Great staff, place is clean and up to snuff with maintenance. No electronic scoring, they give us a piece a paper and we keep our scores set down on it. Cheap too, around $12 for 2 games. Drinks and snacks sold for cheap as well. Would recommend, better than Leo's superbowl.

This is a great old fashioned bowling alley tucked away in beautiful downtown Amesbury. They have an internet jukebox with every song ever! The staff are friendly and fun! Highly recommend you check it out.

Mark and Melissa, the owners, are super awesome. The lanes are clean and well maintained, atmosphere is friendly, and just a good time all around. Everyone should check this place out! I'll be back again real soon.

Very friendly owner. Nice candlepin bowling alley. Pin setup was quick as was ball return. Balls were in pretty good shape, not perfect but other alleys have MANY more chips in theirs.

This is the place I imagine when I think of candlepin bowling! If you haven't checked them out you're missing out! Friendly staff/owners and the pin setter is the quickest one I've ever seen. I couldn't even get up from my seat to pick up a ball before they were ready to go. You do have to keep your own score but the friendly staff will help you with that if you need it. It's very easy to do and they even have a cheat sheet if you need it.

Bowl at Riverwalk Lanes because Mark is the best owner out there. I called him up and told him I wanted to build a lane for my son and that I was looking for some old pins. I went to pick them up with my wife and spent an hour just talking to Mark. He didn't have to be as nice as he was, but he's just that kind of guy. I walked out of there making a new friend and it's one of the last real pure candlepin alleys out there so support it because it's a great bowling alley and Mark runs it. Awesome ownership and awesome candlepin house. And Mark, my kid already used the pins and he loved it. He wouldn't put the ball down. He took it everywhere with him. Thanks again man!

Mark is great! He taught me how to bowl, and it really helped! My boyfriend bowls and I wanted to learn how to so I could stop embarrassing myself and be a part of a world he adores. Can't thank that guy enough! Riverwalk has an air of family, of home, and it's a wonderful feel, like you're stepping back in time. It's refreshing to bowl at a no-frills homey place, instead of going to some place where they look down at their noses at you when you ask to rent shoes lol. Everyone there is wonderful! Also, GREAT speakers with an array of music options! I know I'll make riverwalk my #1 choice for candlepin bowling! Another bonus is bowlers can use the pokestop there every five minutes!
