I'm very displeased with the way my son and his friend were treated at the bowling alley. They had gone bowling around 7:30 pm, when they arrived the lady at the register denied them the ability to bowl. She had stated that both of them had to be 18, for them to bowl. If I'm correct, they are able to bowl by themselves if they are 17 or older. I believe this was an act of racism, as my son informed me there was a group of caucasian boys (not over the age of 17) who were bowling. The lady was a short caucasian woman, in her late 50s and short hair. I tried contacting the manager of the casino, but he sounded very uninterested. This made it sound like he wasn't taking my case seriously.

We went in to watch a movie at the Century theater, and as we left we read a sign that said we get a free game of bowling per movie ticket. We did have to rent shoes; I believe they were $4 per pair. The kids had tons of fun! For a free game, there's nothing to complain about. The line at the counter can get pretty long, but it is a small bowling alley so it's understandable. They play loud music along with the video on their big screens, which are above by the pins. Our game for 6 people lasted about 1-1½ hours!

Went last night the 4th of July unlimited bowling 8am-8pm my kids voted to do this over fireworks. We got there around 230-3 and it was past 5 and we were into our 5th game. Assuming they did a shift change at 5 because the bowling "manager" Thomas Pippenger was now on shift. Both my kids had been using the bumpers. My daughter noticed hers were down so we tried to reset them and than she went and asked Thomas if they could put them back up to which he told her no you're too old to be using them. Now if he's come down to us and explained that she was too old to be using them and they weren't meant to be used like she was (because on 1 roll she bounced it off them 3 times) we wouldn't have had an issue but when you just turn them off and get rude with my daughter it's going to be an issue. I went and asked him if he was turning them back on to which I rudely got his explanation. I than said we'd been there since 230 and it wasn't an issue to which he replied I'm the bowling manager and he refused a refund. I than said if we were one of the corner lanes instead of 27 right in front of him he's never have noticed and he said he'd have walked around and noticed and got on the phone to security and I'll admit I got loud and short with him but my daughter's crying and I'm pretty sure our night is ruined. So my wife goes up and calmly tries to talk to the 2 ladies working since Thomas has now gone to an office with security there. So the young lady had to call and talk to him to finish cleaning up his mess. Great "management" and people skills there Thomas. Won't be going back here to go bowling again.

They should have smaller and lighter balls for young kids. Also I had NOOOO idea bowling was so damn expensive. For 2 adults 2 kids playing 2 games was over 50$. And the guy I'm dating son straight bouncing the ball EVER SINGLE time it was his turn to bowl and I wish an employee would of paid enough attention to have said something to the rude kid!!!! The Cosmic Bowling was fun and we were able to get right in. Not crowed but a few groups having fun. The normal well lit alley was more like a night club with lights dancing on the floor! The music was too loud for my tase as it was hard to hear each other talk. Just like a night club, you have to yell in each other’s ear to converse. But the song playing says the Artists name and song title on a screen so there’s no guessing game and it was mostly 80s rock. The shoes were good and the ball selection was good too. the snack bar was there too. when you go to the snack bar you really kind of would rather go up the escalator to get food from upstairs and bring it down with you which they do allow bathrooms are pretty clean it’s seem to close a little too soon because were having such a good time and there were people there in small groups having lots of fun as well everybody seemed friendly and the guy who was retrieving the bowling balls from the back getting ready for cleanup was very helpful in finding the right size for it to fit your fingers so that was a really good experience to if anybody wants to take the kids out for a fun night this is the place it’s really inexpensive the only thing I would say is that I thought we were going to get two full games for the price of eight dollars each but it turns out for 16 it cost $16 for two people to bowl ONE GAME. I really think they should charge less for their bowling they also offer parties and family night packages which is worth looking into for bigger groups I do think however they should lower the price per game to eight dollars for two people to play one game makes a lot more sense to me so other than that it was a great time but when you come out there’s also a tour near the waterfall that’s a free show and that was also nice easy to take the kids but park on the far facing the casino park on the far left side or you gonna have a long walk thank you

I came down from California to visit family & we all decided to come bowling we were a group of 11 people including children & all i can say is California bowling may be expensive but its service are way better even customer service is awsome ! the lady that was working the day i came had very rude customer service doesnt know how to treat a customer. not only that but she did not know how to be respectful at all . employee CHERLY was making faces just because we asked if we can have 4 lanes to have a better time .after returning back to shoes & we saod thank you just out of respect she doesnt know her manners she didnt even say your welcome or your pleasure . besides that shoes arent even clean they smelled horrible. This place is not clean . Very rude & disrespectful employees . I am very disappointed with this place . i hope they can hire better employees & teach them how to treat a customer with respect & also teaching them their proper ways of making customers feel like at least they like their job by saying your welcome or my pleasure. not coming back to place at all .

My daughter had a tournament yesterday and as she was almost done with her frame, the crew that does the oiling couldn't be respectful to wait til my daughter was done, they walked in front of her. When we said something to the manager, Chelsea, all ahe did was shrug her shoulders and said "oh well". Wow! Talk about being ignored with your concern. Someone needs to work on their customer service skills.

Great service from the entire staff. &Clean! We decided to try this place because we got a free game with our tickets at the movie theater inside Sam's Town. The tickets offer one free game per ticket if used within the following 7days. (You only have to pay for the shoe rental unless you have your own bowling shoes.) We enjoyed it so much that we ended up purchasing more games.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had bowling EVER in my life...you have to give one shoe in order to get the pair of bowling shoes that u still have to pay for...that’s just a dumb business practice...u might as well say let’s exchange shoes and u get ur pair of shoes back when u return the bowling shoes...on top of that the irritation and disrespect from this young lady was over the top...this will probably be the first and last time I’ll ever bring a family function or business to this bowling alley...poorly managed and the worst part is that we haven’t even started bowling yet...bad business practices and unprofessionalism
