Food was subpar. Sat at the bar. Not very busy on a Sunday but female bartender was verbally fighting with some guy sitting at the bar sounded like high school love drama or something. My husband was amused. I was not. Not what you want to hear at a place when you are just trying to eat your subpar food and try to get there attention for another drink. This place use to be decent. Not sure what happened.

Originally I was on my way to Gordos. 2nd time I have tried to go and they were closed for vacation. I have heard mixed things on the Cork N Keg and decided to try it. I am glad I did. Alex was a delight, she had a great aura about her and got everything right. Food was perfect. I got a chicken tender skillet with potato's and gravy....so filling and so good. Burgers are a special too on Thursday. Fries are great. Overall a great experience and I will be back for more. Prices were reasonable too.

Have been here a few times, it's OK, but never great. Attention to detail is lacking. We ask for crispy bacon, we get rubber. Ask for fries lightly cooked, they're overcooked. Service was ho hum too. When waitress finally appears to check on you, we ask for side of mayo then easily wait 5+ minutes before it arrives. Note to staff, when customer asks for a condiment for a delivered food item when you check on them, your priority should be get the item PROMPTLY, nothing else should get in the way! We didn't complain to management as I'm less interested in having the issue fixed, I want it right the first time! Having tried this place 4-5 times now, the above experience has been our typical experience, not a one-off fluke. Won't rush back. Not terrible, not great, OK.

One of the best burgers I have ever had. Even better than Tuckaway's. However the wait staff needs serious guidance. And if you play quick draw don't plan on getting assistance quickly if you win. Only the manager can pay you !

I had the grilled steak tips that a maple type glaze on it and they were fantastic! However they did not serve Heineken beer. Maybe they were out but it didnt ruin my meal. I will def go back.

Service was a bit slow and disorderly BUT.... the food was excellent. However, the absolute HIT of the night was DJ Jason Whitney doing karaoke on Friday night. It was incredible! He's such a talented DJ. Very engaging and such a wonderful personality. Thank you Cork N Keg for bringing him in on Fridays. We had such a wonderful time time!!!

DO NOT get the fish and chips! I had to send the first plate back because it was burnt in the fryer. Why they would serve that was beyond me. Unfortunately, the next piece they brought me wasn't much better. Even after picking off the over coated batter, I could still taste the burned meal.

Wife and I have gone there for years. Went today and they have dropped the lunch menu. We both got fish and chips. No price on the menu market price it said. I got two thin pieces of fish way over fried breading was burn tasting came with fries asked where the Cole slaw was and was told they don't have it any more. 18 bucks a plate. REALLY! This is the first time I've ever posted on a restaurant. You know I wasn't happy.

Great Food!!! Love the nachos.. Burgers... and have you heard they have Breakfast??? they have a bloody Mary/ mimosa bar... make your own!! and your first one is included with your breakfast... what a free drink... Yes really!!! We have had one time the food wasn't hot, another time the waitress wasn't great but they sent the manager right out, made things right and welcomed us back next time with complimentary bowling. Needless to say they made it right! Its a fun place for the family. What are you waiting for??? Check out the Cork n Keg today!!

Every time I go there I think "it can't possibly surpass the last time" yet it does. The food is amazing! Literally the best burgers I've ever had. I've tried several things in the menu like the chicken marsala and the Philly cheese steak and they are all phenomenal. The staff is great too. They cater to your every need and anticipate anything you may need.

Order a old Yankee burger took one bite and had something hard in the patty I spit it out and it was a finger nail absolutely disgusting.. this place has gone down hill since the owners split from rude bartenders to extremely rude management. If I was you I would wait the hr and ahalf to eat at tuckaway. Cork and finger nail no thanks.

The food is good, they have tons of different beers, and the prices are reasonable. The service is hit or miss, but for the most part pretty good. If you're unsure about going, I recommend going during happy hour. Appetizers and drinks are cheap enough to try without regretting it if you hate it. Mon-Fri 3-6pm I believe

A little loud. The restaurant is adjacent to a Bowling Alley so is very busy. We had cheeseburgers that were delicious. All burgers are double patties and come with a variety of toppings. A VERY large beer selection with reasonable prices.

I haven't been to the Cork and Keg for over a year. The reason, simple. Try getting service at the bar? It took over 10 minutes before I was able to order one and another 5 minutes after ordering to get it. The food isn't great either, especially for a pub. I had high hopes they would have turned this place around after that much time but it appears to me whoever owns the joint isn't thinking long term ownership. It's as if the workers have no training whatsoever! I would much rather stay home and have a beer after this experience. I don't give them much longer either as far as staying in business. It's to bad because it's local, the people are friendly, both staff and the workers. The reason for the 2 stars is at least my draft beer was good and it isn't available anywhere else locally. My hope is John Taffer visits this place and whips them in shape. I honestly think it would open the owners eyes.

Kitchen was very slow and when the food did come out, the people around us had errors with their orders. $4.00 for a Bud Light draft is ridiculous!!! There was numerous waitresses wandering around so why was the 1 and only bartender having to go and get her food orders?? She not only had to make drink orders for the bar and the dining room, but then she had to get the food orders for her customers at the bar.

Everything was great, well except for being seated under a vent which I assumed heat would be coming out, (since it was snowing outside) it was definitely not heat. Couldn't take my jacket off cause it was freezing. Switched sides with my husband & it was better (for me) unfortunately not for him. We will definitely go back tho.

Good food and service. I had the Memphis rub chicken wings with blue cheese for an appetizer.. Mild taste. For my main course I had Angus steak tips, marinated in a maple whiskey glaze with garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned cauliflower. Prepared the way I requested and not tough or chewy. A pleasure eating my meal. For dessert I had an eggnog canolli, seasonal, with coffee served from a french press. Because of my meals, I couldn't taste the eggnog to well. But, I showed the canolli no mercy. Restaurant is a bar and grill, so, that is the atmosphere you expect. Loud music, barstool seating. They have a barstool bench that was comfortable. I'm glad I left before the live band started:). Take out and Wifi available. McDonald's Wifi kept taking over.

We ended up here as a fallback plan, really, after a certain other area restaurant still coudn't seat us after an hour. But we were not disappointed. The service was fast, the staff was awesome, and the food was delicious. We'll be making it a regular stop, no matter what the lines might be like at other places.

I wish I could give them a higher rating. Please know though that it is not awful. For having a larger selection of beer, the choices kind of stink. The menu has a variety and truly anyone could find something to eat but yet I still struggle. It you want something greasy and unhealthy though the options are endless. I've never had anything I did not enjoy but have yet to find a meal that had WOWed me. We go here mainly because of convenience and outdoor seating in the summer. But beware if sitting outside. Half their staff smokes cigarettes and park near the outdoor seating, it must be a free condiment. The staff is.. ok... So of the waitress are great and others... Not so much... Not so much at all.... Heard the men's room is pretty cool. The bathroom soap smells delicious (if that counts for anything). It's far from a high class setting but sometimes you just want to be able to sit back and chill - you can definitely do that here. I have never felt rushed or that I have somehow inconvenienced them. Test hostesses are usually young, super sweet and always smiling. 1/11/19 update review. The hostess is awful!! Rude, unaccommodating, and a straight up liar. I'm unsure how you can employ someone like that?! We truly almoy left and would have if it hadn't been for Makayla - Makayla was so pleasant, accommodating, & kind. She truly really was the only reason we stayed. The hostess, who is the first person you meet, needs to go (the blond one). Sad thing is, I'm a regular (weekly) and may not come to sit in lounge area again. Love sitting at the bar though!

I just went there for the first time this past weekend for breakfast and let me tell you how amazing the food is. To start with I ordered a tea the waitress brought me a box full of like 10 different tea's to choose from my mother ordered coffee they brought a pot to the table also after we ordered she brought us over a small plate with homemade blueberry muffins on it and said this is just to hold you over (we were not charged for the muffins) I ordered the meat lover's omlette it has bacon sausage ham and cheddar cheese it comes with toast and home fries. Everything was amazing!! For 3 people to have breakfast on a Sunday morning it was less than $35.00

I think that’s a bit deceiving if I want a side dish which is stated on menu then I think I should get it for that price not if your switching out something???

Awful dinner last night. Left me wondering what has happened to this place. My husband and I have eaten here frequently, but no more. Apparently management has changed and the good is gone. Ordered a club sandwich. Didn't recognize it when it arrived. It was so very greas could only handle half. Fries were so salt laden they were deadly. My husbands burger was so small, certainly not what they used to be. He left hungry. So sorry Cork & Keg has gone downhill, because the Tuckaway needs competition! Wonder where Craig went?

Awful, just awful! I was with a large group of people on a Saturday evening. I ordered the special Shrimp Po Boy sandwich. Whatever was used to batter the shrimp was so incredibly salty that I couldn't even eat it, it was almost as it the cover fell off of the salt shaker! After waiting such a long time for my food to be delivered I quietly asked the server if he wouldn't mind just removing my order from the bill as I didn't even touch my food. After a few minutes a lady who I assume was a manager came over questioning me about what was wrong and informing me that they use a " Cajun seasoning" for the shrimp and " nobody else has had a problem" but "sure I guess if you don't like it we won't charge you"! There were 3 different people in my party that each had a very small taste of the batter on 1 piece of shrimp and each person thought it was ridiculously salty. On top of that the incredibly ride nature in which I was treated had caused you to lose me and the rest of my party as customers.

While attempting to go to Tuckaway Tavern, we ran into this place which is right around the corner, and the four of us are glad we did. The ambiance and decor we're nothing to brag about, as it is actually attached to a bowling alley of all things, but the wait staff was second to none and the food was genuinely top rate. My Wife ordered a fried fish sandwich that stood up against any I've seen here in New England in my nearly fifty years eating all over the seacoast. But the Crown Jewel was a BBQ sandwich called The Tractor Pull, which was better than similar sandwiches is gotten in Texas when in the Army. Very highly recommended.
