Absolutely awful experience. Our lane wasn’t working so I went up to the front to tell them it wasn’t working she said they’ll work on it. Two minutes go by and it’s still not working. I go back up again she goes yeah they’re still working on it. So they finally get the lane fixed. We do another two frames and it happens again. So I figured they’d fix it without me saying anything....I was wrong....so we sat and waited 5 minutes. It still wasn’t fixed. We gathered our stuff and returned our shoes. I told the cashier (who was absolutely ignorant) that I’m not paying for this and she kept saying “that’s fine that’s fine” with her cocky attitude. I will NEVER go back and I will be telling everyone I know that goes there to not go back.

I had my son's 12th birthday party here. It was a little pricey but was well worth the money. Our server was awesome and made our experience wonderful, she was happy to answer any questions that we had and was always willing to help with anything that we needed/wanted. We were supposed to leave at 530 but we stayed an additional 30 minutes and they didnt give us a hard time like some places would. The food was amazing but pricey as well. I'm actually thinking about having my birthday party here! I highly recommend this location for any party.

Their first mistake was putting 2 blondes at the cash register. The second mistake is the fault of our education system which seems to fail to teach people how to do basic addition and multiplication. They’ve been trying to figure out how to split the cost of 2 games between 8 people for the past 20 minutes. I’ll keep y’all updated

I never even got to bowl. They told me when I got there it would be an hour wait because no lanes were open, which I didn't mind. But I stood and watched as 4 lanes remained empty for the 50 minutes i stood there. When I went back to check on the wait time, they told me 20 more minutes, meanwhile, the same 4 lanes remained empty. I will NEVER go back to this place again.

Went there during cosmic bowling. The worst idea ever, kids running amok. If you actually want to bowl it has to away from any children. It seemed unsupervised, even when I complained about how kids just randomly bowled down my lane, nothing happened. I guess I'll have to try on a non babysitting party

Very nice place! Went for surprise birthday party, and she was surprised. There was pizza, salad, and wings, all tasty. The beer was good and cold. Didn't get to bowl, but everyone else had fun on the lanes. It was pretty clean for a bowling alley.

Good food (for a bowling alley) and it has a bar so that’s cool. But... the karaoke lady was awful. She only allows her friends to go over and over again. People who just wanted to sing whom she didn’t know had very little time on stage. Hopefully they will have someone else take over running karaoke soon

I'm giving this place a 2 star review because of my brief experience with the staff. I went to go bowling with my kids and wife around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. I walked in and the place seemed like it was very new and there was a lot of construction going on. I only saw 1 lane being used at the time and I went to the counter to buy a game and rent shoes. It took a couple minutes for a group of employees to stop talking to each other in a group by the food stand and come talk to me at the counter. It was a taller heavy set bald man who spoke to me and I asked to purchase a game and rent shoes. I am not being overdramatic when I say only 1 lane was in use because there were 2 people on one lane actively bowling. The only other people there besides my family was the staff. He told me he didn't think he had any lanes for me. He wouldn't give me a reason and it really sucked telling my kid that we couldn't bowl with no good reason as to why. I will go back at some point to try again because it's the only place around that area. If I have a better experience then I will update my review. Until then this is how I rated my experience.

The 2 dollar bowling/shoe night is worth going. Loses two stars for food/drink service from the bar. Skip any kind of mixed drinks or cocktails and order a bottle. Most of the appetizers are small plate size at a sharing plate price.

So I am in a league here. I saw the transition from Brunswick Zone to Bowlero. The people are great. Very friendly. The food is iffy. Some is great, few things are terrible. The bar could use some work customer service wise. People like when you remember them, and are friendly. These people are strictly transactional. The place is clean, bathrooms are clean. They throw a good party if you book one there.

Impossible to actually go during one of their specials since they book leagues during this time. If you call ahead they can't put your name on a list or even let you know when a lane will be open. Crowning achievement: being told there are lanes available and no leagues currently playing, only to show up and see a full set of lanes due to the very same leagues and an indifferent staff member hardly willing, or able to offer any recourse. Add an hour to any "suggested" time and you won't be disappointed. The ONLY somewhat redeeming factor is the ability to get drunk cheap while waiting. On second thought, better yet, choose a different location.

I hate to give to Star, but I love to bowl and I used to bowl on leagues when I was a young girl, so it's been over two decades and I was looking forward to bowling with my family. I had coupons buy one get one free and so we should have gotten four games and two games free well in the middle of our second game on the one side they just turned off the game saying we ran out of time and we called them and said we're not finished but they said they'd fix it and did not. Also everything was way too expensive the drinks the food and the fact that I couldn't even figure out how the arcade worked for my two little nieces was ridiculous they need to go back to the old Brunswick and do things the way they used to. There are only two people at the desk, and they weren't very helpful. I might try it again cuz I still have coupons but I'll probably go to Glassboro...

The computer system for my lane (#40) kept messing up the score. It would give us onky one chance to roll and then move on to the next person. When I complained they moved me to a different lane, but made us keep the scores. We were only on the 3rd frame, they should have reset our game for the inconvenience. The arcade there is pretty sweet. I took my two boys there and they loved it. You have to buy a card and put money on it to use it for the games. The food there is good too.

This place is awesome. Furniture/Equipment was great. Great atmosphere. Only complaint is with the ball selection. There seemed to be only 8lb or 15lb balls, and it was very difficult to find a comfortable finger size.

Family friendly location with a large number of well-maintained lanes. Good selection of food and drinks, including a bar area.. They also have an arcade. Just call ahead to check if leagues are playing as it limits the lanes.

This is probably the best of the bowling ally’s in the area. Little game section for kiddos and the food area is nice. Their equipment is pretty up to date and most often working correctly. This place is a bit further of a drive for us, but I do like it better.

Very cool place to bowl. Zero complaints in that area. However I wish I could give zero stars for the inattentive bar tender who ignored me a friend and I at a PaintNite. I heard numerous complaints. If the bartender can't make drinks then consider just being a beer and wine establishment.

I have only been here once to bowl and it was a disaster. It was for a tournament on 5/19/19. You would think they had never hosted a tournament before. They were in the middle of a renovation so there was no space to hang out if you aren't bowling, and the bar and snack counter was almost nothing. When we were supposed to start bowling, the lanes were not even close to ready. They dripped oil on the approach before we started and we were slipping all over the place. They had to re-oil the lanes before we could start our tournament bowling

Beautiful bowling alley but the crane machine is literally a rip off. 8 credits for a frail, unsteady claw to feebly brush past the toy you want. I've slipped on ice with better traction than that thing. You could at least get a couple tries per game. Nope. Anyway I will be returning.

We came to this bowling alley with a fairly large party. The customer service sucked from the minute we walked in. The young man at the shoe counter was not welcoming and looked like he hated his job. the young lady at the bar (she looked younger than 21 btw) was extremely rude to my sister and I. She made a mistake with our card and didn't apologize and then went on to say it "does it matter". I was truly perplexed, I asked to speak with the manager and she apologized but was still nonchalant. We definitely will not be returning to this facility. There's a million more family fun activities to do in the area. If you're considering bowling here, try searching for another facility. Thank me later!

Really made this place nice. Took a star off because I went to practice and every time I threw the ball my foot stuck. Figured I'd go buy a powder bag but of course they're closed. If you can't have the shop open all the time then you need one of those vending machines for powder, towels, spray, etc. So my 3 games were horrible because I couldn't slide at all.

Paid for 2hrs of bowling ad only played for 1 1/2. Took them 30 minutes to get the bumper guards down. Didn't credit or extend the 30 minutes we stood around waiting. ATM was down and food area credit machine was down. The lounge was only place credit worked. Bad experience overall.

3 games turned into 2 hours 45 minutes, no food breaks or anything. The lane kept taking our bowling balls and would not come back up the return same with the family sharing the same return belt in the lane next to us. At one point we had 8 balls stuck down there multiple attempts of asking for help in person as well as the call button we were helped once and were told we will call back which they announced the first time but 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9th time with just ball issues where 4 plus were stuck back there , there were no calls. The 5 other times we asked for help the pin re setter was stuck and neither lane had help. With having a personal ball stuck back there multiple times 3 times it came back and my finger tip inserts were all tore up and there was all kinds of crud all over the ball as well as shoved into my finger tips between the tip and the ball itself and collapsed my tips. I will now have to have the ball cleaned as well as the tips taken out and new ones re installed that are not even a year old and used 6 seperate occasions. But Sony worry they didnt care when told, no sorry or a little 5 % break on the bill or anything.

My girlfriend and I arrived at 7:55 for the special advertised online which is unlimited bowling from 8-10. The website neglected to mention that there is a league that uses every lane until 8:30. We decided to wait and gave our names to be called. After sitting around and watching until around 8:30, we noticed that people were starting to get shoes that had just walked in. Rather than calling us up, they started giving out lanes to people who hadn’t been waiting. We made our way to the front and finally got a lane at 8:45 (they never called our name). After we made it clear that we were unhappy, the staff behaved rudely. The shoes we were given were incredibly old and slippery. At the end of the night, at 10, they stopped everyone’s lanes mid-game without making a warning announcement of any kind. Also, the place was freezing cold in the middle of the summer and the food is ridiculously overpriced. Definitely never going back.
