The allies here are gloriously retro and deliver good vibes. The only issue was a glitch causing some pins to be missing when the machine reloaded, but that was fixed for us. Glad we came here.

This place is falling apart, you spend more time trying to get them to fix something than you do playing. We came here with a group of adults and kids and was not impressed. The lane kept having issues and for what we spent I wouldn't do it again. I hadn't been here in a few years and now I think I know why. I know there are some other options in the general area, maybe try one of those.

Had fun but the bowling balls kept getting stuck..I feel there should be some yellow tape where the step is to the alley..It's Very camofloged and I saw many people almost fall off the step because the floor is the same color..Someone is going to fall and get injured... Staff was really nice and kept clean...

The atmosphere was good here. But the lanes were so dry. We went on Sunday and were told they haven't been oiled since about Wednesday. I didn't even have oil on my ball after I threw it.

It's a good bowling alley with excellent staff once you get to know them. The only downside is that it definitely shows its age... the machines are slow, have a tendency to drop pins when they set, and on occasion are completely broke down. Sometimes you can get a nasty scratch on your ball, but if you tell them about it they will pay for a repair in joes pro shop.

We have had several issues here with the ball return damaging balls of ours or those of people in our party. Once, a brand new ball, first time being used. Bowl at your own risk! While they will have your ball repaired, they will not replace it or otherwise make it right.

This won’t give me less than one star. The front desk help is the grumpiest man I ever met. He was swearing at us under his breath. We asked for two lanes, but he was only willing to give us one said the other was reserved. We got done with our first game and the adjoining lane was still empty. We asked at the front desk if we could have the other lane. There were 8 of us. Again the older man pissed and moaned and grumbled under his breath. We then asked him if we could do league style. It took him 4 frames to do so. We aren’t people that currently bowl on league, but I have been bowling since I was 17 years old on league 30 years. My mom has bowled on league over 50. Never have we ever seen someone so disrespectful to the people that pay his bills and put food in his mouth. We will NOT be back to this alley!!

I didn't actually do any bowling. However, the facilities were well maintained and the staff were prompt and courteous. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular bowler, here, for sure! I found it interesting that one side of the alley was lit normally and the other was under the blacklight.

Had a blast at a birthday party here. Staff could have been more friendly to guests. We went and asked for shoes, very politely, and the guy didn't say a single word to me or my son. And then one of them came thru a crowd of kids with the little ramp thing and didn't say excuse me or anything. Just walked thru with it assuming everyone would move. The bowling was great. And fun.

The first and last time I went to sunset bowling was last week. My foreign friend went to ask about available lanes and before he said anything, the man working simply said "no"....I decided to talk to the man myself and he told me there was "another bowling alley down the street"...I do not recommend this bowling alley to anyone! The bowling alley "down the street" called Fireside Lanes was actually really nice and the staff was super friendly.

Recently had our son's birthday there and not only did we have a blast. The staff were great helpful and respectful. The pricing was very reasonable the concessions we're of good quality and if I'm being Frank I think the we're under priced for the venue again very reasonable over All I have to day that sunset bowl is a great place for the family to go an excellent option for birthday parties and such I highly recommend a visit !

Cheap bowling and quite a few lanes. In my past experience I was bowling and accidentally hit one of the workers in the ankle. He stepped down without warning and ruined my only good ball. In all, great time and one of my favourite bowling alleys.

In the summer they have very open reservation times. But in the winter, be sure to reserve your party several weeks in advance. Great staff and great snack bar. Oh and Tuesdays in the summer is $2.50 per person per game, so it's a great deal if you want to spend a few hours inside with A/C. 10/10 would bowl there again.

When you're driving to Sunset Lanes go ahead and pass it and drive the extra 3 minutes to Fireside lanes. Unfortunately just too many experiences with bad customer service.
