The employees were extremely rude and seemed bothered to even ring us out. The lane we had kept breaking down we had to wait about 15 minutes at the beginning for the lane to be “fixed” after we started bowling it kept shutting down on us. Do not recommend, save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Nothing fancy. Just a plain o' bowling alley. Busy and the bowling balls need to be changed. Food is expensive and not good. Expect a 30 minute wait.

I've had more positive experiences than negative experiences here at Santa fe bowling. First I like how the alleys are clean, bar staff is really great and friendly, and at the pro shop their attentive and experienced. Are sorts of young and older bowlers their are great. For the negative part which is irritating at times is that the staff at the bowling register they don t put up the ropes to create a organized line. I had 2 people at different times cut me off because the ropes weren't up. And pay for their lanes. I had to speak up and let them know in was next. Other than that it's really great. Cosmic bowling is really cool as well with the lights and music. Great place to practice , hang out with friends and family and my kids love it too. Thank you Santa fe casino! See you soon!

Came here today with the family. Even though today is a Saturday, there was adequate staff to get your lane. Black/neon lights are on and the atmosphere is fun!! Had a blast bowling!! So why only 3 stars? The concession stand ran out of food at 8:30p. [ahem] The. Concession. Stand. Ran. Out. Of. Food. It's Saturday; arguably the busiest night of the week, I'd imagine. How does a big business let that happen?! It's a shame really. That's a lot of revenue lost...not to mention alot of hungry/thirsty bowlers. Yikes Sante Fe!!

We always have an amazing time when we come bowling at Santa Fe. The place is clean and the people are nice. If your hungry they have the good court which is super close but they also have their own good food and of course a full service bar so you can make your bowling game even better!

Hey everyone i work at the bowling alley here so here are our rates From opening to 3 is 3.25 a game per person and 4 dollars for shoes Regular prices after that we have 4.25 a game and 4 dollars for shoes Sunday monday tuesdays wednesday and thursdays we have moonlight madness which is 2.25 a game and 4 for shoes Cosmic bowling is onfridays from 9 930 to closing saturdays from 5 530 to closing Sundays to thursdays we close our registars at 11 and close our lanes at 12 Weekends we close our registars at 12 and we close our lanes at 1 We always have a military law enforcement and teacher special that takes off 75 cents for every game you purchase just make sure you have a valid ID If i missed anything we also have a sheet at the front desk with everything we have to offer just ask us for it and we'd be happy to give it to you I hope people read this before coming if you have any more questions always contact us we'd love to answer any of your questions

Bowling was fun and well priced. Lots of birthday parties for kids but not too insane. Snack bar there was out of pretty much everything and the wings we ordered were under-cooked and gooey. Eat before you get there or find food out in the Casino concourse.

They allow PEDOFILES to bowl here, Complain to security, they come and leave 5 minutes later, complain to the Bowling president, and the pedofile is still allowed to bowl here. Bowling experience was good. Ordered French fries when I went to squeeze some ketchup on fries the bottle was empty. The snack bar had five bottles of ketchup on the counter tried every one of them and all empty. I asked the guy behind the counter if they had more he put down 2 more bottles again empty. He said that is what his manager gave him. Get ketchup packets if you don't want to refill the bottles!

The help is horrible. There is only one person at the front counter that our group can count on and that is Michelle. She brightens our day whenever we go in for our group to bowl. The rest of the staff there is rude and the language that comes out of their mouths is downright disgusting. Michelle is the only reason we keep coming back if you ever loose her then we will make the drive to suncoast instead.

The lanes are great but the Keglers Grill is a JOKE. We did a huge birthday party here (which WASN'T cheap) and I went go get snacks here while we waited for the food... totally screwed up the order. The guy (Alex) than proceed to give ME attitude! I have been coming here my entire life. Because of that jerk... we will never be back. For casinos who "loves locals"... this guy ruined it for them.

Overall it's a decent place, but the lanes are miserable. The approach is stiff/dry and the lanes themselves are so slick the ball won't bite or hook worth a damn. Don't try to slide into your throw or you may fall on your face.

The music is usually terrible but the bowling is great. Lanes and approaches are well maintained and the staff is friendly. There is a bar and snack bar here and prices are pretty reasonable considering it is a casino. The snack bar has the typical snack bar fair, not that that's a bad thing. There's also an arcade. It is very small with little variety. Also there is no on-site staff for the arcade. If your waiting for a movie it would be better just to bowl a game TBH.
