I’ve been going to Brattleboro Bowl for over 10 years, and I’ve had small complaints in the past but now I’m irritated...We arrived at the bowl alley around 10pm. We paid for 2 games, for 3 people. Around 10:30pm we were told that they closed at 11pm tonight and our projected finish time would be 11:15pm. They offered to open another lane and allow one of us to bowl by ourselves, which is rediculous cause we obviously all wanted to bowl together. I mentioned that on their website, it says they’re open till midnight...They replied by saying that they changed their hours to 11 PM. They replied by saying that they changed their hours to 11pm. If they didn’t think we would finish two games in the amount of time we had, they should have not let us pay for two games. They did however, refund our money...
Then, to top it off, we wanted to play a couple arcade games before we left, and they turned them off at 10:40pm. We left the bowling alley at 10:50pm, and the lights and doors were locked at 10:55pm. I have never felt rushed to leave somewhere as much as I did tonight. We ordered 2 draft beers and a couple food items. Both of the food items were over cooked, Half of the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them, and the broccoli bites were burnt and dry. I’m honestly considering not coming back if this is the kind of service we are going to receive. Shame on you brattleboro bowl, your customer service skills were poor tonight!!!
