirm their names) were AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about the two hostess' that were helping us out. The drinks were not watered down, the food kept coming and they were super attentive. Everyone in my party was impressed. Will highly recommend.

First thing you need to know is that, CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED ! Wait for lane is almost 2 hours, we were told 45 minutes. Place was dirty, exceptionally noise. My husband and I love this place! It’s always a great group activity. We are in our twenties and have tried many bowling allies but this one by far is the best! We love that they are always clean. Tho it does get packed! You can call ahead! And they have Monday nights half off! Which is awesome! They have a lot of other things you can go here like video games, pool, and they have a great bar & food menu. I highly recommend to everyone that wants to have a good tome without killing your bank account.

This place is awesome!!! It was two households that came out for a get together for my daughter. It was her birthday and all she wanted to do was go bowling. We had a great time and the place is kid friendly. The photo booth was a nice touch for the kids as well. The staff and service was awesome as well. Staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful. Monday prices are quite reasonable. Staff promptly offered me a refund when my girlfriend started to feel sick (we had not started bowling yet). The place has a modern, almost upscale vibe, and there is a bar smack in the middle of the place. The dimmed lighting is just right and the music is not too loud. Certainly recommended.

Awesome 2 floor hip bowling alley that is very modern with a bar and arcade. The arcade is a bit pricey but aren't all arcades these days. The self service bowling kiosks are great for drinks and setting up the lanes. Great place, would go to again.

The lanes are really not accurate, constantly reading lanes with pins standing as strikes or spares but just as likely to not do so for the next player, all over the place. Im a big fan of The Big Lebowski so when I go to a bowling alley I want that retro vibe, so if you are anything like me you will love this bowling alley! I went with my sis and a couple kids (9 y/o). The kids were so excited and played the whole time between the arcade games and of course bowling! They have a decent menu, stocked bar, attentive if not perfect service as we were given wonderful and gracious wait service by the amazing Tawanda Bell. She was the most genuine and vivacious individual you could ever meet! We all cant wait to go back for fun, an event, or a big holiday to-do!!! Thanks Bowlero for kick starting our weekend!

Big place.. updated nicely. There were some glitches in score keeping on our lanes costing us some time..we celebrated my Wife's birthday with family..we reserved 3 Lanes..had fun and everyone had a little if fun and was happy. Staff was great including a server who helped us named Tawanda. She was awesome..my only negative was price..it's very expensive. 3 Lanes for 2.5 hours, 3 pizzas and a 60 wing platter $700. with gratuity..I don't but this is pretty steep.other than it was fun.

Very nice experience, but a little pricey. We came as a family, 2 adults and 5 kids, and played one game. They had choices to play in the light or in the dark, both types of lanes with very good quality. Everyone had fun, we played one game for about an hour on 2 parallel lanes, and it cost just a tad above $70. In all fairness, the customer service representative offered a free membership with $25 worth of coupons for the next time. Happy to come again, but will be forewarned this time.

Terrible alley overall. For casual bowler that uses a house ball and for semi serious bowler using a reactive resin ball. The lanes are always bone dry unless you bowl league. I swear they only oil the lanes right before a league and then not till the next league. You can hook a plastic house ball the entire lane. I would recommend Lodi Lanes over this place anyday or another alley like North Alrington lanes that have people working that actually care about their lanes. Bowlero is a franchise and they do not care. Also the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. $9 a game? Haha I can bowl 2-3 games at a local non-Bowlero alley for that price. Awesome place! Convenient pricing for groups, many other activities besides bowling! Food was exceptional, but I think prices are too much in my opinion, beverage pricing is not too bad. Would definitely go again, but probably wont order food next time around!

Atmosphere: Looks like its fun for kids, black light bowling n whatnot. huge projection screens playing baseball n stuff for the adults. We found the screen extremely distracting, and the lanes far to dim. Food: burgers sit at around $15, which is probably normal for a lane burger. everyone was happy with them. Fries were great too. Price: Not sure if they have discounted prices at times/days but we went on a Wednesday and paid $7 /person / game. I found this outrageous. For 3 of us the price was $21/game +shoes. Other: They have video games n stuff cool for adults & children. They have a great bar, didn't check the prices. I may return one day just to use the money I put on my video game card. The price is just ridiculous.

3 stars because inside the joint is nice! Double deck bowling lanes on either side of the bowling ally along with a floor arcade and bar. However, its very expensive! $10 per person per game! On top of shoe rental etc. me, my husband and 2 other friends bowled 3 games....3 games and our bill was well over $100 bucks! 3 games 2 order wings 2 coke beverages and 1 alcohol drink. Food is good and the bar is good as well but the prices are out of this world! Parking is VERY TIGHT! Sometimes theres nowhere to park! Parking lot is small sooo get their early for a spot. Staff takes a bit long with orders sooo beware! Other than that would be a great place for family and friend fun

beautiful place. I celebrated my daughter's B-day there. we order burger, pizza, chicken wings and french fries. It was an awesome experience. I really recomend this place. polite staff. Cool place for parties or just to hang out with your friends.

Came here for the first time and it was a great time. The place did have a wait time since it was on the weekend. The place gets packed quickly. The staff was nice and the food was great. Just do come with min of 200 dollars on weekend.

We had a good time with the arcade games and pool table, but after waiting for more than two hours we never had a chance to bowl. Disappointing when you notice they have a whole other level of lines that are just closed.

Fun place but mismanaged. Went on a Saturday night.. told there was a 3 hour wait to bowl. Decided to play air hockey and have a beer instead. We had a good time and workers were nice but at least half of the lanes were empty continually.. yet lines remained. Beer prices like Manhattan.. this may be owned by Bowlmor but it's not Manhattan

Nothing fancy. Back to basics neighborhood bowling alley. They have decent numbers of lanes and the staff is helpful. Food is pretty generic too. Can't put my finger on it but this place gave me a vibe that this place had moved past its best days. Will do splendidly on a pinch though.

It's a little expensive but they also have pool and who can say no to a family night out bowling! But the Lanes kept on breaking down.. Brought it to the front desk staff attention and they were taking forever to send mechanic to fix it. Wait time was more than 25 mins.. Totally Unacceptable! At the end they gave another lane in which pins were getting stuck (inaccurate scores). In short, I would say the staff needs to improvise and take action quickly to resolve the matter; if not then at least offer some compensation for the inconvenience!

Dont go here if you are actually trying to bowl for real. This is for fun bowling in the dark most of all the day every day. They do not oil lanes and the balls they make you use are absolute trash. Just letting you know the pain of having to try to play there as a league bowler and trying to play for real.

Great neighborhood bowling alley. Very spacious and great atmosphere. A bit expensive, especially the arcade and even the price to bowl can range a little high compared to other bowling alleys. Might be a smart idea to take advantage of the deals they have throughout the week!

This is the most overpriced place that I have ever been to, even though we called for assistance NODOBY came to assist us. The service is terrible and the prices are like OMG. Our lane stopped working several times and again NO HELP, we had to figure out how to fix it by ourself. I recommend you to find something else to do and avoid this place.
