This bald guy was a jerk from the first day i stepped foot in here. He came over and told me I had to throw away my orange mountain dew i bought from the vending machine and that i couldnt vape even though i had my ecig sitting on the counter and hadnt even touched it. Dont like the way he treats us everytime im in here and we spend our money here.

Called ahead to ask how long the wait was, we were told 20 minutes for 8 people so we came over. Once we arrived, we were only about 5 minutes away, we were told the wait was now 45 minutes to an hour. We are still waiting and have been for over an hour. We have checked in with the desk a couple times and have been told 20 minutes again. I’m sure there is good service and most people have a good time here. Not a good first impression on customers who have never been here before.

The service was terrible; I had to wait for over an hour for a lane because reservations took over the majority of the lanes and the people working couldn't fill the rest with people waiting. I could have went somewhere bowled then came back and would have finally got a lane.

Racism at its best! My husband and I went in there on Saturday night. Mind you I always used to go to mockingbird lanes back in the day. So I knew this place was the hit spot for awesome bowling! I am in a bi-racial relationship, so we run into a lot of situations especially in Nebraska. But this night, we offered a good amount of money to hold a lane for us at mid-night when the first time they said it would be available, well they denied us everything. These young boys said No-No-No. Would not proceed with additional information on anything that was going on. We had to dig for all the information. They were rude & could tell we weren't wanted there. Along with the denial of a couple just trying to enjoy a night out! I would never recommend this bowling alley to anyone and we will never return as we see we are not welcome! #stopthehate

Busy for a Saturday, but I guess that's when leagues play. $22 for 2 people for 2 games including shoes. That's not bad at all! I miss the days of a waitress coming around for drinks and food, but that's really my only complaint.

This is the greatest bowling alley we have found they have the ramps for the little ones. I have 2 year old that can bowl with the family. They also offer free bowling for kids all summer long. The people are great games are fun. Overall only place we bowl.

Every other time we come here they change the rules regarding using the bumpers. MOST of the employees are very rude. Only one girl we actually like that works here.

I went here with my friends on a friday night for cosmic bowling. We showed up at 9pm to get lanes early. We ended up waiting an hour just to even get a lane. They said that bowling league usually last until 930 and we could get a lane then but ended up waiting until 10 to even get our shoes.

We have just being kicked out by the management for hitting the protector of the pins. The equipment at mockingbird lane is outdated. The pin protector would stop during a reset and just rest there. If you are not careful and hit it with the ball the management would turn off your equipment and doesn't say a word just stand there wait for you to leave. We came to have fun and not being kicked out for their fault Save your money, go else where

The lanes and equipment are all well kept. The new score keeping system is annoying as hell. But... $5 a game? No way. Don't punish me because you're not busy during the day. I'll go back to taking my kids golfing and to gun club during the day.

We had a fabulous time taking our toddler here. We were able to use the ramp and she could push the ball. I hadn't been bowling in years, so I don't know if it's the norm now- but you can also have the bumpers set up to automatically be lifted for certain bowlers as soon as their turn pops up on the monitor. Food is super tasty and exactly what you'd expect from a bowling alley.

Had to wait too long for service when we got there and when we checked out. Staff was nowhere to be found even though the place was almost empty. Got put on a lane at the end where they are tearing up the floor and had to listen to that while we were playing. Don't know why we couldn't have had a different lane since the place was almost empty. When I said something about it to the guy at the counter he made it obvious that he didn't care. Very disappointed. Doubt we will be going there again.

Will never spend another penny at this place. I used to come here every week, I loved it. But over the last 3 years, it has gone so far down hill, there is no saving this place. We spent over 150 dollars tonight, and were treated like trash. Let's start from the beginning. We walked in, and the female working the register couldn't even complete a sentence without slurring her words. Secondly, they switched our lanes 3 different times, for lord only knows what reason since there was only one other lane being used. Thirdly, it is posted online and I called earlier this afternoon and was told this establishment closed at 1am. At 11:58, they shut our lane down in the middle of our game, absolutely no warning they were closing early. No big deal, I was fine seeing how there was no one there. Until I look down the alley and see the group 3 lanes down from us continuing to bowl. I go up to ask the chick why we had our lane shut down without even being allowed to finish our game, and the other group was still playing, and she said bc they are friends of the employees they don't have to finish, we were cut off bc they close at 12. I said ok, but I called and online it says 1. Why were we not given any warning you were closing early, and not even allowed to finish our game? And all she could say was that online and on their answering machine it states midnight. Well, that's a lie, I have a picture of what it states online. Overall, the place has turned into nothing but a dump, and after the experience we had tonight, I can completely understand why you are on the verge of even staying open, let alone not making any profit. Sad sad sad. From this moment on, I will spend my money at maple wood lanes. For the same price, they have better music, better equipment, and they know how to treat customers with respect. You should probably stop and realize without your customers, you are nothing, and rethink your disrespectful unprofessional staff.

My daughter 's school came on a field trip. They had 2 employees for over 100 kids and adults. Most of the adults didn't get to eat before leaving. The did not show good customer service at all. I would not go back.

I am new to the Omaha area and an avid bowler. I won a Rhino bowling ball in July and The Bowling Store staff at Mockingbird Lanes was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Matt took patiently time with me while explaining the logistics of my ball that I was having drilled and offered great advice. I shall return!!! Thanks Ms. Shannon for introducing me to Matt and Mr. Rich!!

2-17-18 My husband and I went to open bowling and they asked how many games. My husband said 2 for now and what if we would like more. The rude teen behind the counter said yo just come back up and buy more games. They never warned us about a party at 7:30. So after buying food and bowling our 2 games I went back to the counter to purchase 2 more games and the lady said sorry we need your lane for a party. I explained no one told us that and she said you should have listened to the intercom that NO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND!!! I cleaned my table and handed in my shoes and a man was also trying to open bowl but again there was a VERY RUDE BLONDE SHORT HAIR WOMEN!!!! Saying no open bowling. I said you should have told people that before us wasting our money here and now getting kicked off our lane. Now my husband and I have to go find another place to bowl she just kept saying OK. OK. OK. Wow whoever is the manager or owner of this place needs to review who is working for them because we will NEVER waste our money or time here again to just get our lane taken with no warning again.

I have a bowling alley with a bar, if you cannot have the individuals necessary to run both parts of the business. Having someone sit up at the front desk and look at a customer and tell them I cannot help you even though the business is completely empty, is a shame. If you are not able to multitask then you should have a closed sign up on the food and the bar if you do not have an individual to be able to run it and take care of customers. but allowing the only person in the place to turn down business is the reason why you were losing money.

4.5 starts (maybe a little more) if i could, but ONLY because there is one other bowling alley in town i love more than this one. But that aside, this place is great. Very friendly staff and service, decent selection of bowling balls, great bar, and a nice snack bar! Amazing prices on Monday night. Three people, two games, including shoes- all under $10. We spent more money for snacks and drinks than for bowling, haha! I had the Philly cheese steak and it was really quite good for just a snack bar!! Definitely recommend to friends and family. Give it a try!

My lane (31) was glitching most of the night. The manager gave me attitude about it being normal for the lane to freeze over 3 minutes. For $16.50 a game of three people and bad costumer service, I'd rather take my money else where.

I like going here, because it's family friendly, has a small arcade, and a room you can rent for events, a bar for the adults, and a pretty large menu with actually decent food (the drinks are a bit pricey though). They have good prices and lots of different deals (especially for kids) throughout the year! What really impressed me though, was how clean it was. Most bowling alleys that I've been to are so filthy, and I'm afraid to even order food there, but when we came here (relatively early), there were vacuum marks on pretty much all the carpet, and the floors were clean, even the bathrooms were very presentable (which are usually the worst at some places). Because of how well they take care of it, I definitely know I'll be going back!

I had purchased a $29 voucher which included bowling for 6 people, shoes, large pizza & a pitcher of pop. We were unable to bowl but ordered a large 2 topping pizza for carry out which was $16. I gave them the $29 voucher (not expecting any change back). Patty, at the snack bar, had the nerve to charge me an additional $1.10 for the 2nd topping on the pizza since the voucher indicated 1 topping. I showed her the voucher cost me $29 and the pizza was $16 and (common sense) tells us, I have pre-paid the amount of the extra topping. Patty insisted on charging me the $1.10 for the 2nd topping and told me that I "should have told her I was going to use the voucher when I ordered the pizza". My 5 friends and I will not go back and I only regret not paying the $1.10 with a credit card so they would have incurred the processing fee. We can all see where their poor business model will eventual lead them.

The environment seemed fine at first, The first few games were okay, but near close, employees began to care less about the customers still bowling a game. Balls kept getting stuck and not returning. The ball cleaning machine was not in good operating conditions yet was still on, lost $1.50 on that. Was given a refund but the cashier was rude. The prices were hiked up near close, and had to pay for an incomplete game, being told we were being charged by the frame. The lane operator was rude to me and to other bowlers, and honestly though this was my first experience with mockingbird lanes, it is surely my last.
