I love taking my son bowling usually we go to super bowl but decided to go to west lane for a change. Worst mistake. They have the crappiest customer service. The guy at concession completely ripped me off. Order 4 chessy fries and chicken nuggets and nachos. He charged me for all them but only gave me 1 chessy fries and chicken nuggets. When I asked how long for the others he started telling me I only paid for 2 items, which was false because the total was VERY high for just 2 items. Then when I talked to the manager she refused to refund me the money for the food I did not receive or even make the food! She was completely rude. I talked to her calmly and respectfully and she had a horrible attitude with me from the start.

Judging by the other reviews here this woman must have been the owner. She was being pretty rude to half of the people in her business the other night. Someone played one song that she didn't like so she shut down the jukebox and complained to everyone around the pool tables that "you're not playing that kind of music." The song wasn't offensive or obnoxious by any means, she was just being incredibly picky even though the jukebox has a note asking to "please play a variety of music."

The owner is plain rude. I never had an experience with other employees because I went ONCE and the owner was rude and unhelpful. Plus they're not exactly cheap for how crappy the facility is. Nobody cares if you're having a bad day, you have a business to run, put on your hospitality face.
