I'm sorry children should not be still coming in after 11pm. Will not be going back. I dont really blame the establishment, I truly blame the entitled parent who bring their troglodyte children out that late. I mean this was little children. I will be looking for some place that is adults only. Before anyone thinks I am being mean to the loser parents because I do not have any children, I do have one and I like a normal minded adult left him with a babysitter. If you cannot afford a babysitter then you should not be going out.

This bowling alley was pretty cool. There's 30 lanes or so; and an arcade. The prices are fair and they offer specials. Brunswick Zone offers a decent selection of food choices and fountain/bottled beverages. The staff was nice and friendly.

Awful service!! After buying a groupon for 4 people they tried charging me ten dollars per person. I called groupon and they said it's the vendor who refuses to honor the deal. Update I spoke to the manager Mike who explained it was a computer problem. Apologized and took very good care of us. Thank you

Updated below: Told us it was going be an hour wait. Which is fine we ate and playyed in the small arcade. But when the hour past no text. Told us its going be another 45 min because they put another party in front of us. 2 other parties they did this too. Food took way to long to get to us as well. Update: the GM got in contact with me to apologize. Is giving us a redo night. Aka a pizza, sodas, taking care of our shoe rental and a lane for us to bowl in. This was more then expected for an apology. Will update with our redo night. Update: Night was fine, lane had issues but was dealt with.

The people were super nice and everything was awesome. I went with some friends on a Tuesday night were it was super crowded, but we didn't wait more than 5 minutes for a lane. The games and shoes were 2.22 each (per game and per person), which is a special they have for Tuesday nights. There's also a mini arcade which is pretty fun too.

Staff is always personable!! Very nice, fun place. They are in the process of remodeling, really looking forward to seeing the completed project and upgrades. They've already put in new flat screens with new graphics packages for the lanes and new key pads. The paint job is taking place outside as well.

I went today with 26 teens from my church youth group. The kids had an amazing time. Our lanes were ready and waiting for us 30 minutes prior to our bowling time. We got a grate rate for bowling shoes, playing time of 2 hours, pizza and soda. They decorated the table for our food welcoming our group. There was pizza leftover and unlimited drinks. Our server was great. Our experience there was excellent. I would highly recommend it and I would book the place for another event.

When we got to our lanes, there looked to be feces smeared on the ground. We asked if they could clean it up. It took some time. When someone did come to clean it up, he didn't seem to believe that it was feces and put his foot in it... literally. He eventually cleaned it up. Not inviting at all to see from the beginning. It was still a fun experience due to the company.

Great place. Many lines to play huge screens with music videos and another for scores. We tried the quesadillas and they were actually good, which is Rare for this kind of venues. And there is actually soda refills! There is an small lounge too to have some alcohol. It was my first time and want to try it again.

Employees slack there work. The service was horrible they literally told us they won’t make us a drink on the menu just bc they didn’t want to. It wasn’t closed or anything it was in the middle! Honestly I wanted to have fun but it didn’t seem to fun. The machine to move the balls to me. Got stuck and didn’t seem to move for over a minute. Plus the food was overpriced they charged me one cookie for $2.19 Plz don’t go here!

I'm writing this bowling alley because of the atmosphere. The older man was the one to take your money give you the shoes and if you had a service problem he had to run and take care of the lanes. So we had to wait until all of that was done in order to be seen. Then once bowling we had a beautiful time the service for the food was nice and the drinks was watered down but it was good for the people that really don't drink. The Long Island iced tea was watered down with low shelf alcohol so it had a funny taste. Besides that the staff was nice and pleasant and I would return.

If you are an above average bowler, this is the place for you. They lanes are immaculate. This is not the best place if you hold the ball with 2 hands, stand straight and swing it between your legs. There is a nice bar and generally there are sports on the TV. There is also a grill. For a bowling alley, the beverage and food options are outstanding. There is table (or, lane) service if you would like to wait. If you would like to walk up yourself you can do that too. Both the bar and the grill has walk-up service. The staff is friendly and polite. $/$ (dollar per dollar) it is the best place I know. Enjoy!

Took my grandson to Brunswick Zone to play video games. This was our first time there. On arrival we had the personal pan pizza and beverages. I would like for it to have baked a bit longer, for a crispier crust - but my grandson enjoyed it. Said it was delicious. We were a little disappointed to find that the Gameroom had just six games. Then my grandson played all except one - and he had a great time! We will definitely go there again.

It's a ok spot, if you don't want to large of place to bowl. The game room is a closet, let's be real, not a room. Little on the expensive side for what's offered. Try getting the Groupon and make sure it's not on the day of because it's not valid until 24 hours. Food is ok, the sampler was pretty good. Pass on the kids meal which includes literally a kid's size handful of fries with the hot dog etc. Refills is a plus I must say. This was probably my first and last time here with the family. PS-don't get excited it's nothing like the New Brunswick spot.

I really did like it clean and professional, we went on Saturday thinking it was unlimited bowling day, but we got our days mixed up. It was actually Fridays for unlimited bowling at certain times, I believe 11pm till close. It was a very friendly environment. They do have food you can buy and alchohol as well. If you want more food variety there is Mac Donald's next to it and Pizza Hut across the street from it.

Good way to end a Saturday night with friends, family, or on a date, and the kids will have a Great time. Great music selection, with neon light to compliment the music. Easy to use display and they also have a server that come by to take orders if you want a quick bite or something to brink, plus they have free refills on fountain drinks.

They got good food but that's all I can say from my visit to the alley. We waited so long for our food and drinks and check in around 10:40. We waited to get our lanes for 2 HOURS and still nothing. We went to complain about the wait time and noticed that the people at the desk never sent us the message even he claimed he did. He later realized that he made a mistake and wrote the wrong number which he apologized for but did nothing to help us. Couldn't even get a refund. The waiter also lost our credit card that we used to pay for all the over expensive food and someone else brought it up. She tried to tell us that we dropped it somewhere... Side note, they gave 5 expired coupons (the date said 12/31/18) as compensation. Never again
